Alanna invited numerous locals to participate in a shop small, shop local event, and advertised it in a magazine. Really community focused :) . It was such fun! The space is lovely - both the foyer as well as the actual hot room (that wasn't heated during the market). There's high ceilings, LOTS of natural daylight, and mirrors on two walls - pretty awesome for a fitness center! Also, we couldn't help but notice how clean the rest rooms are - which have 2 showers (apparently in the men's room too). I sold a lot of my items at the market, and also enjoyed meeting other vendors. Alanna scheduled a wine night for the studio on Dec 20th and I'll be coming in with friends to take 6:30pm inferno hot Pilates, and then stay around for wine night! Fun, fun, fun :)

I took a class today with Martha at West U and she was awesome. Loved her personality and when my thigh muscles were spent I asked for something else to do and she kindly helped me and kept count for how long I held the plank while everyone else did the lunges that my muscles just couldn't do. It was also great because it was legs focused but she worked our abs and arms SO well to warm us up. I had a question for the owner and the number was easily accessible and they responded quickly and were very helpful with my question. A+ customer service. In my opinion, their Pilates classes are for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to invite a beginner or an individual with an advance practice. It's an incredibly satisfying workout. Boost Pilates is a must try.

Unfortunately in 2025 I had a personal tragedy that resulted in me taking custody to two toddlers. I kept my membership at that time in hopes that I would be able to figure out a balance and still attend classes. By summer I realized that was not happening anytime soon and I could not shoulder that $200/month bill with the other expenses that the girls were bringing. I canceled my membership. I've written to the club about my financial concerns and it seems to have fallen on deaf ears as well as my calls to CP's billing department. They have recieved monthly payments from me for like a year without me taking a class. I woke up today to a new charge from the club. It's so disheartening that while I loved my time at the club, trying to seperate myself from them has been a financial burden added onto an already stressful and grieving time for my family.

One teacher stayed on her phone half the time. One was obviously not happy to be there. I have now tried every teacher. I have only 2 favs but their days/hours dont meet my schedule.
