It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your overall health and well-being. It's not just about the money at this gym. I truly feel like they care about making you a better you. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. I love that they don't force you to lift or jump like a stronger athlete, instead they show modifications but help push you to work to be stronger, etc. I was struggling mentally and physically from menopause and I recently participated in the 6 week challenge and lost 10 pounds and have gained back my happy positive energy. One great perk they offer for new clients is that if you pay for one session, you get a free week of bootcamp classes. Our trainer, Shannon, was excellent! Since I hadn't trained in a while and wasn't in the best shape, she took the time to demonstrate each exercise before having me complete the reps. The facility is well-equipped, with a large training area and dedicated equipment space. What sets Steadfast apart from traditional gyms is its structured and supportive training approach.
