He didn't set my diamond correctly - it's about to fall out! and after 3 months I had to take it somewhere else to fix all his mistakes which cost me $500 on top of the $1000 I spent with him! Took in a watch for bezel repair (bezel felt tight or stuck and could barely rotate) told the horologist what was wrong. He didn't really inspect the watch, didn't open it either but suggested a fix regardless. I agreed and paid the repair cost no questions asked. Came back to pick up the watch a few days later and it was EXACTLY the way I left it. Not fixed, not repaired, was told that parts were changed but made zero improvement. I hate that I can't leave them a good review. I took a watch in for repair, left it with them for two weeks and when I went to pick it up the watch was still broken. I told them exactly what I observed to be the problem and was told it might be a particular part and if it needed to be replaced they would call me. No call, watch still not working when I went to pick it up. I sent the watch to the manufacturer, which I should have done from the outset, and the manufacturer confirmed the watch needed a part. The problem is it's a part that's different from what the shop suggested may need replacing. The manufacturer said the movement was damaged and had been discontinued. This was a colossal waste of time and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend them nor will I return. Granted, I know little to nothing about watch repair, but it seems to me the watch repair shop should've been able to identify a damaged movement with little difficulty read more

Received a sterling silver bracelet as a present that was too big. I had the great idea of removing one of the charms and resoldering the bracelet together in order to accomplish this. Hoang, the Master's wife, ok-ed this design and gave me an estimate of 1-2 days for completion. Admittedly, the work seems to be good. Only time will tell on the longevity of the solder, but at present looks great. The new rose gold coating over the soldered area does match with my original bracelet. Price was on the higher side about $35 for the whole ordeal. I mainly opted to go through with this pricey transaction for the time estimate, given my travel plans later in the week. Unfortunately, it ended up taking almost 5 days total due to an awaited shipment of rhodium rose-gold plating prior to completion of my order. Definitely made my departure window incredibly tight. During pickup, owner quoted $45 due to rhodium plating, but agreed to honor the original $35 after negotiation. Their location, being close to my place of residence, will definitely make me less objective in my possible future jewelry endeavors, but I ultimately am not sure if I will return. I see their watch repairs seem to be quick given prior reviews, but if you have a jewelry woe, be sure to have ample flexibility in your schedule as it can infinitely take longer than the original estimated completion date. Given that the cost of my bracelet itself is about $35, the repair is also costly. read more

So my boyfriend is in the military and I've been running around like crazy to find a place to engrave his watch. Every place I have been to had told me they will send the watch out and it will take 4-6 weeks which I cannot wait that long as he was leaving for ranger school Monday so I had a two day time frame. But I came in and they came to the rescue. I was told they wouldn't be able to do laser engraving as it was a G-Shock and there wasn't enough room but they did hand engraving for me with my handwriting which I love!!!
