They carry the standard self cleaning range and their new steam cleaning one. The steam cleaning range costs a bit more and you have to use bottled or distilled water - not tap. I don't have water service and I don't want to go to the trouble of obtaining distilled water so we got the cheaper self cleaning range (water and 409 will do the trick). They don't upsell you. They let you make up your own mind. I also bought a Buffalo rice cooker. It has a stainless steel pot which is pretty heavy (not the cheap aluminum ones you find at the stores nor is it coated with teflon). They kicked in a set of knives, veggie cleaver and a hot water pot for free. It took about a month for my range to come in but once it did, they called me and let me know what time they would be at the house (between 10 - 12 PM on a Saturday). The guy actually came on 10 AM. He dismantled my old range and installed the new one without any problems. It took him about 30 minutes to do this. He also hauled the old one away for free. Minus one star for not cleaning up after himself after the installation. He had to drill a bigger hole in my cabinet that connects to the exhaust pipe because my previous range had a smaller hole. He left wood scraps from the drilling all over my stove and counters. That was a bear to clean! I'm happy with the range. It's strong enough that the fire alarm, that sits in my kitchen, doesn't scream every time I cook.

He didn't have the part on hand, so I paid for the part and the service call. He estimated 7-10 business days, but they got it in just 3, so my oven was back up and running in less than a week. After he installed the igniter, we ran a test on all the functions and discovered the convection wasn't working. He pulled the stove out, ran a diagnostic, and showed me that the control board was burnt out and not getting power. Replacing it would run $600, so I chose to hold off since the oven itself works fine and I rarely use the convection feature but I'll definitely be calling them back when I'm ready, because a new range runs about $4K and that's not a conversation I want to have right now. Total cost for the igniter repair was $300. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and got the job done without any drama. I have seen some reviews mentioning issues with receiving rebate money, so I cannot comment on that part of the process yet. However, even before factoring in those rebates, the washer and dryer were still the least expensive I found anywhere. With HomeWise's additional Fourth of July discount, the total price became even lower than every other retailer I compared. Even if I ultimately receive only one of the two rebates, this will still have been, by far, the best overall price. The service was also great. Delivery was available the next day, and I had no issues throughout the entire process. I was charged an additional $50 because my home has more than 32 stairs, which I thought was completely reasonable.
