It doesn't cost money to join their reward program. I say good prices. The store is clean and well organized. They have other sporting equipment for sale. This is the first Decathlon in Metro Vancouver. I have been to a Decathlon in other places in the world before so this brand is not new to me.

I have checked out pretty much every store in Metrotown looking for his Size 13 Converse High Tops, only to find that Size 12 is usually the largest size most carry. However, the last 2 times I needed to replace a pair for him, I've gone to Champs and not only did they have the size I needed, but the Customer Service was second to none. Both times I didn't have to wait to be helped, and they were both super friendly and very professional. I believe the last time i was in it was Shaq / Shak ( I apologize for not knowing the correct spelling ) who helped me. This guy deserves a raise / promotion! He is that good. I couldn't of been happier. The only reason it is a 4 star instead of a five is that I wish they carried a larger variety of styles, so a solid 4.5 stars it is. I certainly will always make this my first choice, and totally recommend it for your sports / footwear needs.

To be fair, the in-store staff were friendly and kind. Most genuinely wanted to help but claimed the return policy left them powerless. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to represent a company that offers no room for reasonable, case-by-case problem-solving. This experience has left me with low trust in both the product and the brand's customer service process. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing.

I was greeted in a friendly manor and asked if I needed assistance. I did need a size that wasn't on the floor, so she quickly went to the back and found it for me. Tasha not only assisted me with the hats, but explained the return / exchange policy and was polite and super friendly. I left happy. These girls definitely made my day ! The staff was helpful and quickly found the one that I need. Their sleeping bag quality is not bad and the price is very good. I paid $55 for one that can handle down to 5 degrees celcius. I only camp in the summer or spring so this is perfect. The store itself is well organized and staff were great. Payment was seamless and quick.
