I would say it's pretty fair because there is some amount of wear and tear to the fancy dresses with sequins and beads, and often times fitting requires help from Claudia. I picked three dresses and she did let me try a few more that she recommended without charging extra. Prices are reasonable and ordering a new dress was easy and painless. Claudia never tried to talk me into taking the floor sample even though it was my size. The new dress arrived on time.
