She claims to have told me. Which she did not. She handed me the colors in a basket. Which I never go get acrylics so I assumed when they rushed me to sit before I could pick a color off the front wall it was the same thing. I asked for matte on my top coat. N nothing about that says gel. She claims to have specified bit she's lying. N when I came back to speak to the lady that had told my lady to do gel claiming I asked when I clearly didn't. She's now trying to say that I'm the only.one that was rude when she started being rude 1st so obviously I came back at her. And of course I was a little irritated. Bc it was my birthday and I went out to get my nails done and they ripped me off. I tolf her if that was the case take them off. She told me she would charge me for that too because they fucked up in the 1st place. So I won't be changing my rating unless you make it right. Then I might give u 4 stars for being people of your word and making it right when u didn't ask me in the 1st place. read more

The service is GREAT, don't get me wrong. The staff is very friendly, the salon is VERY clean, there is a great selection of polishes (including Chanel and Deborah Lippman!)...and you get to sit in these comfy chairs instead of at a table with an uncomfy chair (!!) but my mani just didn't turn out that great. Kim ly did my mani, she's VERY nice and did a great job at cleaning up my ugly ass cuticles. The warm lotion massage was freakin awesome, I wish every salon offered this service! kim she spoke fluently English unlike any other salon very rude , when they speaking to each other in their own language , I'm 110% satisfaction and suggested any one around Temecula , Murrieta please chose this salon and will see are my words are truth. .... read more

Me and my mom have been going here ever since we moved to Menifee a couple of years ago. Joann and Kelly are, our people. And we always get a appt with them, so i dont know why people say that they are too busy and thats why they dont go there. Kelly is the best! She never cuts me, and she always delivers. I come in with my crazy designs and she tries to do it, and what I like about her is that if she cant do it, she will have Joann do it. I love them both! and they are so nice, and they always remember little things that we tell them. Im actually going there today. I will def go there before school starts to get my acrylics. Joann took awesome care of me. When I called, I asked if they do Pink and white Acrylic with Gel on top over my own nails. She said yes and WOW am I PLEASED with the beautiful work Joann did. Forever Nails and Spa is a wonderful place to get a service done! I did not get price gouged and the service was impeccable! For my service, I got a gel pedi and tips with gel for my hands. Both has lasted over 3 weeks until I went in for my fill and another pedi. When my mother comes to visit, I will take her there because of the service and quality of professionalism. A Note to the Owner: Continue to raise the bar for great service and professionalism because a number of spa shops could take a lesson from yours! read more

Livia and another lady staff member did an amazing job on pedicures for my husband and I. I have only done it once long ago since I have very ticklish feet. I think she may have been the only one who could pull it off. The price was unbelievably affordable, and they did not try to upsell. The TV channel should be on something lighter. Manaj videos with practically naked girls was the least pleasant atmosphere I have experienced. Overall, I highly recommend! read more

I had to go to another nail salon to replace my complete set due to acrylic on nails from Forever Nails was put on uneven and way over my cuticles. Won't be returning. read more

But not before and all the while discussing it with her coworkers in a foreign language and with a very rude manner. Several of them 2/3 looked at me and started talking back and giggling. I know she was complaining about me who simply asked for her to fix a very crooked nail. She then held my hand up and rudely says ok fixed what do you want me to do now? I decided to not discuss the issue anymore and just said that's fine. She quickly walked away to do nothing but sit at the end of the counter with another coworker or freind. I should have left the minute I sat down when she left stacks of color books on my lap and didn't let me turn on the massage chair. The manager who is always amazing was not there. I will be calling her to discuss this horrible situation. This salon is convenient for me and I've had pleasant experiences but not this technician. She does not meet the standards or quality that I've come to expect from this salon.

unfortunately i have to update my review and sad to say i wont be returning because of a comment…read moremade by an employee. i just want to preface this by saying ive been coming here for years and only ever brought 3 people with me. when i first came 3 years ago, my ex who i was dating at the time (3+ yr relationship). my mom. and recently, my boyfriend who i've been dating for 5 months. majority of the time i just come alone. i've always loved this place, everybody is usually super nice and polite. designs come out exactly how i ask for them or close enough for me to be happy. recently i haven't been getting my nails done because things are really uncertain and i was just buying press-on nails to save money. my boyfriend wanted to treat me as part of his birthday gift to me. so we went together and i got my usual (acrylic set with basic gel pedicure) and he got a pedicure. what upset me wasn't the work or quality but a comment one of the employees made. he said, "oh hey! i didn't recognize you at first." then followed up with, "you bring so many guys here i didn't know it was you!" WOAH ! my jaw was on the floor. i asked why would you say that?? he just chuckled maybe he didn't hear me? i was truly shocked and my boyfriend looked at me confused. we just laughed it off and he could tell i was just as confused. now, imagine i was in an abusive relationship or some other bad situation and you make a comment like that, which is not even true. thankfully i am in a perfectly healthy relationship but i can't say that has always been the case. so this was just a really awkward moment for me and made me feel super uncomfortable. a comment like that could have really gotten somebody hurt... really weird thing to say even if you are just joking around. really upset tbh even if it were true, please don't ever make a comment like that to anybody else! you don't know people's situations and who it is that i'm with. it could have been a friend for all you know. pics attached have all been done here, what makes me the most upset is now i have to go to a million other places before i can match the quality and consistency at nail palace. i guess it'll be worth it to not be disrespected, though.

While I was getting my toes done they kept asking me if I wanted this or that I already told them the color I wanted as well, they put on what they wanted on me i told them that's not the color. Then added on something I didn't ask for so they can charge me more. $160.00 later I left unhappy and upset. I was so upset I cried in my car they don't listen and hurt you make you bleed Add on more stuff you didn't ask for. Horrible place if you want an expensive experience for cheap looking nails come here.

Despite the salon being completely empty, the service was a disaster from start to finish. Two techs worked on me simultaneously, yet both failed completely: Pedicure: The tech filed my toenails completely unevenly. The French tips were crooked, the massage was nonexistent, and they spent the whole time distracted, cleaning up around them without even setting a timer. Manicure: The tech appeared hungover or intoxicated--sweating, sniffling, and smelling strongly of alcohol. They rushed through filing, leaving every nail a different shape and size. When the French tips turned out sloppy, they actually blamed the shape of my fingers. After watching them get visibly frustrated while rushing through the paint job, I gave up trying to correct him. I paid $130, left in tears, and immediately had to go to another salon to have everything completely redone. Do not waste your time or money here.

The tech asked if I wanted GEL and I said "No" definitely don't want Gel, I just wanted regular polish. I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it.
