This place is amazing. I feel comfortable when I'm there. The owners and staff are amazing. So far I've gotten some cheek filler, microblading and dysport done here and service has been amazing every time. They walk me through everything and educate me on the procedure and what to expect during/after. Tuxedo club also helps me figure out what I'm trying to accomplish without having me look overdone. I'm a nurse so I'm a little hypersensitive to having things performed correctly. The facility is clean, the staff are meticulous in keeping everything clean and safe. read more

You are really rolling the dice if you go here. I went here as part of a wedding party. When we were getting fitted, many of us questioned the measurements and were assured everything was good. When we picked up the tuxes, about 75% of the people had something wrong with their suits. Luckily, we went a couple days in advance and they were able to replace everything in time. If you don't go in advance, however, you are risking having your attire ready to go. They may get better in time, but for now, I recommend you find a more reliable source. read more

Love their huge selection. Store is really nice. They provide men food & drinks if you're there getting fitted for a wedding and they provide snacks & water/juice for high schoolers who are there to get fitted for prom. My only complaint is that they have several young adults working in the store who don't seem to be trained very well in taking measurements. My son has been in for three events in the past year and every time he arrived to pick up his tux his pants were about 2 inches too short. One time his suit jacket was about 2 inches short in the arms. The staff members 30 and over seem to have it down but the 20 something & teenage staff definitely need more training. I can understand a difference of maybe a half inch, but two full inches too short on a pair of pants tells me they're not properly trained and if the seamstress isn't on site at the time, you have to leave them to be fixed and come back again, which can be an inconvenience. Thank god I'm there with my son and make him try them on first. I've learned from the last two visits. I mean, they're happy to fix the problem and kindly do so but for being in business as long as they have I would expect that there wouldn't be any fit problems in the first place. One mistake is understandable but over and over again each time my son's there to get measured for an event...not so much. Love this shop but will use another tuxedo shop for future events. Having young adults & teenage employees taking measurements doesn't seem to be working out too well for us. read more

I am giving this place two stars because the staff was really friendly and nice to work with. That is about the end of the good points. Four out of the six tuxedos rented for my wedding had issues ranging from pants that were three inches too short, to a broken zipper, to a frayed tie, to the wrong color vest being ordered for the groom. The shirts were extremely cheap, and I was shocked that the tie was not an actual tie, but a "tie-less" tie. When we selected the tuxedos we were told we chose their top of the line. Based on the quality, I wouldn't want to see a less expensive tuxedo. read more

This is such a beautiful place to rent or buy a tuxedo. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative, and the selection in all price points is great!! I had such a nice experience today renting a tux for my son for an upcoming wedding. The display of the various tuxedos is beautiful....no more just looking in catalogs ....everything is all there to see and touch and try on. I would never go anywhere else to rent a tuxedo! Wow...I have written one bad facebook review in my life which was for the Tuxedo Club. My son's tuxedo pants were at least 3 inches too short for his prom (just about to the top of his socks) and he was unable to wear them and thank goodness had a pair of black dress slacks in his closet. When I returned the tux I told the four employees, a mixture of adults and teens about the measurements being off by an unacceptable 3 inches and asked who was doing the tailoring. I expected an apology and acceptance that their tailoring should never be this far off. Instead I got oh well your son should have come in and tried them on. I said I realized that but he was going to school and working every night and didn't have a chance till prom day, but the pants should never have been that short. They said oh well sorry your fault. I expected just a little decent customer service and some sort of credit for the pants he couldn't wear. I waited for a better response and was told the same thing again. I told them I would be reviewing them online and again an oh well attitude. I reviewed them on facebook and the company responded by saying I as the customer was completely wrong and then one of their employees who has the same last name as the owner continued on slamming my age, my job, my education, my son, (ALL OF WHICH ARE EXEMPLARY) calling my friends all low lifes and saying that they didn't want business from trashy people or anyone in Edgewater Park, all this after she also offended everyone else who wrote a comment. I am anxiety ridden by the multiple false slanderous statements. They have taken down all these posts as of this morning but I do have screenshots of all these posts. They have also blocked anyone who made a comment agreeing with me. I am shocked at the backlash for one bad review, and the indecent comments are beyond unacceptable. read more
