If you've ever wanted something from forever 21, now is the time to check it out. They were having huge clothes out sales when we visited today and everything was at least 40% off with some items being up to 70% off. There is a lot of inventory in the stores but honestly we only ended up buying one shirt. A lot of the items seemed like things that people already come through and didn't want. I have been coming to Forever 21 since I was a child and enjoy shopping here. I am native to the Lynnwood area, but wanted to shop at Southcenter to see what they had to offer. The store was a mess, but items were placed in around the same area as they should've been. Clothes were spilling out and an employee was in one corner picking up a huge pile of clothes off the ground. I was frustrated when going into the fitting room. Two employees were talking to each other, and I tried asking if I could go into the open fitting room THREE times and they ignored me until I practically shouted "excuse me," which was very frustrating because I was on a tight schedule. I was not quiet the other three times, but they seemed to be zoned out into their own world. To be fair, the store is very big, and it seemed like they needed more employees. Once I got rung up, things changed for the better. The employees were much friendlier and wanting me to enjoy my experience there. Nevertheless, the price is right at Forever 21 and I am satisfied with my purchase, but I wish it was more aesthetically pleasing and staffed. read more

Sadly, this is the worst Forever21 in the history of all the stores I've ever been to. This store is the epitome of a HOT MESS. My first job ever was with Forever 21 (different location entirely) and I remember it being so difficult to keep up with go-backs and the endless clutter from customers so I understand the struggle, but this location must have absolutely no leadership or visual merchandising team whatsoever. I've never seen a Forever 21 look so much like the-day-after-a-sample-sale at Saks Fifth Ave. There's literally PILES of clothes on the floor you have to step over and no sales people anywhere to ring up or help (must be extremelyyy understaffed). Clothes are literally all over and the racks are so overstocked you can move clothes to look at them. This is so different from the management style I dealt with at the F21 I worked at where we were pestered about keeping the store organized, putting go backs in the right place and in a timely matter, and being available for customers. I cringe to think of what the top top execs at Forever 21 would think if they saw this store, but then again, maybe they don't really care which is the problem. I'm even wondering if this location is some "dump store" where they send all the unwanted merchandising from other Forever 21's, that's how off-brand it is. *Horrible Return/Exchange Policy* This goes for the entire Forever 21. Absolutely the worse retail experience we've had by far and the managers aren't helpful. My daughter bought a dress here for her graduation. The cashier unfortunately didn't bother removing the security tag when it was purchased nor did they bother checking the dress when it rang as my husband and daughter left the store. When they got home, we had to figure out how to remove the security tag because she wanted to use the dress for her rehearsal the next day. We thought about returning it but Tukwila is a long way from Federal Way and there is none in Commons. Also, they were already closed; it was Sunday. The unfortunate thing is the security tag sprayed ink all over the white dress. It's ruined. I called the Tukwila store today and explained that we wanted to return the dress or exchange it at least. The manager, despite knowing it's her employee's fault for not removing the security tag says we can't return a damaged dress. She has to get in touch with her district manager to see what she can do. Keep in mind my daughter's graduation is on the 18th of June which is tomorrow. A lot of stores would have agreed to get the dress exchanged or even returned. Customer satisfaction is priceless and is worth a lot more than $32 my daughter paid for that dress. My husband wanted to get a new dress for her(to replace the damage one) but there's no point giving Forever 21 our business. I took my daughter to Commons today and she ended up finding a much nicer dress than the one she got. read more

The Customer Service from 3 women at the front counter was horrible and were unable to help me! But when asking another employee named Geo, he was able to help me right away! Customer service was great. What happened: I previously called and provided a staff with an item number and she told me that the Faux Fur cardigan is AVAILABLE in both Smalls and Medium in both grey and red colors. When arriving the 3 women I asked in the front counter to locate the item they told me they DO NOT have it. However, after finding another sales associate named, Givanni or "Geo" was very helpful! The GF is a fan of Forever 21. We found this store during our Seattle visit. My GOD this is a HUGE forever 21. It's probably as big as our 3-storied one in San Francisco, but the difference is that this Tukwila store is VERY clean and VERY organized. My GF went nuts here and about 45 minutes later I walked out of the store with a Kudo bean coffee in one hand and 2 large bags full of clothes/accessories in the other. Last night 12/26/18 my 16 yr old bought a pair of boots for FULL PRICE. She tried them on with an outfit in another store and realized they were a bit too small. She tried to return them within 10 minutes or exchange them for another size. The sales associates were rude and said they would not take them back since the tag wasn't attached. I called and spoke to a manager named Michelle. She was rude, wouldn't offer any help to exchange or refund. I then called Auburn Forever 21 and spoke to Natalia an Assistant Manager who was very helpful and offered to return them. She apologized for the poor treatment by Southcenter employees. I just returned from Auburn and not only did Natalia keep her word, she helped us order the correct size online and had them shipped to our home. Forever 21 you are darn lucky to have Natalia in a nearby store to offset your very poorly run store in Southcenter. If it weren't for Natalia, you would have lost customers for life. Love that they have junior plus size (my teen is no size 0)....She found the perfect "parisian" dress for 8th grade graduation and the sales staff treated her like royalty (and I only spent $25!) This place has a variety of trendy clothing for any aesthetic you're going for. The place however is a little messy. The clothes are all over the place in some areas and the accessories sections are a little mixed up. However I go here often if I want a cute piece for a budget. I don't use the changing rooms often cause they're mostly crowded, especially on the weekends. You'll definitely find cheap finds here that are pretty cute! read more

This store is huge. Not only do they have a shoe room and accessory room, they also carry mens and plus clothing! Almost all employees are friendly and will try their best to help you out. I don't blame them, their store has probably about 500,000 articles of clothing on the floor alone. Forever 21 targets all income levels and young women ages 13-25, so expect all sorts of crazy in this store. And by crazy, I mean that the store gets extremely messy. Cashiers are always friendly even though they receive a bunch of crap because of the return policy (I'm guessing lol). Sales associates are somewhat friendly as well, but I don't expect much because they're usually running around frantically trying to clean up their sections. This company does not allow cash back or refunds, so make sure if you buy something that you truly love it or you don't mind exchanging it for something else in the store. The store has a lot to choose from, so don't expect to be in and out under 15 minutes. You'll have to dig to find stuff! read more

I've gone to a lot of forever 21, but this one...eh.... Some with multiple clothing on one rack and some on another. Shirts on a table with jewelry It was like you couldn't find anything. There were pieces of furniture in the middle for no reason. As everyone knows, F21 is not the place to go for investment pieces. However, if you are on a budget and want cute, trendy clothes, then definitely pop by. As I get closer to 30, I find it more and more difficult to find things here, but the prices make it worth the search. I love the blue with black trim body-hugging sweater dress I picked up, and wore it to the company Christmas party. If you're a bit older than the main demographic, you'll probably need to spend more time searching through the racks. Just get ready to celebrate when you find something amazing! read more

I like that the clothes at Forever 21 fit my size 12-figure, but I'd rather keep shopping at the one close to home (Northgate) than the one in the fabulous new Southcenter Shoppingtown or whatever. This store was a DISASTER. No wonder I couldn't find any size L's. They were ALL on the floor. I swear, everything I bought I had to find on the floor. I thought those fancy hangers they had and the fact that all their clothes have clear plastic tie thingies attached would keep that from happening. I give this place 3 stars, an a-ok average kinda place. I came here looking for some kinda of funky outfit for new years (i'm a funky kinda girl) and i honestly found NOTHING. I wasn't too bummed because i already had a backup at home if all else failed, and i was able to save what... 30$?? yes, this place is cheap, which is good if you only want something that's going to last a year tops, costumes, or some kind of special event where you probably are not going to wear that item of clothing, or accessory again. The Tukwila store is pretty clean, and its HUGE. I went there at 9 which was nice because there were't too many people in there, but it was pretty hard to find an employee to help. This was probably because they were too busy trying to keep the place clean! They did a fair job on doing that. All in all, it seems as though half the time i come here i find LOTS of things i like, and then the other half i find nothing. This is all fine with me though. If I'm ever annoying you or you're trying to figure out a way to get rid of me for a good hour or so just drop me off here. It's HUGE. I end up spending most of my time at Southcenter in Forever21 which can be a problem when I only have so much time to shop. While we allllllll know that nothing you purchase at Forever21 is going to come even close quality-wise to anything more expensive or designer, you really can't beat it for getting a last minute dress for a night out or a cute top for a date. Surprisingly enough, most of my jeans come from here. And I've spent 5x as much on other pairs that I don't wear nearly as often. I'm also constantly losing my jewelry so you can bet I purchase most of my accessories here. It also has a section for men, which I think might be the only location to offer it in the Seattle area. So, let's review. Forever21 = inexpensive clothing with the lifespan of three to four months. If you find a top/skirt/pant you love, buy 2 because one will break/rip and you'll want another one. Every few months, I come in here and browse through the men's selection, and I always find something that's okay for a stylish guy in his 30's. If I was in high school, this would probably be my spot. Along with H&M. I'm really picky about my clothes, and just because it's cheap, on sale, or in my favorite color, it needs to not look like so. Just because a shirt is $16.99 and fits, doesn't mean I'll buy it. It takes awhile, but I can always find a shirt, hat, sweater, or jacket that I can make into my own without looking like I'm tryen to be 16. This place is a mess, i mean there is no rhyme or reason to the layout of this store. So if you're looking for something, expect to be looking for a long time, and the sales associates are no help. They have no clue where anything is either. Speaking of them, its basically a bunch of teens who need a paycheck and they don't give a damn. Forever 21: You lost my business after frequenting this store for 11 years. Why? 1. Apathetic Millennials who have no concept of customer service. 2. You close the downstairs register and force people to go upstairs. When the young saleswoman asked me if I found everything okay, I said, "No, I did not." And she said, "Why?" and I said, "B/c the downstairs registers are always closed." Then she laughed at me and said, "Well that is just the way it is." I shop here because it's a great place to grab a top before a night out. The clothes are thin and cheap so it's best not to buy anything you plan on wearing more than a few times. It's not often that I shop at Forever 21. Maybe I stop by and browse about once a month. Once in a great while I'll find something that I'll actually buy. For the most part, though, I think their clothes are cute, but the quality is lacking. As some other reviewers have previously stated, some of their clothes look and feel cheaply made. What I do love about this particular store, though, is that they offer a great plus size section. The jeans in Forever 21+ are AWESOME. $15 for a pair of jeans that fit perfectly. I'm short (5'3''), so it's difficult to find jeans that fit me length-wise, but these are perfect and sexy. Customer service is really lacking here. Employees who work on the floor are not friendly or welcoming. I have never been greeted or told hello upon entering the store. Not my favorite place to shop. I know this place a cheap, low quality, wishy washy chain store among the US. A lot of friends love it for the cheap prices, but I'd rather spend MORE money on BETTER quality clothing that will last longer. Duh! I'm 25, and I'm a plus size, so i don't shop here for clothes, but i have gotten so many compliments on the accessories i have bought here. I never thought to shop here until i complimented someone on their owl necklace and they mentioned that not only had they bought it at Forever 21, but that it was 8 bucks. So of course i had to go, and now i have 5 necklaces, many pairs of earrings, and a scarf, and i paid no more than 8 bucks for each of these items. I have this really pretty swallow short necklace with a fake pearl that cost 5 bucks, and a long silver owl necklace that cost 7, and women, and men, are always commenting on them. They're not gonna last forever, but so what? If i want a quality item that will last forever i can go pay extra for that, but for the most part i want cute, on trend accessories that i didnt have to fork over a ton of cash for. The gold colored plating on my swallow has worn a bit, and now it is more bronze-y, but its still doing fine. Now if only they were closer to Redmond! Come on, a Redmond/Kirkland/Bellevue location, why has this not happend yet? read more

Oh...how I miss my LA Forever 21's. When we first moved up here, I couldn't believe that there was no Forever 21's in Seattle. I mean...WTF?! I was so shocked. It seems like every other city has multiple and Seattle has none? What is that about? I suggest you shop on www.forever21.com, then actually shopping at a Forever XX1 Store. Ehh. This place is a-okay. Like everyone said, trendy + cheap. But the quality of clothing is seriously horrible and probably wouldn't last after 5 washes or so. Since the clothes are so trendy, I guess wearing the outfits five times is enough to move on to another outfit. But I cannot shop at this store, I can only browse and look around, then leave. This is store is overwhelming because there isn't any organization to the store whatsoever. You'll see leggings, jeans, tops scattered throughout the whole store. I think this place would be shopping-friendly if they actually categorize and organized the clothes by area. Like I said, it's better to shop online. Also, I'm not a very trendy person. The lights are annoying and extremely bright. If you're a person who have eyes that are as sensitive to light as mines, don't walk in. I believe the lights are a failed way to cover up their bad service by making the environment look friendlier. Yes, the service is bad. Those who are on the floor don't seem to even pay any attention to their customers. They're seen most of the time talking to each other. I've had my moments with those catty workers bumping into me and not apologizing. It's one of the most irritating moments a person can experience.. The cashiers I've been through hated their job. I've been to this F21 quite a lot and I've noticed that every single person behind the table had a grumpy attitude. Also, each time I'd come back, there would be different employees! I usually appreciate a person who smiles every once in a while and i've actually tried to converse with some of them, but they left me with one-word answers. Yes, that also irritates me when people can not hold a conversation... esp. with a customer. They need to hire a new employer because the one they have right now is not doing a very good job picking his employees.
