And natura spa but after trying several estheticians there each one either left my scarred from the wax being too hot and ignoring my requests to cool it down, or they left behind many patches. Unfortunately, what happened afterward completely ruined the experience. After paying, my wife noticed she was charged $34 even though the service was listed as $28 on their website, with no explanation for the price difference. On top of that, there was no option to leave a tip on the payment terminal. As she was leaving and heading to the elevator, the employee followed her to say that she had not left a tip and insisted that she scan her Cash App QR code to send one directly. My wife scanned the code, and just a few seconds later, the employee grabbed the phone out of my wife's hands, saying that people "always send the money to the wrong person." My wife immediately asked for her phone back. The situation then became even more uncomfortable when the employee started asking her whether she "didn't have money." We have never experienced something so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Tips are optional, not mandatory, and no customer should ever feel pressured, chased down, or have their personal phone taken from them over a tip. It's honestly a shame because the waxing service itself was good, but the way my wife was treated afterward was shocking and completely ruined the entire experience.
