This place is a Western Dental for Beauty procedures. I was sat for 45 minutes with a huge glob of…read morenumbing jell on my mouth. The practitioner looked at me for one minute and said she is not allowed to fill lips that already have filler. I waited another 30 minutes for her to get approval from corporate and I was told they said no to doing the procedure. Why would they not do a consult first before suffocating me with numbing jell for 45 minutes. Maggie their front desk coordinator made me apply for financing before the appointment and now I'm getting notices that I have a payment on a loan for a procedure that was never done! I have messaged her with no response. Do not go here!

It's a family yet professional atmosphere which is what I am looking for. I even feel like I'm part of the family at this point lol. And I can't wait to try the Fraxel Laser. I have an extreme fear of needles which theyre very aware of and do their best to accommodate me. Which has helped me tremendously. My Botox looks amazing, Dr. Edwards is very gentle, Marti always tells me how much longer by letting me know "we're almost done" or "just a couple more Cheri, we're almost there" or "last one" which is very helpful and much appreciated with my fear of needles. I have never bruised from it and I bruise very easily. I swell very little and it's completely gone within an hr. Which again is odd for me. could not recommend this place more. As far as the reviews saying Marti is rude or unprofessional, I would have to ask those ppl to take a look at how they treat others. Of all the yrs I've been a client I have never experienced anything but a good light hearted time, even having a good laugh here and there and also feeling welcome by Marti and all the staff time there. You don't get to be such a successful practice with such loyal clientele being rude to ppl. The staff love her and so do the clients.

Fast forward a year, I schedule an appt via their website, I called to confirm the appointment the day prior and they tell me I don't have an appointment even though I had a text confirmation, bizarre. Didn't want to deal with it at the time so I put it on the back burner. Fast forward a few months, I make another appointment online, this time I schedule a first thing in the morning appointment time to prevent that ridiculous delay. I have new insurance so I also entered that on the portal. Set the day and time, I get a text that says they've received my request for an appointment, they're going to verify my new insurance and I'll get a confirmation text once my appointment is set in stone. I received 2 confirmation text after that that I'm good to go. I arrived to my appointment and the front desk says they've aren't in network with Aetna PPO and I'd be a cash patient ?!?!? It's a PPO plan not an HMO plan so I'm unsure why I'd be a private pay patient- either way 3 strikes you're out. This place needs to get it together.
