    PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY!…read more They gave two groomsmen the wrong colored tie and ruined our wedding photos that we spent thousands of dollars on. The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... This means they didn't even check the suits thoroughly prior to giving them out to their customers which is what they are paid to do... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... Multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention or effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their customers. Moral of the story this business did not make my wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave me more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness.

I was planning my wedding on a very short timeline and needed alterations completed within five months. The seamstress was aware of my deadline and assured me that my dress would be completed on time. Based on those assurances, I paid approximately $2,000 upfront for the alterations. She also invited me to bring my veil so we could ensure it coordinated with my bouquet and overall wedding look. When my mother and I attended a scheduled fitting after she had possessed the dress for approximately two months, we discovered that no alterations had been completed. Despite the lack of progress, we were reassured that the dress would still be finished before the wedding. My wedding was on a Saturday, and we were scheduled to pick up the dress on Thursday. My mother, sister, and I arrived at the agreed-upon time only to be told that the dress was not ready and that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the appointment time. Since I had family visiting from out of town, this required me to rearrange several plans during an already stressful week. Later that evening, around 8:00 PM, I received a call that the dress was finally ready. When I tried it on, the bodice area was still not properly fitted. The adjustment that was made involved pinching and sewing the side of the dress to achieve the correct fit, which felt like a last-minute solution rather than a properly completed alteration. What concerned me most was the interaction at the end of the appointment. The owner strongly encouraged my mother to leave a review and then took her phone to complete the review herself, including assigning a five-star rating. This raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity of some of the business's online reviews. For an alteration service that required a substantial upfront payment and involved such an important garment, I expected significantly better communication, professionalism, and workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience was stressful and disappointing during what should have been an exciting time leading up to my wedding.
