    Slatter Management Services

Woohoo! As good as it gets....I decided to email Slatter Management directly after I made the post…read more(which in hindsight should have been the initial step). I apologize. It was the first written communication I have personally sent to Slatter, but others in our neighborhood said they had contacted them on the unsightly weeds on the street side view (to no avail). **I must say I was pleasantly surprised and even overwhelmed by how much they were willing to listen and to respond to my inquiry.** Apparently they did not receive the communications from homeowners on the one house mentioned below. However, Slatter will not only address it, they shared the date by which it must be corrected. That's the spirit. yoo-hoo! Also I take responsibility for not being aware that they did inspections of our community once a month. There were a few other things I was not aware of, mainly because I just don't get around much to paper mail. I will not only be more diligent, but just asked (not a suggestion) if they could consider communicating with the residents electronically. Either block all of our email addresses out and send a group email or even do a survey monkey to solicit input. I was hoping that might address the issue of many homeowners not attending or taking a role in the Board Meetings. In closing, Slatter Management addressed our concerns in greater detail than we thought they would and they communicated a plan (line by line) of EVERY issue presented to them. This was again presented anonymously and they handled it like champs! We would highly recommend Slatter Management. Their fine reputation is obviously well deserved and the "just ok" review is now retracted, as it was just a difference of expectations (for communications). All of Slatter's other reviews were positive, so let's go with 10 stars out of 5!

Probably one of the worst management companies around the Triad. If you are buying a home make sure…read moreyour HOA is not this company. Probably one of laziest companies to deal with. They want to control everything and do not support local small businesses people trying to make a living in this economy. One of my neighbors had a cookie stand out and they were asked to remove it not personally but in a newsletter. They have money to send newsletters but can't even get us a new tennis court or court in general. This management company needs a reality check, they want everything perfect not knowing there are real people struggling to keep their lights on, do you honestly think we care about the side of the house if we are struggling to live. They have money to buy Slatter cars but our neighborhood looks run down with potholes and half of the streetlights are different colors or don't work. Slatter needs to choose their problems a little better and stop going after people who are just trying their best to live life with what's given to them. They need to be held accountable for their actions. I will be reporting them to NC Department .

AMH Do not rent from this company. I have left bad reviews…read moreall over. We have contacted the propety manager to no avail, we have contacted BBB to no avail and we've contacted corporate to no avail. We didn't get to see the home before we moved in as we were hours away. Three days before we moved in, my husband drove by the home after work and there were still people living in what was to be our new home. Upon move in, it has been a nightmare. The home was not cleaned, our shoes stuck to the floors, everything was sticky, damaged downstairs bathroom, stairs, rails, fridge, oven and the worst of all...the home was filled with roaches. Yes, roaches. $2600 a month in rent to live with roaches. My daughter's fan in her room, she turned it on and a blade came flying out at her, missing her by inches. We've had 4 water leaks: dishwasher, ac, roof and our master bath shower. All this in 4 months of living here. When I contacted the property manager, Brittany Ramsey, about the roaches, she said she had no clue and that maintenance said it was fine upon inspection. She also didn't know that her own company was responsible for pest control. Instead, I had to hire a pest control at first. They did end up hiring a pest control, 3 months after the fact. The master bath shower was replaced with the smallest shower possible. They fit the shower today, finally, and my husband can't even fit in the shower. Maintenance tried telling me that's the biggest shower they can get. Yet, Lowe's sells showers bigger than this. Maintenance says it could take up to another 2 weeks before our master shower is fixed. We have now been without a master shower for well over 3 weeks already. So, possibly 5 weeks total without a master shower. For $2600 a month in rent. Maintenance supervisor got cross with me today because I told him they always fix things the cheapest way possible instead of the correct way, but it's the truth.

L'Exterior est pleasant and architecturally d'accord aussi. Mais the stove is gas and not electric. Les hommes en le building harrass les femmes en le building constantly trying to get intimacy which wasn't going to happen. One guy Mark Fulton a former friend had to relocate to California before he would let me be. The Owners didn't do anything about this constant barrage of unwanted male attention to me or another of the other residents. One lady got constantly approached and talked to by one guy who is a construction worker and he wouldn't stop ever. He talked to the lady every afternoon. He was relentless. I finally decided to visit an older friend in another neighborhood for a couple of nights for a change of scenery then my Mom helped me lease an apartment on Hillside Dr. There isn't a work order program there pas de tout. (Not at all.) A work order report such as a persistent leak in the ceiling if left un-repaired could damage the building went un-repaired for two whole weeks. Then half of the ceiling fell in and the workman wouldn't take off his shoes or wear plastic booties before entering. I may have been ahead of my time regarding preventing ecoli in my old apartment though currently wearing plastic booties to repair a ceiling to complete a work order social distancing and wearing a mask even would prevent Covid. The ceiling wasn't ever repaired and I had to get another place to stay. This rendering the old apartment uninhabitable. Even though I rigorously cleaned and scrubbed the floors avec Murphy's oil soap the owners said the floors weren't clean which is rubbish. He deducted a floor cleaning fee and the floors were spotless and he never gave my deposit back even though the ceiling wasn't ever repaired b/c the maintenance guy he sent a week later didn't and wouldn't wear plastic booties to repair the ceiling. Then I couldn't even stay in my own apartment. Within two months I had to get another apartment miles away and didn't ever get to move back in. Not that I would even want to currently. There isn't a disposal or a dishwasher appliance and there aren't central air conditioners either. There wasn't even a window unit air conditioner. My Mom bought me and I later bought a window fan which just swirled the hot air around. I probably sweated off five pounds during the Summer parce que (b/c) there wasn't even a window unit air conditioner which made Summers unbearable. I wouldn't reside there if someone paid for the place for an entire year on my behalf. If you sign a lease you will swelter.
