A week later I received a text saying my bracelet was ready for pick up and the store was open until 7pm. Unable to make it there that day I stopped by the next day and the store was closed. I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!!

This clock had been in my parents' house, and the sound of that clock ticking (it has a pendulum and makes the classic "tick-tock" sound) had been sort of the heartbeat of the home. Being able to hear that, and to see it work correctly, and to hear the chime on the hour, does me good. He fixed it, gave me a tutorial on how and when to wind it, and how to adjust it if need be. The price was fair - not cheap - and I had no issue with it. Ken is friendly and easy to deal with. His business is appropriately named - he really is an expert. I recommend him without reservation.
