She let us look, then answered any questions we had! She helped us carry our selected dresses to the fitting room and then helped my daughter try them on. We were stunned on the more than exceptional customer service! This beats going to a department store any day. They adjusted a few loose beads on her dress and steamed it for her and we went back and picked it up in a few days. They also put down the dress and school, so there are no duplicates. They were amazing for both my stylish son, and my hard to fit body! They had a great selection of styles, they carry their own inventory in-stock, and the prices were very fair. It is a business where attention to detail is everything and they were so attentive- checking the sleeve length, making sure the pant length is correct, triple checking that all the accessories are there and operable. Not only did we hold up everyone's pictures, but he ended up very embarrassed. I called Norman's for 2 weeks before I finally got a phone call back. I was told I would receive a refund for the rental. Two days later, I got a refund of $20.00. When I called, I was told I was supposed to only get $10.00. NEVER again will we use Norman's or recommend them to anyone.
