Professional yet playful, chatted like we were old friends, and fair on pricing. The work was great too, he picked the lettering which I loved and the color was great. Jared Luciano was the person who did my tattoo. This is not a professional place whatsoever. I wouldn't even call him a tattoo artist... I got this tattoo done a while ago and the tattoo PEELED Off... literally . THE TATTOO HAS A RANDOM BLOB OF ORANGE AND THE MIDDLE OF MY SUNFLOWER LOOKS LIKE A CATS ASSHOLE. I was upset and it was very overpriced for this shit you would call his "work." I contacted him and he was extremely rude to me and said that the tattoo falling off is natural for my specific skin color. (?!?!?!!) HUH???? I came back to redo it and he didn't greet me or anything he just said sit down, and started "fixing" this sunflower , or whatever the hell this is supposed to be. Pretty sure the the machine wasn't even clean or sanitized. Anyways, he redid it and the sunflower, which is still peeling off and the yellow is turning brown again, is giving me huge scabs. I have 6 other tattoos, no problem. I took care of it like I did with my other ones. And no other actual professional tattoo artists have said, "yea by the way you're tattoo will off because of you're skin color." I should've just stick with atomic tattoo. They actually clean their stuff and your tattoo will not peel off. I came to try this place because my co worker wanted to try a new place and hers is peeling off too. She has many tattoos and never seen anything like this. Like what tattoo changes colors and peels off and scabs and oh because of your skin color ?????? AND on top of that when I came into the store, it was filthy and there was a girl working that day and someone called and she was rude to the customer and Hung up the phone and was talking mad shit about the customer and all the employees were laughing , wonder if they do that to every customer. Anywho if y'all want this worst experience , a fucking terrible ass tattoo that peels off based on your skin color apparently, and want to have scabs and scars , come here and if you want a fucking more than worse experience and terrible terrible terrible customer service then ask for Jared ! :) might as well call it temporary tattoos because what tattoo peels off ? Like seriously . I did not want to write a bad review at all the first time I had it done so I waited to get it redone and waited after that , it's been two weeks since I've had it done and the same thing is happening . Had an appointment with Van, did an amazing job on my outline. Had a follow up appointment for the color and wasn't able to make it due to my wife being called in to work. Informed Van and he never returned my messages. Have asked for a makeup appointment several times and have gotten one message, saying I'm booked pretty solid right now. I replied, well when can you fit me in, I can basically come anytime. Have not received anything from him. 5 weeks now and nothing. I assume Van isn't interested in finishing this tattoo now. I understand I had to cancel an appointment, but I have in good faith tried to reschedule multiple times. Van refuses to finish my tattoo or return my texts or messages. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and understanding for his clients. Sometimes life happens and things have to be rescheduled. read more

i was very happy with the initial piercing. bryan was super chill and professional. i received a septum piercing early february. around march, started to smell a little, i messaged bryan for advice and again, professional. he was helpful and responsive. i did what i was told and everything was fine. it didn't smell anymore, and i know i was cleaning it thoroughly enough now. however, as of last week the pain from my piercing gradually escalated day-by-day. friday night the pain became unbearable. i wasn't able to sleep. i texted bryan saturday and asked if he could remove it. i'm typing this at 12am monday morning. crickets from bryan. i went on saturday to atomic tattoo to have it removed and the girl who removed the jewelry for me immediately said that it was WAY too small and that she was surprised anybody would use that small of jewelry. i now have an indented nose from the piercing and burns on my nose from the jewelry causing that bad of swelling on my nose. i'm no longer in pain, thankfully. i just wish larger jewelry had been used and i didn't have to waste money on a piercing i took out so soon. i'll attach pictures. TRIGGER WARNING. the white stuff is Neosporin for the burns, which has helped. read more

Worst expierience ever! I've been to four different tattoo parlors in my life & I've never been treated so poorly before. So first of all, two out of the three tattoo artists were extremely rude, impatient, and unfriendly. I was being rushed to make a decision, mind you this is PERMANENT, I believe I have the right to take my time and figure out the placement and size of the tattoo. He attempted to charge me an extra $10 dollars because I was paying with debit, although my friend had just paid with a debit card and didn't receive that extra $10 dollar charge. Let me just start by saying that the tattoo I went in to get today is one that I've wanted for like 10 years. So, you can imagine how much this meant to me. I had seen Yogi's artwork online and in person and was hooked! I hit him up, he got back to me, we got excited about the piece and the rest was history. He turned my 10 year old vision into a reality and produced a piece I was truly excited to get!! The process from start to finish was professional, easy, and my artist stayed in contact with and consulted me throughout the wait time to make sure I got what I really wanted. The artists in the shop were so friendly and easy to connect with and really made it a fun time. Yogi was focused, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Pretty sad. Back on Sept 3, I had a tattoo done on my foot, by the owner. The whole experience was great. He even told me - as artists typically do - to come back if I needed a touch-up, because touch-ups are included. I walked out of there with a great tattoo. Well, it didn't heal so well, which is sometimes to be expected, AT NO FAULT OF THE ARTIST - sometimes these things just happen. Today, on my birthday, my husband walked in, to see if he could arrange for me, a time to have it touched up and corrected. He was told that "feet never heal well" and that the artist could not see me as he was booked up until further notice. (I have two other foot tats - they healed up just fine and look brand new.) This tattoo - that I got in September - now looks like it ought to be my oldest tattoo, when in reality, it is my newest. I UNDERSTAND as someone who is relatively heavily tattooed, that sometimes these things happen. But the shop's unwillingness to correct the situation doesn't sit well with me at all. I am a professional performer and have appeared on websites and in publications dedicated to tattooed models. Unless they make an effort to correct this situation, I will NOT recommend this shop. I will, however, give them two stars, as opposed to the deserving one, as the initial experience was a good one. I have photos available upon request. read more

I got my very first tattoo here. It was both a good and not so great experience. What I didn't like is the way the employees interacted. I realize tattoo shops are going to be pretty casual, and this being my first time visiting one, I'm probably not the best judge on them. However, the way the two employees inside talked to each other made me and my significant other uncomfortable. They were very crude and just seemed so unprofessional. My SO and I were almost going to leave because of how crass they were during the twenty minutes or so it was taking him to prepare to tattoo me.
