Traveling across country with family. Got a slow leak in driver side tire. Went to discount this morning to get repaired. The sales guy goes out to my 4Runner with his little tread measuring tool. Then takes me back into store and stands me in front of his little tread safety tire chart and proceeds to tell me I need to purchase new tires and they won't fix small leak. As I waited I saw them pull this same sales tactic on two other customers. One poor lady got suckered into buying new tires she probably didn't need. Well I went down the road to a mom and pop tire shop and was taken care of immediately. Nobody tried to sell me anything and fixed my tire for $20. Discount has lost my family's business forever. read more

This place is ridiculous I knew I shouldn't have went here since my friend said they forgot to put a lug nut on his tire. Dropped my car off Tuesday at 1 and they said the tire would be delivered Wednesday so it didn't come they said it would be there Thursday here goes Friday coming around nobody called me or anything I called twice about my vehicle for them to say it's been there since this morning why hadn't anyone called me or tried to put the tire on until I called. So unprofessional and then they tried to overcharge me for the tire and I was already quoted an amount. I'll never go back here and I'll never spend my money either. Maybe yall should get more older adults than just kids working. read more

It makes me laugh to see people leave silly reviews about tire shops.. like they expect everything to go perfectly when they drop their car off to get tire related issues fixed.. This is the first time I used discount tire.. I booked an appointment online.. got here 30 min early on my own accord... 9:30 came there goes my truck in for my rotation and rebalance... 28 min later it was done! I will say this place was hopping but efficient! Will definitely use this place again!! And for people who complain about customer services... have patients people.. these guys are doing a job you didn't want to do and odds are.. you weren't that pleasant to deal with either ... cut them some slack! read more

I take all my personal vehicles and our work vehicles to Discount Tire for any tire related problems. Any time I have a flat tire or have an object that has punctured the tire, I go directly to Discount. If a tire is fixable they do that for free (even if you didn't buy the tire from them). Discount has fixed more tires than I can count. If a tire is still under warranty and is unfixable, they replace the tire and only charge the cost of a new warranty. I like that Discount will also do air checks for free. I've often utilized air checks before a road trip where I want to make sure my tires are good to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This location is pretty busy most of the time, so I always drop off my vehicles and they call/text for me to come pick it up when it is finished. read more

They can't put back my tire on because they can't fix it. But if I want I can go to another one and they can fix it. Really. Stopped here 2 weeks ago and had tires rotated and balanced. While tires were due to be rotated they told us we did not need to because they are wearing evenly. Our last set we purchased only lasted 1/2 the mileage and we had only purchased these very recently. They did not want to do it because it is a dually with custom rims. We insisted so they supposedly rotated and balanced Today 2 weeks later I had to have them removed and all the weights taken off and properly balanced. I had an appointment today at 1:00 pm and used the virtual check in. Waited after my check in at 12:48 and was #2 in queue. Stayed in the store till 1:00 when my appointment was and i was still #2 in the queue and there was no one else in line or waiting. The system is either flaqed or no one manages it so its best to just walk in and not waste your time. Needless to say i left because i hate incompetence and will not be going back to this store for anything. read more

Went to get my new tires mounted on my new wheels as soon as I was walking in the shop an employee said he was gonna go take my car to go race I blew him off whatever unprofessional guy so they told me it was gonna be about 4 hour wait so i had someone pick me up they called me 5 hours later to tell me thst they cant mount my tired because of "safety" which I call bs they went to a different shop (not discount l) got it done in less than hour and it was cheaper and there was no unprofessional employees there either Discount really they wasted a whole day for me and didnt even apologize instead i had their manager call me tryimg to convince me to remove a bad review I left them on a different page these guys made me so angry I will never go back there again save you the troulbe and save your time read more

Checked slow leak! Found screw in tire! Said too close side wall. He showed me on tire, but 1" in from side wall. Ordered a new tire and set an appointment! Took it to somewhere else for second opinion! Watched them take off tire and dismount from rim. Hole 1" away from sidewall - easy $15 patch compared to $250! Canceled order!!!! read more

Customer service! A word that is taken for granted nowadays but not here! I, amongst several other customers were waiting outside before opening. The service personnel came out and greeted everyone with a good morning and a good handshake. They were courteous, well dressed and professional. Awful service. I came to this location for one tire because it is close to my job and It is easy to drop it off and come back for it after work. It took me 30 minutes to get service because nobody wants to attend the front counter. Does customer service exist anymore? So sad!!!! read more

My visit to this location came with a very long wait. When checking in the attendant estimated a 2 hour wait time. After the 2 hours I asked for another estimate and was given another 45 minutes. After the additional 45 min the attendant asked if I wanted to come back another time. I informed him I was stuck there with a nail in my tire and had no choice but to wait...sheesh! read more

I went to discount Tire and purchased new tires for my not even 2 year old Kia Sentra. The beginning drop off experience was fine, I bought the tires and they said come back in an hour and a half and we'll be all set. At the hour and a half mark I received a call that the technician broke my bolt lock on one of the tires and they could not remove the tire. Once I was there I asked to speak to a manager in which he was too busy and could not speak to me at that time. One of the technicians apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could go get a new one from the Kia dealership. I asked if I had to pay for a new one if they were going to reimburse me since that was a brand new, never used tool. The technician said maybe. It ended up being $54 in which the Kia service manager called Discount Tire and informed them and also asked to speak with a manager, a technician again came on and said the manager was busy but that he said no they would not pay for it. So basically I paid for a tire and tire rotation that I did not receive because the new technicians at Discount Tire were incompetent. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! I feel this is horrible customer service if they cannot fix a problem they created. Also since twice the manager was too busy to deal with a problem and after the problem they still did not complete the job. read more
