We bought $4000 with of products from Forever Flawless and were given four vouchers to come back for facials, My husband made us appointments for the same time with Gary. We arrived early had an interview with I think David, who took us back into a treatment room and said who's first. During the process the guy kept leaving to ask Gary what he should use next, on his third trip back in he says " Brad, the way Gary booked this we'll have to take care of you another time". I have been using the Forever Flawless Diamond collection and skin care products. As a result of the purchase I have been coming to the Biltmore center for complimentary monthly facials. The staff are very handsome men who are eye candy and from Israel. Needless to say they use their own products. There is a lovely white spa room with a comfortable relaxing padded custom mad bed. Nate Cohen Levi performed the facial while making light conversation; interesting, especially since he has traveled around the world. After each treatment I felt relaxed. Buyers BEWARE! They have a no refund policy but they don't tell you that and even if your products are not used and you want to return them within a 12 hour time frame because the product they put on your face in the mall at the kiosk make your skin itch-cause you redness and swelling I called the sales guy who put the products on my face Daniel Cohen Daniel's response "no refund sign was on my cart" His General manager "The most we can give you back is 25 percent" Are you kidding me !!!! 25 percent of a thousand dollars cash! Call customer service I get "This number is not currently taking calls" I was pulled into the kiosk in Braintree by Daniel I was feeling very sickly but I kindly listened to his demo and let him put the product on my eyes which did look like an improvement and then he also did a treatment on my forehead which also looked like an improvement on my forehead lines Let's face it If your feeling like your on your death bed and something makes you look and feel better about yourself - you can't put a price on that I bought both products at a very costly price of almost one thousand dollars as I was feeling deathly and it did make me feel better about myself for the moment We all know when your not well if something makes you feel like you look better and better about yourself you fall for it So off I go with my products The itchy and taught feeling got worse on my hour ride home By eyes felt tighter My forehead was red and broken out and my eyes were itchy and puffy (Tried to post the picture it would not post) I removed the product and made my Phone calls the next morning within 12 hours of purchase to discuss how to return my unused products and I get told we have a NO REFUND policy! I will fight this even if I have to get a lawyer just to get the word out about this company selling very expensive products with a no refund policy and the only way you will know that is if you look at the bottom of your receipt AFTER your purchase and you just allowed a person to put the products on your face! Horrible experience! It actually started out good, this girl was trying to sell me this cream apparently at a discounted price because the box she had for it was a little ripped, wow, really? Beware of even walking past the store as they lure people off the sidewalk with samples and the next thing you know you're sitting in a chair with some sort of cream on your arm and the sales person starting in on you. If you balk or try to leave, they will drop the price (even several times!) until you just buy something so you can get out of there. Called the number and spoke with Ofar about making an exchange and he was incredibly helpful and offered to exchange my product with no issue. I liked the product too but it wasn't a good gift for a friend so I exchanged for a better option for her. I went into the store and everyone was friendly and willing to help me. I've tried a handful of their products and I love them all and can't wait to give my gifts from Forever Flawless to friends and family! Highly suggest testing out their products. I am a very headstrong woman who even after all this time, still will use their products as I please vs what they would prefer me to do. I'm not going to lie the products are expensive. I splurged for my birthday. I have been having problems with redness and really I have to say leathery skin. I've tried tons of products to no avail. I was walking by and lured in. The gel peel is the first thing to make ANY difference on my skin at all! I'm very happy about it. The redness is getting under control and the texture has changed. I'm trying out several products. They caught me just in time as I was considering a more abrasive approach but didn't really want to go that far. I have my spa treatment scheduled a week before my daughters wedding. I was hussled into the Biltmore store by a guy giving free samples. He applied a product called Vine Vera on the dark hollow areas under my eyes. I have to say, the results were dramatic! Of course he pushed hard to get me to buy. He offered me that product and 2 others AND a free facial for $399.00 I rarely buy anything on the spot so I told him $400. was a lot and I'd have to think about it. Suddenly the price dropped to $299.00. I still left. I did go back because hey, the results were good and I saw some good reviews. That's where things got unpleasant. I paid for the product and he says "let me see if so and so will give you your facial right now while you're here". Aaaand, low and behold so and so was free. Instead of going into the facial room, the guy smears a little something else on one of my cheeks and proceeds to try and sell me that too. This was my free facial. They were relentless. So I finally had to tell them I was a straight commission salesman, I knew exactly what they were doing which was pushing me to buy more while they had me in the store because WE HAVE A MUCH HIGHER CHANCE OF GETTING YOU TO BUY WHEN YOU ARE RIGHT THERE ( Which is why you shouldn't. Remember that!) and that they weren't good at their jobs because they had reached the level of pushy which fails every time. So they finally gave up. Oh, and I was told to use it before bed once a week and after a month I could drop to once every 2 months. There were no other instructions anywhere. Now would that not give you the impression that it's actually changing and improving your skin over time? Nope. It does not. It improves the appearance of your skin by tightening it while you're wearing it. For several hours and then it washes right off. Its good for what it is but they will deliberately make you believe its something more than that. I'm usually not the one to write a review but I was so impressed by this store and the curtesy they gave me that I had to! My dermatologist recommended I check out forever flawless. I totally forgot about it until I walked by the one in the Biltmore. And I'm so glad I did! They helped me out so much! I got the men's after shave and the eye scrub for my wrinkles. It's been 2 weeks and I already see great results. The skin around my eyes is more elastic and youthful. The products were expensive but I've had no buyers remorse and am going to keep getting it. I would give zero stars if possible!!!!! My son (who has struggled with acne and is very self conscious about it) was accosted and humiliated when walking by the Biltmore store. The sales person loudly and aggressively asked him what he was using for his acne. My son was embarrassed and depressed that someone would just randomly approach him regarding his face. I was lured into this shop when I was on my way to Macy's and even though I am usually very reluctant to stop, I am so glad that I did. The owner of the shop helped me and you can tell he not only believes in the product but he makes you believe as well. Because I am skeptical I wanted to use the product for awhile before I put in my review because I am not one to write reviews often. Something has to be pretty spectacular for me to take the time to do so and that is exactly what my experience was... Spectacular! The staff at the Biltmore location is super friendly, professional, very knowledgable and not pushy at all - they have been taking the time to demonstrate multiple products and answer all the million questions I had. I personally highly recommend the Black Diamond Collection - these products are really working! Very easy to use and feels great when you apply it - I have been using many different creams for years but only when I started using the Black Diamond Collection products I started seeing a difference, my face is radiant and I get many compliments. I have been using the Diamond infused cleansing complex, Diamond Infused 24K Facial Cream and Eye Diamond Infused Serum.
