Finding a new nail tech after my nail lady moved to LA has been a nightmare, but Paris Nails & Spa was by far the worst experience yet. Despite the salon being completely empty, the service was a disaster from start to finish. Two techs worked on me simultaneously, yet both failed completely: Pedicure: The tech filed my toenails completely unevenly. The French tips were crooked, the massage was nonexistent, and they spent the whole time distracted, cleaning up around them without even setting a timer. Manicure: The tech appeared hungover or intoxicated--sweating, sniffling, and smelling strongly of alcohol. They rushed through filing, leaving every nail a different shape and size. When the French tips turned out sloppy, they actually blamed the shape of my fingers. After watching them get visibly frustrated while rushing through the paint job, I gave up trying to correct him. I paid $130, left in tears, and immediately had to go to another salon to have everything completely redone. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. My toenails are uneven, and it was obvious that very little care or attention was put into the service. During the massage, he barely touched my legs or feet and spent most of the time cleaning up or looking around instead of actually providing the massage. To make matters worse, the technician appeared to be sick. He sneezed and blew his nose during my appointment but didn't wash or sanitize his hands afterward. He also wasn't wearing gloves, which made the experience feel very unsanitary. I also noticed another employee walking around the salon eating food and leaving it on the tables where customers sit. Overall, the cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of service were extremely disappointing. I won't be returning. read more

I went to Paris nails today with my spouse, and we got pedicures, callus removal, and I got a gel manicure. The interior is very pretty and glamorous with lots of bling. The spa chairs were very comfortable. I got great service from Vicky and Calvin with wonderful friendly attention. We will go again. read more

Absolutely loved this place, it's clean and the gentleman, Tom, did an amazing job. I came in for a fill so it could have been a quick easy whatever job but he was so meticulous about each step. Was quick and efficient, cleaned my cuticles and great experience. Only thing I wish they would add is a massage because it would just make it complete and completely justify the price of $50 for fill. I completely recommend Calvin and will definitely continue booking with him. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Vivian, was very disappointing. She overbooks appointments, which causes excessive waiting times for clients. On top of that, she exploits employees by forcing overtime and treats them in a very disrespectful manner. I don't usually post bad reviews, but I have to today. I went in for a regular pedicure and the lady that did mine was rough. She cut my toe nails all different shapes and sizes. My left big toe is missing a corner and my pinky toe nail is completely gone and in pain. She cut it so short it hurts to walk. The polish is blotchy and she basically bullied me into inputting a tip since I paid with a card. My daughter even asked me why the lady was walking me through the payment. Here's a photo of my fingers after service here (for reference, my fingers were not dry or peeling prior). The chemicals used to remove the glue-on nails made my fingers burn and feel numb. These nails also cost just as much as an acrylic set yet they pop off within 7-10 days. They will not do any refunds if unsatisfied with service. I will let you decide for yourself whether or not to come here, but I know that when I go to the salon I want to be cared for, and actual care for the customer was not present here. I am so embarrassed! This was my second time here. The first time wasn't the best, but I figured I would give them another chance since they're so close to my house. That was a big mistake! I had a pedicure and I had a full set of gel X nails. I asked for a short French tip. I will post a pictures of what I asked for and what I received. The woman who did my pedicure asked which pedicure I wanted and what color. She trimmed my toenails, but she cut me and she trimmed them way too short. I pray that I do not get an ingrown toenail! The woman who did my gelx nails, tried very hard. It seemed as though she has never done this before. I kept correcting her and asking her to fix stuff and she was trying her best, but I can tell she didn't really know what she was doing. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours. Neither one of the ladies spoke very much English and the one who was doing my nails would ask me questions, but I didn't know what she was saying so someone else had to translate for her. It is a beautiful place inside and Jackie is very friendly and helpful but other than her I haven't really had anyone who spoke really good English at all. Most of them don't even talk to you. I love the decor and they always have a theme for whichever holiday is closest. The quality of the work though is lacking. I'm completely embarrassed of how my nails look. I don't even wanna go out in public with these nails, but I paid $70 for these so I'll keep them on for a couple weeks and then go somewhere else to fix them. Paris Nails please DO NOT let any of your employees do work that they have no experience doing or are not very good at. This is not a good way or a professional way to run a business. This is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I believe they had this woman do my nails because they just didn't want to say no to anyone who came in which is wrong! I paid for a #3 pedicure which came with an 8 min massage. I timed my nail technician, Lisa, since I noticed she wasn't thorough with her work. Sure enough, she shortened the time to about 6 mins and 30 seconds. My timer was set just a few seconds after hers. When I asked if she could file one of my big toe nails, (because one was longer than the other) she said "it's fine" but did it anyway. I normally wouldn't have mentioned anything, but when I noticed she shortened my time on the massage, I felt like I should. Also, my callus was not removed fully. I wish I would have noticed that while there, but I didn't notice until I was home. I started to write this review while there and decided not to, but once I saw the about of callus left, I moved forwarded with this review. My sister and I came to the Wildomar location for a head spa treatment and pedicures. They started us over 15 minutes late (with appointments). Head spa: The room for the head spa was far too small for the awkward chair/bed they do the service from and it was honestly a hazard. Anyone with any sort of mobility restrictions would be unable to receive this service. The chair was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and actually bruised my shoulder. The provider could not figure out how to work the bed massage and the legs kept going up and down. I ended up bending my legs and keeping them up with my knees up for more than half the service. At one point the head rest popped off and my head slammed into something metal on the chair/bed/bowl, leaving a pretty epic bruise. My neck was in pain after the appointment. The top of my head was never treated. The face mask they use got in my eye and irritated it. Then she tried to blow dry my sopping wet hair while having me awkwardly sit up on the weird bed/chair until I asked if there was a heat treatment on it and she said no so I stopped her. I asked her to stop and left. They never used the rain shower thing which was the whole reason we went. My sister ended up canceling her head spa and she just stuck with the pedicure. I didn't get my pedicure because her pedicure experience was just as awful as my head spa experience. I absolutely would NOT NOT COME BACK. read more

Pretty mid spot. They were very gentle with my feet which I appreciated. The girls seemed nice enough. I felt bad for other ladies coming in as they were told inaccurate wait times. The shop was clean but I didn't see any of my tools coming out of sealed packages. They also use the cheese grater on my feet which I'm not a fan of. I got the #2 pedicure with gel for $70. I found that to be a little too expensive for what I felt was a very average pedicure. read more

I travel over an hour to my regular nail salon, but today I was in the Wildomar area running an errand and decided to continue my hunt for a new local nail salon and walked in to this pretty place. I'm so happy I did! Let me tell you why... Recently in search of a local nail place, I had a terrible experience where a technician claimed she knew how to perform the technique I opt for which is Gel Builder, fka Hard Gel. It left me unsure if I wanted to try again at all in finding a new place that could get the job done. Here at Paris Nails & Spa, I explained to the manager what I had been through and needed. She listened and was genuinely confident in her team and they all over delivered. I was impressed by their professionalism and enjoyed the ambiance, the music and service. I can't yet speak to what a weekend visit is like, as I was here on a weekday afternoon. My photo shows how natural Holly made my nails look, she used Hybrid Gel it's similar to the Gel Builder I'd get but is an organic product and gentle on the nails- no toxic smells and I didn't experience any burning while under the UV light. My nails were left with clean detail around the cuticle edges and the shape is on point. If you're going to splurge on a pedi, check out the variety of sugar scrubs scents they have. The scent of the leg mask used was a coffee scent and it literally smelled like a warm latte. Lynn performed the best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Happily a new customer! read more

I came here because they are new, and I wanted to give them a chance. The salon is beautiful I can tell they put a lot of time and money into it. It's to bad I can't recommend this place. I got a gel Fill and pedicure. They where nice and efficient. The problem is the products they use or lack of knowledge. After less than a week 2 nails where lifting and they fixed them. I'm not sure what they where saying, but they could see the others where starting to lift and didn't touch them. It is now almost 2 weeks, and I'm missing 2 nails and the others I had to cut down because until I get paid I can have the luxury of doing my nails again.
