I was also told that one of my wisdom teeth "probably had a large cavity" due to the color of the tooth under a special light and that if I didn't have it removed it would eventually become inflamed. The tooth has never bothered me and I was never told I had a cavity in that tooth. My last cleaning at my former dentist office was just 8 months prior, and I was told I had "zero " cavities. We were charged $700 for two cleanings, gouged for every nickel and dime and charged for things that we never asked for. The office is so disorganized that two weeks later I got a call stating that they refunded the entire balance to us when, in fact, they did not and only refunded what we were owed. Got more water on my face and running down my neck than I did in my mouth. Didn't fill like a thorough cleaning much less a deep cleaning. If you're looking for a new dentist, I strongly suggest you keep looking and don't waste your time with this one.

He poked around in my boyfriend's mouth very impatiently, and his bedside manner from the start was horrible and because of what he did, we ended up in the emergency room that day because he left him in excruciating pain, even worse than when he started. He about gave him 12 shots of Lidocaine and decided that he could not get him numb enough to do the procedure. And ended up walking out the room given our money back and saying get out of here. I get that you may be having a bad day but taking it out on your patient is just bad practice. We ended up having to go to Emory John's Creek that day because of what he did after the numbing wore off. It was a very bad day and was unnecessary that we had to even go to the hospital. Because they could not even help us anyway. But they were able to at least get him numb enough so we could survive through the weekend to get dental treatment from another facility that was able to help him. I do not recommend this place at all. What he did was just not write an unethical and we will be seeing what our options are in to get this handled by a lawyer. It's just sad when even the hospital Emery Johns Creek told us that what he did was wrong and we're shocked by his behavior. Stay away.

He said he could fix it if he could get the posts out. He used something that hammered like a mini jackhammer. After 3 hrs. of hammering, he finally got them out. He looked at his assistant and said, "it won't work." He walked out without saying a word to me. His assistant walked out without a word and came back with about a 5,000 dollar estimate for a four tooth bridge. I paid 300 dollars for the vibration, plus 90 dollars for the initial visit. I left and the next day a four tooth bridge in the top rear fell out because it was loosened by the vibrations. Now after several years of barely being able to eat one of the broken teeth from the vibrations is abscessed and I am searching for somewhere to get relief.
