I'm reluctant to write this review but it's the reality. I signed up for this gym way back because it was clean, classy and upscale. I worked out at both this location and Walnut Creek and used to be so excited to go work out! When they reopened out door I was ecstatic. I had a great first workout but than slowly started noticing how different the crowd was becoming. It's evident that because of the lack gyms open outdoors, everyone is migrating here. Nothing against power lifting, cross fit and fitness competitors, but if I wanted to be around half naked, sweaty steroid-using junkies, I would've gone to Golds or American Barbell. Between them filming their workouts, occupying the same machine for 30+ mins than passing it off to their friends, it's pointless to even come here. I'm not over paranoid about covid but with limited machines and the staff not monitoring who's coming and going, you end up waiting around for machines or using the free weights which I could just do at home. I hope the crowd changes when it official reopens, but until then I'll be cancelling my membership. This gym has turned into a prison yard. Why would you pay for terrible customer service with $120 minimum a month? I was very disappointed and I do not know why I would pay $120 for such some customer service offered by people with discursive and arrogant attitudes, besides having no knowledge of the gym they are working for. I went in the gym today trying to start a membership during COVID. I asked if the front desk people could give me a trip or introduce the gym and they were not willing to. They looked at each other and no one wanted to talk about it. When I asked for the classes and the membership fees, their attitudes were very discursive, giving me vague and random answers. Meanwhile, they were not clear what kind of classes offered nor the membership price and asked me to go look online. I mean why would I check-in if I want something available online??? I don't think this worths $120/month. If you don't care, never mind. But why pay for such terrible service if you are able to find a better one? read more

I did a ton of research before I joined this gym. I've a native San Jose resident and have belonged to just about every gym possible. 24 hour, Schroeder's, Gold's, and ALL of Forma Gym's predecessors...Ronnie Lots, Club One...I can't even remember all the changes in ownership of this location. Before I joined Forma, I actually visited their Walnut Creek location. Their Walnut Creek facility is gorgeous! The spin room, the lounge cafe complete with food, caffeine and a juice bar, locker rooms...all of it - superb. I was hesitant to join Thornwood Forma straight away because it's still a work in progress. The woman's locker room will be renovated soon, among other things. I probably would have waited, but Fabricio made it worth my while with his vast interest in my personal goals and by offering solutions that were above and beyond what I've experienced at other gyms. Owner - I hope you're reading. The guy seriously loves what he does. I'm a busy mother of 3, and granted small things excite me...but this is one thing I really love about Forma so far. Every cardio machine has an AWESOME dash (see photo). You can access Facebook, Ted Talk Channel, Pandora, Gmail, etc, etc. AND all through Bluetooth. I can leave my phone behind and cardio it up to my heart's desire. I also appreciate the complete replacement of free weight and machine equipment!! It's vastly refreshing. I can't wait for the women's locker room remodel and front lounge to be complete. The locker room will have a sauna and beautiful wooden lockers, etc. It's supposed to be even better than their Walnut Creek facility which feels like a country club locker room. Long story long - we have many options here in San Jose. I've tried all of them. Bottom line is that I love how open and responsive Forma has been. No other gym has cared about or responded to feedback as openly and quickly. I also love that, unlike other options, this gym is classy and inviting; it just feels more like a community than a crowded gym with long wait times and broken equipment. They actually seem to care about the money you're spending. I'm totally sold. read more

One specifically is Torey who has been my spouses PT for a year now- bottom line , she used to avoid going to workouts, but with the personal coaching of Torey, she now has goals and is very upbeat about exercising. Very disappointed that Forma gym did not automatically suspend memberships and still continued to charge their customers. This is not fair at all, especially when you are not providing clear communication on what will happen and no easy way to suspend membership. Let me just say how much I love Forma for it's cleanliness and updated equipment. Forma is by far the best gym in the South Bay and I enjoy my workouts every time I'm there. I primarily weight lift and swim and the pool uses reservations through their app as well as time caps which is really helpful when reserving lanes. I also want to point out that their staff is super friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile when you walk in. Forma is a greaaaaaat gym. Despite i have only started a few months ago, i can see clearly the differences between other gym i used to go. The equipments are modern and very well maintained and taken care of. Staff is very smiling, friendly and super caring. I have been explained and given instructions on how to make some exercises that really made a difference on my body and my boyfriend s shape. There are also many group class options for all levels and types. I clearly feel that my health and well being is taken care of and it s a cozy place i really look forward to go. The super neat locker room and amenities are fantastic and i looove the steam room. They also have sauna, jaccuzzi inside as well as outside and as a great swimming pool area. They don't take care of their members. They sent a brief email saying they would be closed for shelter in place and that is it. They vanished, they are not answering any phone calls or emails, it goes automatically to a voice message (my husband and I have the decency of working from home. Social distancing doesn't mean you are free of your obligations as a business person). AND YET, they are charging my bank account still, with the amount of $99.99 monthly, during the period they are closed and not they are just gone with our money. Not answering our request to give us the full refund. It looks like they knew they should freeze the memberships during this tough time but they vanished since day 1 of shelter in place and kept the automatic charges into each member's bank account. This is wrong! Totally wrong! They are gone with all members money, they just vanished. read more

It never actually occurred to me to rate any of the gyms I've belonged to during the last 25+ years, but I decided to take the time to do so with Forma because I've been so impressed with all that they have done to help their members keep fit throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. I've spoken with friends locally and around the country, and have found no other gym that has done so much for its members. First of all, even before COVID hit last year, Forma was an excellent gym. The staff is friendly, helpful, and diligent; the facility is attractive, clean, and well maintained; instructors for the group classes, spinning, and pilates studios are uniformly excellent; the equipment is state-of-the-art; and the atmosphere is comfortably homey. Members would congregate in the lounge area to read, watch TV, eat, converse, and meet up with friends. Since the pandemic began last year, Forma has become even more impressive by creating innovative solutions to comply with the ever-changing regulations imposed by the County. They began by offering virtual online classes that we could do at home while they erected a huge outdoor tent in their parking lot, laid down rubber flooring topped by artificial turf, and set up equipment placed strategically apart (treadmills, stationary bikes, weight stations, elliptical trainers, etc.). They created an area for group classes such as yoga, step, body conditioning, and pilates, as well as a canopied spinning studio in their backyard, adjacent to the pool. For our comfort and safety they brought in huge fans during the summer and heaters as the days grew cold, so we've been able to exercise throughout the year. We've even managed to exercise on rainy days! And as the County restrictions loosen, they've renovated the bathrooms and are set up to use the interior space as specified by the County. I can't say enough about Forma's approach to keeping their members happy and healthy, and I'm very grateful to them and their staff for everything they do. I am extremely unsatisfied with this facility. They hassle you about your appointment times even when it's empty, I got money stolen out of my gym bag the second day there, and it costs way too much for what they offer. There are other facilities that cost half the price with the same amenities. It is very clean and tidy but it's simply not worth it. However the person who sold me my membership Melissa was very friendly and extremely professional. She's great, the gym just isn't Worth the $270 it cost for the first month read more

I absolutely love Forma! I have been to many gyms that ranged from a 24 hour to Courtside Club and this is by far my favorite. From the moment I walked in my children and myself have been treated incredibly! The staff is unbelievably considerate, knowledgable and they all actually take the time to get to know our family and check in with us. Christian, who signed me up, greets us every SINGLE time we come in. He checks in with me, checks in with my kids, gives them some giggles and they just adore him. We also really love Gabby! She is one of the managers there and she is also incredibly personable. My oldest always asks about both of them even when we arent at the gym. My point is I have never experienced this with any other gym. Nobody ever took the time to get to know me... I was just a number and at FORMA we feel like family. My kids LOVE their Kidzville. Like LOVE! My oldest will cry when we have to go. My youngest (10 months) sometimes will cry and they truly do everything they can to make sure I can still get a workout in. The best part is it is complimentary! For 2 hours!! There is quite an array of things for all ages. The staff is really good at listening to any instructions that you have for them. I always feel like my children are in excellent hands. The classes and instructors are amazing! I love their cycling and core classes most. They have this really cool outdoor bootcamp area that I love working out in. If there isn't a class going on you can work out in there and thats been so nice to change it up from being stuck inside. They have a nice pool/hottub area outside as well! They have all the weight equipment you would ever need indoors. I never have a problem getting equipment or a machine. It's usually super mellow inside when I go. The gym as a whole is really clean too! That was one thing I hated about 24 is it always felt dirty to me. They have mini fridges filled with cool Eucalyptus towels, which are sure to be your favorite! There is water provided there in these large dispensers that have fresh lemon or orange slices. As far as the locker rooms the women's has a hot tub, sauna, steam room, towel services and all the shower supplies, mouthwash etc... If you are looking for a new gym I would highly recommend FORMA. I just joined this spot a week ago since it's one of the only gyms that is open during COVID-19 and it's so awesome! The gym offers a huge outside, rented space for all types of lifting machines and set ups. They even have a cardio section and an outdoor pool. Perhaps one of the greatest parts about Forma is that it's so easy to navigate here. You become a member, create an online account, and then sign up for gym reservations, pool reservations, and even outdoor group classes online. Prices are high but it's totally worth it and I encourage everyone to ask for specials! read more

If you want to workout indoors, get a good pump & see a bit of eye candy while doing it, this is not the place for you! Now if you want to workout outdoors, get great service, towel service, clean machines, a mad pump & see hard-working gym goers, this is the place you want to come. Lots of good equipment & they keep updating selection of machines in the outside area. I am not sure if the inside area is open, I assume it is since State regulations have placed us in the Red Tier recently. Overall it was a fantastic experience, enjoyed the outdoor workout setting. They have huge fans to circulate the air, most people are wearing masks & they have the workout areas masked off for protection against the virus. I think they could improve on the hours, the place closes too early, hence the 4 stars. read more

I walked in the first time and instantly felt comfortable. All the trainers make sure you feel welcome as do the other members and they tell you how to modify if you have any injuries. They keep you moving and pushing you to new limits. They're like family. They try to build relationships with you and I love the fact that they try to get to know you. read more

Unsanitary indoor jaccuzi (Members getting in NAKED) I really like this gym and have been coming here for quite a while. First off before I talk about what went wrong with the gym in my opinion let me share what I do like about what the gym had to offer. I appreciate how clean the gym is , the extra perks they provide like fresh infused water , eucalyptus infused towels for use during your workout . The extra hygiene essentials in each locker room (deodorant spray,mouthwash,soap,conditioner etc.) as well as the pad locked lockers & even the plastic bags they provide for your swim suit/ shower shoes or sweaty gym clothes as well as a swimsuit dryer & the fact they create fun events for the members during holidays and even have a spa area where you can get a full body massage sets it apart from other gyms in San José. I also love how they have an infared sauna as well as a steam room ! All of these perks including the outdoor turf , outdoor pool an jacuzzi with an outdoor shower and the friendly and attentive staff make this gym the reason why I'm open to paying the extra money and such a high price to go here and relax as well as workout. But the ONLY thing that I have to say that I don't like about Forma is the indoor jacuzzi. I have never been to a gym before where they allow their guests to get in the indoor jacuzzi (within the women's and mens locker room) with one another NAKED. It's unsanitary and GROSS to have 5 or more women jump in the jaccuzi naked after thier workout & I feel uncomfortable that they don't have any signs in place that say to not go in the jaccuzi naked. I talked to a staff member there and they informed that it's not allowed to go in the indoor jacuzzi naked and they even have a sign posted to wear a bathing suit but they don't inforce the rule. I think it's so nasty when I see people go straight from working out and are sweaty or coming from the bathroom, take all there clothes off and jump in naked. I don't even want to think of the amount of germs and fungus that are in the jaccuzi from such unsanitary practices. Even when you go to the salon and get a pedicure they put a plastic lining around the foot tub so you dont get fungus or other bodily germs so I cannot when imagine the germs from people not having bathing suits and just being naked are on that hot tub. The gym is clean all the time but I think that Forma has a responsibility to make sure that everyone's health is put first especially when corona virus is spreading rampant and there are lots of illness and sickness. They need to make sure that this rule is unforced because people can get critically sick from this. Some people may argue that bathing suits don't matter or find it funny that I complain about people getting in the jacuzzi naked together but in all honesty we wear bathing suits for a reason and a good reason , if you think it's okay to get in a jaccuzzi with other women naked and share that much bodily space then that is a personal choice but with unexpected illnesses arising I think this is important that they extra measures to ensure everyone's health... read more

Updating my review again... back to 4 stars! You fixed the pulley machines! I've also learned to love the lemon and orange flavored spa water too. This is definitely a great gym. Updating my review... I have to lower my rating to 3 starts because one of your 2 pulley stations has been down for 2 weeks! For $100 a month, you'd think the pulley station would be fixed in 2 days. I've been a member here for a few months. Overall, it's a nice gym, but not really worth $100 a month. I'd say $80 would be about right given the amenities. Observations thus far: Not enough weight training equipment. Too few machines, pulley stations, and free eight benches. This is my one major complaint. Too much space taken up by a "power lifting" station that is rarely used. There aren't enough Olympic style and power lifters at the gym to justify this oddity. Too many guys with home made tank-tops... nobody wants to see that much skin. Very friendly staff... 5 stars for the staff! read more

My gym membership was ending soon for another gym so I needed to find another gym with the same amenities: treadmill, stationary bike, sauna, showers. I need to keep my health up and don't want to go at my home gym to feel lazy. This gym came up on the search and had the best ratings, so I decided to come in. I was greeted happily in the clean, modern lobby and immediately after by Fabricio. He's so awesome! We first had a pow wow then got a tour of the gym. The gym is amazing! It had much more amenities than my other gym. He got me excited to actually join group exercises because I'm usually by myself and do the same things. The gym literally makes me want to switch up my routine everyday. Torey and Yuki (personal trainers) are also equally as amazing! They didn't pressure me to do anything I'm not used to but encouraged me to a little more better. I also had to deal with a lot of different stresses this past year/beginning of this year and Fabricio and his team made sure health always comes first and they were willing to help me out. Seriously love this gym because of its hospitality and everything that comes along with it. I recommend this gym to everyone! read more

Dishonest management. I was a Forma gym member from 2006 to 2019. Went through 3 to 4 different management companies. Current management lied and cheated me out of service as promised. Long story short. Employee blatantly lied to me and when reported to manager he offered me a complimentary massage for the inconvenience and for his employees' disrespect. We have since canceled our membership in June as we've moved out of the area. I tried to schedule my complementary massage and they say they have no record of it and the manager has no recollection. This is untrue. I have repeatedly requested the manager to come through on his promise and he continues to deny and does not even return the calls himself. I reported the incident to higher management three times with no response. Bottom line, don't trust this establishment. They act as if they will take care of your needs, but when it comes down to it they turn their back on you. Furthermore, management tries to position this gym as a luxury facility. That is a joke. Equipment often fails, takes weeks to fix. Showers are a mess. Shower remodel already has mold. Can't figure out how to control pool temperature. Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi's often closed for repair. Hard-working maintenance and janitorial staff stretched too thin. Fitness classes schedules don't meet all members needs. Rate increases inconsistent. Moving on to greener pastures. Villa Sport Roseville. Gorgeous brand new facility. Management that truly cares. They have one in San Jose. I would check it out. read more

Forma is a gem! Nothing else like it at its price point in the Bay Area in my opinion. My hubby and I used to go to City Sport, and we much prefer Forma, especially with all the amenities, different workout spaces, group fitness classes (all instructors are awesome), and last but not least, the people. It feels like a true community with the quality of people there from the members, front desk workers, membership reps, trainers, maintenance and cleaning staff. This gym is especially clean! Front desk workers go around and make sure equipment gets put back in place if any is left out, and the cleaning staff treat the members like family. Veronica and Polo in the morning and Maura, Elizabeth, Jaqui in the evening are absolute angels - I'm amazed at how much they accomplish throughout the day between keeping the locker room and spa areas, windows, outdoor spaces, and towels clean! Hi.. really appreciate the cleanliness of the women's locker room. The jacuzzi is very nice lately and clean. It would be great if people soaped and showered before entering. Does not matter if you go in naked or with a bathing suit.. a previous yelp reviewer " Tatiana B." Thought going in a jacuzzi naked is unsanitary.. had to laugh out loud because a thin piece of material doesn't offer any protection.. but a shower should be mandatory for any water activity. I think maybe she just didn't want to see naked people... lol . If Forma would require showering before entering the pool and jacuzzi it would be the perfect gym! I've asked Faro multiple times to put signs out and make it a requirement but he won't.. maybe if more people would ask him. read more

I rarely give 5 stars- especially for gyms- but Forma Gym exceeded all my expectations. As a previous member of Clubsport and 24 Hour Fitness, I can't even begin to describe how much Forma's customer service blows every gym out of the water. Today I went in for a 3 day trial at Forma as I recently ended my Clubsport membership due to their rude, demeaning staff members. I was greeted by Gabby and she was just so sweet and pleasant (a stark contrast to Clubsport where the first time I tried their trial, I was greeted with such a pretentious and rude membership representatives). Gabby gave me an awesome tour, was super helpful and down to earth, and what I loved the most and what made her different was that she didn't pressure me. I hate feeling pressured to make a decision- I like reaching a decision on my own timeline without being guilt tripped. I told her I wanted to try out more of their gyms services before I made a decision and she supported me without being rude at all. She's amazing! The gym itself is gorgeous! It's not too crowded so I had ample space and didn't have to wait for any of the cardio machines. The weight room was so clean. The pool and outside patio were to die for! I could imagine staying here for hours just enjoying my day. It looked even more gorgeous at night. Only thing I would change (which I think they are working on) is having their cycling classes in an actual studio/ room. While I'm still trying to figure out my personal travel timeline the next few months and want to take more of their wide array of classes before I make a full commitment, I can't help but say my first visit here has exceeded all my expectations. Lovely gym, lovely staff and people, lovely company culture- what a rarity in the gym industry. Definitely a place worth changing your membership to!!! read more

Honestly, this is the best gym in San Jose! Talk about clean, state of the art equipment, outdoor pool and workout area, bar that is going to start offering drinks and not to mention the amazing locker rooms with steam room and sauna- showers are SO clean and the locker rooms are fully stocked with items everyone needs. I would have to say I'm SO happy switching my gym membership over! The staff is so friendly and listens to what you need. There's an outdoor area for working out and it has everything you can dream of! I think anyone that goes here would be 100% satisfied with what they get! Head and shoulders above the rest. - Great Club / Great People. There are many options for Health Club memberships in the South Bay. Without mentioning by name, I looked in to just about all of them before deciding. I was aware of Forma Gym because I pass their location with the name prominently displayed on the building at the Santa Theresa exit off the 85 Freeway daily. Just walking into Forma, you can feel the difference. The people at the front desk are always friendly and greet each member. The facility is immaculate. The equipment is the most up to date and kept in pristine condition. On my initial visit, I was introduced to Christian, who gave me a tour and familiarized me of the facility. By the time we were finished, the only question I had was, "When can I begin?" To this day, Christian says, Hello to me every time I come to Forma. He goes out of his way to make sure I am comfortable and I am getting the most out of my health club experience. Fabricio and the entire staff are very attentive. While many gyms have a person spot clean the facility on occasion, Forma has dedicated people that insure the health club is clean, sanitized and adequately stocked with everything its members need to enjoy during their time at Forma. I go to Forma directly from work - During Peak Hours. Many gyms may experience issues with members finding equipment during heavy usage times (5-7 pm) - Not at Forma. I don't know how they do it, but there is no waiting for machines or equipment. And the equipment? It's the best! I am looking forward to warmer days in order to utilize the pool, and the outdoor fitness area! There is so much this club has to offer, it cannot be covered in a Yelp review. My roommate and I found out about this place on Yelp because they had a "Free 14 day pass" on Yelp and no where did it say we needed to purchase an annual fee to be able to do the 14 day "free" trial pass. Ryan was the gentleman that answered our questions and gave us a tour of the place. He was super nice, friendly, smiled a lot, but then that all changed when he sat us down to talk about the membership options. I get that part of their job is to get people to join their gym, but the way Ryan approached it made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. He told us that we wouldn't be able to try the 14 day trial pass without paying an annual fee. We were so confused because no where did it say on Yelp OR their website that we needed to make any purchases. The advertisement was very misleading. Then he explaining the options they had, he asked "So what do you ladies want to do?" and literally sat there and looked at us for a solid moment. We replied, "We would like to check out the gym our self and workout and see from there how we feel" He then said " I would be the only person to give you this offer (he offered us $100 off the annual fee originally $199) and I'll be here til 7pm. **Awkward silence and eye contact**....We replied again" Okay if we change our mind after we workout we'll let you know" Keep in mind that during this whole conversation he had a straight face on, no smiling, and changed his tone. I almost feel like because we were young girls he was trying to see if we'd get easily peer pressured, but that's the vibe my roommate and I got. We worked out, got our ID(you need to leave your ID with them in front when you do a trial), said our friendly goodbye and left with a negative experience. The gym was amazing and had literally all you can ask for. 5/5 would love to workout there again, but when you experience bad service it ruins the environment and experience. Ryan could have said something like this," So after going over the plans with you guys, I want you guys to try out the gym yourself, think about the options,and let me know after you work out what your thoughts are or if you have any further questions." Rather than expecting us to make our decision right after showing us the gym. Also they need to write in fine print that the "free" 14 day trial pass is not free at all. It's so misleading and I am not the only reviewer that had mentioned this. read more

***I WAS WRONGLY PROFILED HERE*** Based on my APPEARANCE I was thought of as an individual that may commit theft. I am a small business owner that owns my own practice, if anyone owns a small business knows that you are always looking for ways to write off expenses. I work in the health and wellness field, so gym memberships tend to fall under this category; therefore, I was looking for a "higher-end" gym to essentially have a recurring expense that I could write off come tax time. This is why I was looking into Forma. There were no membership advisers available, so the front desk attendant was kind enough to let me take a look around on my own. As I was walking up to the second level to check out the group X room, I overheard several comments at the front desk by a gentleman named Tom, talking about how I dressed, my attire, that gave him the suspicion that I might have ill intentions. At which point he happened to looked up and see my staring down at the conversation. He tried to eat his words, but the damage had been done. I walked down, expressed my disappointment that an establishment such as this, in 2017, in the BAY AREA would even consider profiling an individual based on appearance, or gender, or age, or ethnicity, etc. for that matter. He said to me and I quote, "there have been a lot of thefts lately." To which I stated, "so I guess I fit the description...right??" I then thanked the hospitable front desk person for his time, asked TOM for his name and walked out the door. The General Manager and Corporate will be hearing from me soon enough. I joined Forma summer of 2016 and was a member up until December 2017. When I first joined the gym was still going through a transformation, updating the look from the previous Club One (and I guess back when it was Ronnie Lott's gym too because the bathroom looked pretty darn old). They've since made great changes and the gym looks beautiful. When I first came in to join I was told at least 3 times that the gym is family-owned. To be completely honest at the time I thought it was a cheesy sales-pitch but in hindsight the family-owned aspect is something I enjoy most about the gym because I feel it informs the approach it takes. Sundays are family days when guests can invite family/friends to enjoy the pool and gym. There are events happening throughout the year as well like a summer kickoff and a holiday faire. I took advantage of the free training session & pilates reformer class and the equipment is great. There are only two locations: San Jose & Walnut Creek, the gym is smaller but has updated equipment, and a luxury feel at a price that is moderate and not as insane as Equinox's. The staff was always friendly when I checked in. I decided to end my membership because (I got too lazy and busy which caused me to fall off of going to the gym regularly... and) I've moved to the East Bay but not close enough to Walnut Creek to make it work. If Forma one day decided to expand and open up a gym in Oakland or San Leandro I'd rejoin in a heartbeat, I've only quit a few weeks ago but already miss it! Seriously though- expand! read more

This is an amazing gym! While it definitely isn't the cheapest it is well worth the price. They keep on the cutting edge of equipment and are always looking to improve. I also love the that they provide towels and keep the bathrooms/showers top notch. Which makes it the first gym I like showering in, and the sauna/stem room/hot tub in the locker room is excellent. Additionally the sign up process was really easy. Christian walked us through everything. He introduced to all the amenities and helped us pick out the best plan for my wife and I. Lastly I was set up with Liz for personal training and she has done a great job of putting together a plan to help me achieve my goals of losing weight and training for golf. If I could give negative stars I would. During Red tier when only outdoor gym was allowed your "reserved time slot" did not mean a thing people showed up when they wanted and stayed as long as they wanted. Pretty sure no one counted if it was over capacity which at times I'm sure it was. When I signed up I was told month to month is $120 and just give us 30 day notice. I tell the front desk I'm cancelling and he does it for me and says the next month would be prorated so it's not a full month. Then I get an email that says I will be charged another full month because I needed to give 30 day notice from my last billing date. I asked in email for their representative who I was going back an forth with to just show me where it says that, she did NOT reply on top of that the last month instead of charging me $120 I was charged $135. I would stay away the only thing they had going for them was the fact the place was open with outdoor gym. Other then that there is other better options for less monthly cost. read more

I went to visit this place last year in August and I received cal from this place until march this year. Then I decided to go and enroll to this place. The good part is that I am sooooo happy did that. The gym area is so clean and fresh, big and nice, there is people that all the time cleaning the machines, the spa area is my favorite, clean shower clean steam room with soft music and blue, green and pink light gives u peace. Cold towel with eucalyptus aroma, oh my God is perfect treat. Jet spa is very nice and clean and the locker room is always clean and towel is available all the time unlike Almaden Athletic Club. All together I am very satisfied and I will give big thank to Mr. Faro and Mr. Fabrecio. Keep up the good work guys. I definitely recommend this place . read more

I simply went in to find out how much a membership cost. Let me save you an hour of high pressure sales. Monthly dues $79 a month, enrollment $99 for a single person month to month. Couple $139 a month, $99 enrollment month to month The place is still under construction and not quite worth what they are asking in dues in my opinion. The cardio equipment area is small and several of the machines face a wall with no mirror or window. The pool outside is junior olympic, very dirty (leaves floating and dirt at the bottom). and you get to swim underneath the freeway. A close view of the freeway and the cars traveling on it. Enjoy our outdoor workout area while breathing in car fumes and listening to the traffic. This was not a relaxing place to be in my opinion. Free towels and toiletries does not impress. Nice concept but bad location in my opinion. read more

Fabracio lied about saying he's giving away one month trial, but then when you get there he says that he's actually just waiving the initiation fee and it's $50 for the first month.
