I was so impressed by Rosie's technique and it was one of the best foot massages I've had in awhile. It's important to mention that the 1-hr experience is more than just a foot massage. It starts off with a foot soak, aromatherapy, and neck/shoulder/scalp/arm/hand massage before even beginning the feet. After the main foot massage, it ends with a hot stone massage on your feet and lower legs followed by hot towels & exfoliation to remove all the excess oil. For $75, this really is one of the best values I've experienced. It's a dimly lit open room concept with about 14 loungers (not private), but it's always very quiet and relaxing. If you're visiting with one other person, you can request a private room when you arrive and they'll accommodate you if it's available. They now also offer full body massages in their private rooms that you can book.

Not only was the treatment completely different, but it was also mediocre. They used hot stones I never asked for, and they weren't even hot. Throughout the session, staff repeatedly exposed me by walking in and out of the room and leaving the door open. When I confronted the situation, the therapist tried to pass off the deep tissue massage as a Thai massage until I mentioned that I'm a massage therapist. Then she casually remarked, "Oh, I can just charge you for a deep tissue." To make matters worse, she refused to give me the manager's number, which forced me to call the police and file a report. Don't book here for any massage.

She gave me a quick tour of the place and informed me that, due to the salt therapy mist in the room, I should store my belongings in a locker in the room so that it didn't leave a salt residue on my things. This salt therapy runs during the massage and has many health benefits. It was very relaxing and never ended up bothering me at all. I opted for more of a relaxing, therapeutic massage and it was INCREDIBLE. Nyia spent a little more time on my back and worked out a ton of knots that I didn't even realize I had. She had a very sure hand and assertive technique. I was super happy with the massage and definitely plan on returning again soon.
