I noticed everyone was greeted immediately, and asked at least twice if they needed help. As I left, the clerk said, "Sorry you didn't find what you were looking for today, but please come back; we often get new merchandise. Plus, an outfit or piece you looked at today may keep popping back in your head, and you'll be back wanting to buy it. It may even be on sale then!" This young woman was amazing at sales! As to merchandise, it was billed in the review I read as a "specialty shop for women in all stages of pregnancy, and curvy girls of all shapes and sizes. Since I fit in one of the catered -to group, and my DIL belong to the another, we drove 5-6 miles for a visit. We were disappointed to find the store was quite small. It did have a nice selection, though. We saw a nice choices for tops, sweaters , sundresses, summer skirts, and shorts. Plus, they had trendy pants with wide legs, also rompers, shortalls, and overalls, most in cooling linen and cotton. We didn't buy anything, but will satisfied with our visit. My solo visit, 2 months later, was much different. It was unpleasant enough to be unsure if I am ever going back. That will be a second review, however.

Everyone is genuinely nice, and they have a wide range of clothing options and price points to choose from. The sales are excellent, and the staff is totally professional and helpful. The ambiance is also pleasant and simply relaxing. I enjoy how easily I can identify a good product, which is why I always have a large number of paper bags in my hand when I return home. I always have a good experience when I come here, and I never leave disappointed. Because the prices are so reasonable in comparison to the quality of the products, many customers will undoubtedly enjoy shopping here. I've already recommended it to some of my friends and family members, and they all seem to enjoy it as much as I do.

Its very hit and miss with the employees you encounter there, but again majority of the time its disappointing. The store itself is pretty unorganized and they rarely purchase anything I bring in anymore, which includes brand new items with tags or gently worn items that match the target demographic/season. The two ladies I encountered today were a bit rude and unwelcoming and honestly it makes me not want to return to this location after both shopping and selling there for years. Id rather make the drive elsewhere to get better customer service. Surprisingly, the teens at Plato's are more professional. I often dont make complaints about poor experiences like this but considering its been ongoing for a while and there are multiple negative reviews, I think management should reevaluate this store. Edit: I was offered $3 for a pair of Levi jeans, one item out of about 20 I brought in. I declined that offer and was told "thats fine, theyre a little too worn on the inside anyway." He was very nice; had me try on my pants and made the soap mark at the desired length. He said I could pick them up in a few days. I did. Happy to say that the prices for my alterations are affordable, I am pleased with the end result. I have even dropped off a few more pairs of pants. With that being said, I have found my tailor.
