I need everything and nothing from here, all at the same time. I went to get buffet plates, and found that they were much more expensive than I had imagined. However, the toothpicks! The sugar dusters! The old timey lazy susans! The larger than your head strainers! You could go crazy in there, and the prices for most things are not bad. Go and have fun looking up and down the aisles. You may walk out with a carton of take-out boxes. A Japanese mandoline. A set of barware just like that at your favorite watering hole. No frills, neat and organized, with easy parking.

This place is wonderful to get supplies for restaurants and furniture and other supplies. It is nice and organized. The manager must of done a good job creating the place. I went in and right when u get in they ask if you need help or if ur looking for something the workers are always on the job and also ahead of the job they are always ready for what's coming their way. Their always on top of the job. Their assistance is amazing. If you're stocking a commercial kitchen, they definitely have a good selection of durable equipment, but limited. With that being said, I have been to other Restaurant Depot locations and the Miami, FL one will always be my favorite because they have a lot more higher end meat and seafood selections. I was hoping for more variety here, particularly in seafood and baked goods. The bread and pastry section was pretty bare, and I really wish they carried more seafood like uni and sushi-grade products to help elevate this location. Pricing is also a bit conflicting for me as well because some items, especially beverage, pantry goods, and produce didn't feel like a great deal compared to smaller local spots. However, it does make up for that by being a true one-stop shop where you can grab almost everything your business needs in one run. My biggest downside is the location. It's pretty inconvenient, and I had personally much rather see a Restaurant Depot closer to South San Francisco or in an area that feels safer and more accessible than Bayview-Hunters Point.
