Dr. Reagan loves to say that he's been doing this for 25 years, and after 25 years is still deforming people. His license should be taken away. He is sloppy, has no integrity and knows that no matter what he does to you, he wont be held accountable. Board certified means nothing. I never thought it would happen to me and it did, don't think it's not going to happen to you because it will. Good reviews don't matter!! I went to Dr. Niccole hoping to fix my uneven, deflated breasts and feel confident again. During my first surgery, he punctured the implant, and I had a leak inside me for two years. When I returned, he replaced the implant but I had to pay all the surgical fees.
