Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that your company had arranged a small buffet for employees. The warehouse staff were polite and exchanged festive greetings, creating a positive atmosphere. This reflected well on management and is worth acknowledging. However, an incident that followed severely disrupted what had been a pleasant morning. I must clearly identify that the staff member involved is the senior female employee from the back department responsible for vegetables senior lady ! This day she was standing their cut pork for customer and employee! she refused to provide proper portions to my employee, who was waiting in line appropriately. Instead, she directed her to take leftover scraps filled with excessive bone fragments. When I calmly asked for clarification, this staff member responded with a cold, impatient, and hostile attitude, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. My employee feels like homeless need get her food ! As long-term customers and fellow business owners who consistently support your company, we expect fairness and respect, particularly during a festive occasion meant to reflect goodwill. As business operators ourselves, we understand that management culture directly affects reputation. What we witnessed today raises serious concerns regarding internal service standards and supervision. The membership is free to get, but leave them to restaurant owners since they and their employees have to be cooking up hours and hours, which will end up food products being used by a lot. They may want your information about your business to prove that you're a restaurant owner. Maybe this place is not just for them but for also other non-restaurant businesses that mostly need those type of supplies. If you don't feel that Costco or other similar places don't give you enough to maintain your business, then this is a good place to go to since quantity or even quality amount is much higher here.

They wrap each dish in newspaper to keep it safe for your travels home. If you've never been here, I recommend checking it out. It's hard to imagine you wouldn't leave with a few things that you didn't know you needed. Lastly, it's worth noting that they are very consistent in their brands. So if you buy dishes and a few years later, need to replace one or two due to breakage or wear and tear overtime, they will likely still have the exact same item. This makes keeping your dishes, consistent as opposed to a mishmash of different types and styles.
