This store has a variety of funnies so it's cool to check out and also a shop I impulse-buy-indulge on. Each section of the shop is well put and often restocked. I liked how there were sample testers for the lotions. Also there's your usual card selection in the back along with gift wraps, gift bags, and decorations to pick up. I also love cheese, but I'm just tempted to buy one of those mystery cheeses near the shelves or those seasonal delights/chocolates/cookies on the middle table. Also, I'd come back for the Pre de Provence soaps, Crabtree & Evelynn sets, and Tea Forte samples/cannisters. This is probably going to be my favorite shop.

The flowers were never delivered -- not because of weather, timing, or availability -- but because this florist apparently does not have a delivery driver. Yes, I made a mistake entering the wrong phone number on the order. That's on me. However, the florist had my full name, email address, billing information, and delivery address, yet made no effort to contact me through any other means. Instead, the order was simply abandoned. When I finally called to ask what happened, the response was curt and dismissive. I was told, essentially, that it was my fault -- and the call ended abruptly. No apology. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that not being able to deliver flowers might be an issue for a florist. Mistakes happen on both sides. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of delivery capability combined with poor customer service made this a complete failure. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who actually needs flowers delivered -- which, frankly, is most people.

When I arrived to pick them up, they were light pink, pink, and white roses in the bouquet and the boutonnières were pink. I refused them because I did not want any pink and had her redo them with regular white roses. They were NOT what I wanted at all but I had no choice as it was 7pm on a Saturday and I couldn't get new ones. I was extremely upset and frustrated. The lady did them as I requested with the white roses but I wish they would've just said they couldn't order the color I wanted and I would have gone somewhere else. It was extremely disappointing and I wasted 45 minutes watching her redo them.
