I was not asking for a miracle with my credit score, I was aware how I messed up my credit but I didn't know how to tackle it to get it better, Mr. Chris highly recommended not to worry that he will help me that that's why I hired him, he'll tackle these companies to try and get rid of them from my credit score, 3 months pass by and I ask for a update of how the situation is going, no response. I called and emailed his assistant Laurie, no response, when I did get a response it was for me to set up an appointment, in which I did, come to the date of? No call, no text no email. 2.5 more months passed by, I reached out again, Mr. Chris said, "I'll call you in a bit" ....... No call no text. I reached out to assistant...... no call no text no email. Come to 3 days before contract is up, $1,200 later, I ask for another update, well I never received one before but you know what i mean, Mr. Chris told me that he wants to talk to me and give me a refresh on my credit score, and discuss next steps, told him great I'm available anytime to just give me a call. Never heard from him again. In summary, did they help my credit score? No. Did they remove anything from my credit report? Yes, 2 things that were $50 each additional cost, so total price : $1,300.
