We needed a link added to my husband's watchband and after being turned down by another shop, Yelp brought us here. The location is great with good parking. The interior was very well appointed but still comfortable. The service we received was very personable and professional and they installed the other link while we waited. They answered all my husband's questions (and there were many, hehe) and it was a wonderful experience for such a simple errand. read more

I've been having fun bringing some jewelry to Klein's for repairs. I first brought some pearls in to be restrung because their pricing was very reasonable and the workmanship was perfect. I showed them some other pieces that needed repairs and adjustments. Everything has been resized and spruced up nicely. Brad and Jason are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Jason has an enthusiasm for custom designs that is catching and he has loads of experience, so I feel very comfortable recommending Klein's Jewelry. It's a delight to work with them. read more

My engagement ring broke, and I had asked several jewelers about repairs. Where we got the ring from initially said they could not repair it and recommended a new band. Another company said they wouldn't repair it but offered to remake the ring as a custom. When I contacted Klein, they were very quick to reply, and I even got an estimate for service (which was much lower than I initially thought it would be). When my fiance and I went to Klein on Woodway Dr, we were met with excellent service. The owner came out and talked to us about how the ring broke, how he could fix it, and gave us a price that we loved. He also offered to clean the two other rings I had on at no cost. The ring was finished the same day, and when we picked it up, the ring looked brand new. It was not only repaired but cleaned and looked amazing. read more

Established in 1969. Klein’s Jewelry opened in 1969 by Michael Klein and grew to 7 stores in the Houston area. He was a great businessman. He changed the way jewelry was bought in Houston by giving the client an honest and low price, guaranteed. That was unheard of in 1969. Michael Klein believed: “Don’t concentrate so much on th money, but a successful business should always concentrate on making the customer happy. If the customer is happy with your service, they will return and tell others." In1992, his son Mark Klein took over after Michael Klein died and continues to create beautiful diamond rings and jewelry, like his father. In 2023, Mark was joined by his son, Kade, and together they are continuing their tradition of serving Houston with a jewelry repair, custom jewelry, Watch repair. Our last stop was Tiffany, where the sales must've thought we're too poor to afford it (LOL we are :P) and gave us a tip: Dickinson by Design. I never thought I would be able to go the custom jewelry route because it sounds expensive, but honestly it was the fairest price for the quality. And it made the ring experience fun! Shopping for a diamond was really daunting and stressful because of all the different specs, so I really appreciated how the DBD team took that on and even educated us along the way. We gave them our budget for the diamond and they came back with 3 choices for us to review and choose from. I was able to try on all 3 diamonds before deciding. From there we discussed band designs which were then created into 3D molds before we settled on the final product. The craft of the DBD team really shined (pun intended) when I got the ring. They really helped the diamond present itself in the best way. Everyone always comments how sparkly my ring is and the sparkle has been the same since Day 1. Only wish they offered more payment options (like cashier's check or something) since right now the only option is to wire money. Will definitely use them again for other custom jewelry needs.

I had been searching for a jeweler to swap the stone in my ring through yelp. My husband had purchased a 2 carat pear moissanite ring as my wedding ring and we had purchased a 2 carat pear diamond separately to put in my ring at a later date. I received a very helpful text message from Kleins with a quote and made a plan to stop by. I stopped in and was warmly greeted upon my arrival. We discussed plans for my ring, a price was provided, and I left my ring. The gentlemen helping me were very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
