I fell asleep for one hour after the caregiver arrived and my "caregiver " apparently decided to make a swift exit for the front door! Additionally, the front door was left unlocked on the way out, leaving me in a dangerous and precarious position when I was least able to handle a situation like that. My pain medications were missing as well, unfortunately. When I contacted BrightStar about my experience, the owner/ manager could have cared less. Very indifferent to the care their organization provides. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.

i would never recommend (triple creek retirement community part of trilogy located on pippin road…read morein cincinnati) for long term care! my mom took a fall and bruised her face, possible concussion or brain bleed and broken wrist. they will not release any details of her fall. when, where and how long did they wait before getting her medical attention. i had to call the police to get a copy of the incident report only to find out there is no incident report and they don't have to file an incident report. and because i am not poa i have no rights to any answers of my mom's health. currently i am not even allowed to see my mom before meeting with their executive director kathryn potter who i left a message for but hasn't called me back. this is elder abuse and if the poa abuses their power what does someone do about it? i have no legal rights and they have no morals. no stars!!!

My Mother has lived at Belmont Village for 4 years now. She loves it…read moreand we love her being there. Besides the nice facility, good food, great staff, and friendly residents she especially enjoys all of the varied activities that she gets to do with the other residents. The Belmont provides many activities there for them and the staff also takes the residents out to other places for meals and for fun. My Mother is in the choral group, the Saturday night movie group, the Bingo group, the Sunday afternoon excursion group and several more. And they all say that she never misses Happy Hour! When my Mother reached her 90's, my husband and I visited every place in town, we felt that the Belmont would be the place my Mother would like the best. It was sunny, clean, well-designed, pet friendly, and welcoming. We are so glad when she often tells us how happy she is living there.

Residents are ignored! Residents are left dirty from urine and poop and the aids get an attitude…read morewhen asked to clean up the residents. The activity director is a horrible person as well. The director does not make the residents happy by planning activities they enjoy and love. The activities that are planned are for the convenience of the director only. It is a shame that our seniors and family members have to endure a horrible and uncaring staff as this. Also, the residents windows are nailed shut! Isn't this a fire hazard? Water drips from the ceiling when it rains and mold exists throughout the building. This place needs a complete overhaul and restaffing with people that actually care.

My Grandad recently moved into the Memory Care part of this facility. The staff is extremely…read morewelcoming, and very good with the residents. We were able to bring in furniture and decorations from his house, which helps to make him feel more at home. They even let us hang things on the walls. There are always activities going on, and they go out to eat about once a week. They really encourage the residents to be involved in activities, and that has really helped my Grandad adjust to this new situation. If you have a family member moving to personal care or memory care, definitely consider this place.
