I would say this store is on par with the other F21 stores I've been to. It was decently organized. I wasn't looking for much, more so checking out the Sanrio items. They had a lot of cute things. Kind of overpriced for the materials but hey inflation I guess. The clearance areas weren't as bad as some other stores I've been to. They only had 1 cashier and I seen one person working the fitting room and that was pretty much it for staff. Checkout process was kind of slow. read more

Firstly, I would like to say I would never shop here again. There is a rude African American assistant manager who needs to be retrained on customer service. Not only does she conduct financial business at the cash register, I laid my merchandise on the counter and she rudely pushed my merchandise away stating she couldn't see the computer. Why are you even counting money during prime time when the store has customers shopping. It's unprofessional. Secondly, I bought merchandise from the store the day before and the merchandise was damaged. I went the return it the next day and she states that the sale was final. I explain to her the merchandise was damaged and she rudely grabbed it from me. Once she scanned it she was like see the computer will not allow me to return the item. Finally I will never shop here agin and I suggest that the owner fire that rude manager. read more

So today I went to buy new clothes, and I grabbed a shirt that was on CLEARANCE SECTION!!! And it was marked for $5 with a sticker!! So i grabbed another things from the clearance section and other things around the store on regular price, so i found the same shirt but different colors from the one on clearance section, but the one that i grabbed first was not available around the store. it was the only one left! So i took another 4 things and i went to pay, and the cashier looked at me and she started talking about the shirt with the clearance sticker, and i told her i grabbed it from the clearance section and the other ones with different color were around the store at regular price !! And she didn't believe me at all, and the other cashier told her that the sticker was lifted from one of the corners! I found this so disrespectful, they should know what's on the store and what's on the clearance section!! They should not be treating other people like this if they don't even know!! read more

I usually love this store, but I personally worked here and the management is terrible. I worked as a seasonal associate, it being my first job in retail, they would never show me how to work the cash register and they are not organized at all. for any person possibly wanting to work here I would advise you not to because I promise you can find a much better job than this! I would re organize racks and racks by color, and do everything I possibly could to help people, but when they no longer needed me I got a call during school and all he said was "you don't need to come in anymore" when I had a shift THAT DAY. It was very unprofessional. Customers would complain about the cash register girls being very rude and disrespectful, and the managers wouldn't do anything about it. don't work here! :) read more

Unfriendly cashier and not helpful. I was exchanging a skirt I had bought at another Forever 21 store. I said I wasn't sure if they had that skirt because I didn't see if right away. She said, probably not, instead of looking for it. Training is needed at this location. read more

This is one of the few Forever 21 stores in the Oklahoma City area that offer both women's and men's clothing. The employees at this store were professional and very helpful. Britney assisted me with my purchase and was able to help me locate items not on the shelves. read more
