When I arrived to pick it up the finance paperwork showed the right price but at 5.54% APR. When I explained the mistake I was met with some resistance on pushing the rate back to where it was agreed upon in writing. Eventually after showing texts with the GM and a photo of the typed offer, and myself offering to just finance myself through Navy Federal for 4.75% the floor manager agreed to the original 5% and honored the list price, giving me a very solid deal, better than any in Tulsa. Much thanks for honoring your word even if there was a little push back initially.

After a very long wait for a scheduled service, they brought me to the service desk and told me I needed 2 new tires because the tread was "below spec". I questioned needing new tires to replace the original ones that only had 6340 miles on them. I questioned this repeatedly and the excuse was "they put soft tires on new vehicles so you have a good test drive experience". They also said my coolant was "the wrong color," so I needed to pay $257.97 to have it flushed and refilled. If the coolant was the "wrong color," that's a factory issue and should have been corrected for free. I emailed Hyundai Corporate, and they said it was a dealership issue. The problem is, it felt like the dealership was running a scam on me. If you buy a Hyundai, be sure to go over it with someone there who will tell you honestly what the mileage is for the tires, check fluid levels, and tell you if the coolant is "the right color," and request they provide some documentation of what they tell you. Replacing tires at 6340 miles is RIDICULOUS!! And expecting the customer to pay to fix a factory issue is RIDICULOUS as well!!

*****BEWARE X2***** I am in total shock that this dealership…read morehas ONLY one bad review!!! I agree with Gregg M. on the business practices of the Randal TylyFord dealership in Booneville, AR and at least one in particular sales manager that works there!! Tillman B. McClendon. I have a close friend that is in the market to buy a vehicle for the first time and wanted my help to purchase this car in his name only and to build his credit as he is only 21 years old. He asked me to come along with him as I am much older than him and have had more experience in purchasing vehicles in my time. Originally my friend seen the vehicle he was interested in, at an offsite bank liquidation event in Fort Smith, AR. Jeremy P. Warren was the salesman that helped him at the time and was nothing but professional and extremely helpful to my friend. However, like I mentioned earlier, my friend wanted my help, therefore he told Jeremy he would have to come back. Jeremy then explained to him that the cars would no longer be at that location and we would have to continue our interest and negotiations through Randal Tyler Ford in Booneville, AR. Therefore, within the next few days my friend and I made the trip to Booneville. BIG mistake, needless to say!! Once at the dealership and after viewing the vehicle my friend was interested in, we were introduced to our salesman, Tillman. Right off the bat, instead of talking about the used vehicle that my friend was interested in, he showed my friend a brand new 2017 vehicle that he thinks my friend would like so much better. However, I explained to him that we were only interested in the car we came to see and that we wanted to know what options my friend would have in purchasing it only in his name. I made it clear at the beginning that we were just needing information on what the interest rate was going to be in my friends name only or if we were looking at getting a co-signer for him. I can say, that Tillman was helpful and friendly during this whole process until he came back with his first offer on the vehicle and the interest rate he was able to get my friend. Once he told us this information, I thanked him for the information and told him we would have to discuss it and we would get back to him, that we needed to leave at this time. At that point, Mr. Tillman B. McClendon became a whole totally different person. He became extremely pissed off at us and wanted to know why we let him do all that hard work and put his reputation on the line with the credit union for us not even purchase the vehicle. He was extremely rude to us and his scare tactics did nothing but piss me off at this point. I plainly explained to him that we wanted options for my friend and that we NEVER said we would be leaving that day with a vehicle. Mr. Tillman B. McClendon's attitude, body language, unprofessionalism and smart ass was uncalled for!!! I will NEVER set foot on that dealership lot again and I have told everyone and anyone my experience with this place and will continue to tell people. If I can prevent at least one person from being treated the way we were treated at Randal Tyler Ford in Booneville, AR, then my job is done!!!! Ps: I did not want to give a star at all, but to post this review, I had to select at least one star. And I give that star to my friend who had to go through this terrible experience!! Lol

They give excuse after excuse this is the 2nd time they have had issues keeping mechanics. I can now see why how they treat their people and customers. 7/28 the owner hang up me when inquiring about my UTV. They don't care honor or care about appointments. There is no official system to track work, issues or appointments. High turn over rate. Stay clear if you want good service. 1 mechanic that works on Cars, boats, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, or UTV's. No one specialized in one type of vehicle. They misdiagnosed mine. Didn't even test drive it, told me it was ready took a day off work to pick it up to find out its still broke. Normal shops would continue to work on your unit they already stated was ready and in the work queue, not this shop. We will get to it when we can. My appt was on June 23rd. Didn't look at it till the July 2nd then again on the 14th only after me calling and bugging them. Told me it was ready on 15th. Went to pick it up on 18th noticed it was broken still. They did not test drive or fix it. Had both owners test drive it and they admitted it was still defective. As of 8/1 they still haven't diagnosed it or looked into it. Obviously the problem starts at the top with the owners and lack of leadership and professionalism. They keep taking in vehicles knowing they are a mechanic down and letting them pile up rather than fixing what they have. Avoid this place at all cost! Waste of time and money, nothing but headaches. Don't leave an honest and bad review the owner will stalk you, call you an fu*kin Karen and cuss you out right in the show room. Owner and 2 staff members cussed me out there. As I stated poor management/ leadership. He threatened to keep my UTV. Forced me to pay for repairs I did not authorize or they would keep my unit then threatened to call the cops im trespassing whe they still had my UTV they were bringing up front. Stated im not leaving till I have my keys. Found out 4 others took their equipment to another dealer because of the service. Should have read the other comments before taking my UTV there.

We have a vehicle that cannot be tagged due to issues with notary's on the title and a lien release that has never been issued. Is there a lien release? Is there a lien? Who knows. We were treated completely unprofessional. If you speak to someone in a manner its going to be given back. I spoke with the man who claimed he was an owner and I would never and will never recommend or return. I asked for additional owner information and was told it was none of my business on top of being told we were pathetic, difficult to deal with, called liars, said we didn't have our stuff because they still don't have the title for the car we traded in that we literally left the day they went. (Both were kept in glove box) I am appalled that anyone would speak to customers the way we were spoke to and yes, I will even own that my husband snapped back but I was professional, and the owner was nasty. Mind you, my family has been buying cars from Orr Auto for years, but that experience wasn't it. I bought it using my social media income, with no money down, and the whole process was easier than I ever imagined. And it wasn't just Matt.
