Not a great experience!! Although my nail tech was very friendly, her attention to detail was not great. I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. She barely shaped/filed my nails and didn't clean up or push back my cuticles at all. There are spots on the edges of my nails that don't have any dip color on them and spots where the dip color is on my skin. I have been a regular at this nail salon and have been getting my nails and pedicures done by Anna Lee. I have never had a complaint and usually I leave happy. I was in the shop about a week ago and Anna Lee did my nails, I brought to her attention that she had shave one of my nails too much, making it cooked and one of my other nails was lumpy. I kept trying to show her but she acted like she didn't see it, so I just said no bother we can fix it on my next appointment. When I called in to make that appointment, I was told that Anna Lee didn't want to work with me anymore, that I was too difficult to please. I never complained before never been a hostile customer. I believe her ego was bruised and she doesn't know how to take criticism. It's my nails. I have to wear them and if it's not right I should be able to relay that without any issue. Between the two of us we have had walk-In services from several of the employees and have been very satisfied with all of them. Our scheduled appointments are usually made with David and Annalee now and we just love our bi-weekly appointments with them. This is my go-to nail place! They always do such a great job and have the most color choices. They take their time but are also super quick. They have tons of workers and there's so many of them which is great because there almost never a wait. This is a bigger nail salon so it's perfect for going with groups. Got a good/quick shellac manicure, the worker said little to nothing to me during (which is totally fine). Decided to get my eyebrows waxed too and the lady made it VERY obvious she did not want to do so. She did the wax in less than 2 minutes, didn't pluck my eyebrows, then proceeded to walk out of the room while saying "you're done" before I could even look in the mirror. Offered her a $2 tip--which was too much in my opinion for an awful $10 wax--and received no thank you. The work just pocketed the money and resumed on the computer. Will not be going back. Open on Sunday (unlike my usual place) so I decided to try it and got a regular manicure. All was going well until the polish. It looks very sloppy, they don't clean around the edges, and she did 3 coats plus top coat and base in about 3 minutes. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but thought it was about time I do for Forever Nails. I have been enjoying great service which is cheerful and personalized each and every time. When you arrive you are greeted by name if you've been there more than once. It doesn't take long to get to know the staff and they never make you feel like a stranger. Each and every one does a great job. I have never been dissatisfied. My daughters enjoy coming with me when they are in town. This is what I get for spending 90 dollars there today. Rough nails, not even straight. Crust stick to the nails and my fingers. I had checked the front before leaving assuming the back side looked good until I got home. I will never return to this salon, worst experience ever. I know this is partially because the nail tech was frustrated and rushing at the end because the first color she painted was nothing close to the color I selected. Myself, just like many people have run into many cases of bad customer service. Though I have never felt the need to leave a bad review until now. I came into this salon for the first and last time to get my shellac soaked off, a regular polish manicure, and a polish change on my toes. Angela was the name of the nail tech that I was getting "service" from. From the very start, she was extremely rude to me. She looked so angry that I felt the need to ask her if she was alright and if I had offended her in anyway. Even after that she continued to treat me the same way. We started off with the polish change on my toes. She started to file my nails, but they were very long so I asked her to cut them (not asking much). It was obvious that this request angered her. After retreiving the clippers she started to cut my nails. She put little to no effort in this and did not even cut every nail. Angela's idea of filing nails was two swipes with the file, and left the corners sharpe and jagged. At this point my toenails were crooked, sharp, and jagged. I decided to tell Angela that I no longer wanted a manicure, and to only charge me for soaking off the shellac ($10). Angela became even more frustrated with me and carried on with my toes. I asked her to file the corners so that they would not snag, become ingrown, or irritate my other toes from being so sharp. She was so angry. Again, put little to no effort and almost seemed like she was purposely trying to make them look worse. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. While all of this was happening, I remained kind and polite. I was literally trying to kill her with kindness in hopes that her mood would change instead of giving her a piece of my mind like I truly wanted to. Angela and I headed back to take the shellac off my nails. She was very forceful with the cuticle pusher and even scraped off a bit of the top layer of the nail. Continued with her unique way of filing and sent me on my way. I was charged $22 for this nightmare. I have been in customer service most of my life and even worked as a nail tech for two years before becoming a teacher. I always tip very well. Somehow I still left the woman a $2 tip. As soon as I walked out the door I regretted it, she didn't even deserve that. I walked into this nail salon with hopes of a beautiful manicure and polish change. Instead, I walked out with crooked toe nails, polish all over my skin, and no manicure. During this time, I took the time to look around at the other nail techs and the work they were doing. They were all so friendly with their customers! Some laughing, conversating. The way it should be when getting service in a salon. Because of my terrible experience with Angela, the rest of the enployees that could be wonderful will never receive my service. I cannot speak for the rest of the salon, but I highly recommend that you avoid Angela. read more

My friend and I walked in to get pedi's on a Saturday and were seated right away. However, we had to wait awhile for someone to do our feet. Luckily we were there together and had time to catch up. I'd be super bored if I were alone! I hadn't had my toes done in a while so the pedicurist took his time and made my feet look fab! However, the woman who was doing my friends feet spent more time socializing than giving a pedi! I was done and my friend had to wait about ten min to get her toes polished because the girl was too busy talking to other people! I will start by saying that I was a walkin, and did not have an appointment. When I arrived, there were a few people ahead of me. I asked if I could be in and out in an hour and a half. He said no problem. I waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes, and then was told to go soak in the tub. I was already getting a little nervous on the time, but decided to continue. I sat soaking in the tub, which was luke warm to begin with, for 45 minutes before I finally asked for a towel to dry off and leave. I will not be returning. read more

I decided to give this place a go since I was new to the area. I didn't feel very welcomed when I first entered the shop and wasn't greeted by the guy working the front desk. Thats why I'm giving this review a 4 star instead of a 5. But I'm glad I stayed because the nail technician did an amazing job on me. She painted this beautiful purple shellac on me, which lasted about a month. It barely even chipped!! Amazing! I believe her name was Karen. I definitely will be coming back for her. Very nice lady ! I tried Forever Nails based on a friends great review for a trip I was going on. I got a mani and pedi. I got the dip on finger nails and polish on my toes. The tech didn't even trim my toe nails. My toes lasted 3 days and that's when one toe had the polish completely gone. My finger nails lasted 5 days and that's when the chipping started. Needless to say paying $83 was not worth it! I went to this establishment a few months back to have them re-do the flowers on my nails done at another nail shop. I was extremely happy with the outcome at that time. Found out the tech's name was Ken. So, I made an appt with Ken to come back 3 wks later. I am new to the area and not used to all of the traffic jams. Anyway, I arrived 5 minutes late to my appt due to traffic congestion and they gave away my appt with Ken. I was extremely pissed. The gentleman at the desk said I should have called to let them know I was still coming. Then asked if I wanted to wait for Ken it have someone else do my fill. I asked if that person knows how to do flowers and he said yes. After I sit down and began to have my nails done, I showed the young lady Maria what I wanted done. She tells me she doesn't not know how to do flowers! . She told me another young lady could do my flowers. I was angry but said fine. Maria's work was sloppy. She had the acrylic thin on one side and thick on the other. Pretty much lopsided acrylic. I let it go because I was tired and had a long day. She did, however, do a great job on painting. So then the young lady who was supposed to do my flowers came over. She didn't look a day over 18 or 19 years old. It was horrible, she tried 3 different times to draw a decent flower and simply failed at doing so. While she was attempting to paint a flower, Ken and other techs came to look and see what the young lady was doing. Upset, I just asked Maria to finish painting so I could leave. She asked me if I was okay because I'm sure she could see the disappointment written all over my face. Maria apologized profusely! I will never go back to this shop! The young man at the desk said nothing as I paid and left. (Yes, I could've gotten really irate and ask them to not charge me. However this day and age you have to pick your battles and keep moving because you could get in a bad situation and get into legal troubles by becoming irate.) My First Yelp...GREAT TECH, AWFUL OWNER. WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING PUBLICLY YELLED AT AND RIDICULED...AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER. I loved getting my nails done here by a wonderful tech who goes by the nickname "Lion." She is adorable and does a great job. Unfortunately, the owner Brian has been verbally nasty to several customers within my earshot during the time I've gone there. It troubled me. I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness and getting around has become very difficult. I have been late to two appointments by less than 15 minutes since my diagnosis. I absolutely understand having to give my appt. away and I have been more than happy to reschedule (it should be noted I've waited over an hour at times, however). What I will ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATE is being yelled at and publicly ridiculed in front of other clients over my "rudeness" for being late, which is what occurred yesterday. Honestly, I was unable to even get a word in edgewise to apologize. Brian ranted in front of the entire salon. Getting salon services is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and it has become my one special time away. It has become confrontational and without reason. It is a real shame that I lost my nail tech. I will never return to this place again. My husband came with me to get a manicure so I called ahead of time to check out the prices for our services. Mine would cost 30.00 and his pedicure was 28.00. When I was done I found that the staff had suckered him into a 48.00 pedicure and he had no clue what was what. when the owner clearly saw i was upset instead of making the problem better he said next time wee come in make sure they just do a basic pedicure. I understand if your busy but being in the service field , you should always make sure the customer is happy. Also brought my 3 year old for a mommy daughter experience and they did nothing to make her feel like anything but another dollar.
