Liars The sales manager is horrible! Do not trust the them! They agreed to the sell of a car and we were told they ordered the part to fix the camera then we we would pick it up the next day. When I contacted to arrange our pick up time they said they sold the car after we left! I saw they listed it's for $1000 more on the website after we left. An agreement is not honored at this location. I called the GM to see what happened to our agreement and he was told lies by his sales manager. I sent over my text and phone log proving my agreement. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. The General Manager, Enrique Lance went above and beyond to get my daughter out of brand new K5 that she previously purchased from another Kia dealership. The other dealership took full advantage of her and made so many promises to her just to get her to sign on the dotted line and then to find out that everything they said would happen, didn't happen. She ended up getting a much more expensive car payment than what was told to her on top of a few things that they promised they would take care of concerning the car, but didn't! They never come through for her or fulfilled any of their promises. This was my daughter's first car buying experience in terms of financing a car, and she was left completely heartbroken for trusting this dealership. STAY AWAY FROM FREDY KIA!!! This is where Fort Bend Kia came in.....I spoke to Enrique and explained everything to him that happened to her and asked him if he could get her out of the new K5 and put her in a new suv with a much lower payment that was originally promised to her from Fredy Kia and not only did Enrique come through for us, but he was able to put her in a fully loaded suv compared to what she was previously in, in terms of options in her K5. My daughter is happy again and I'm incredibly grateful that Fort Bend Kia took the time to make this deal happen. I forgot to mention that they had to locate the suv that my daughter wanted and pick it up and drive it back to the dealership. The vehicle had a full tank of gas when we picked it up. I also want to recognize our sales person, Andre Wright. He was incredible from start to finish and I highly recommend you asking for him when you're ready to purchase your next vehicle. This dealership is like one big family but on the small side! lol They're not pushy in any way and I believe there are only like a total of 8 sales people which makes it so NICE!! I bought my dream car from this location. Andrew was great he brought my car to me to look at and brought it back when I signed the papers. There was some miscommunication when signing but I was prepared for anything but in the end it disappointed me when I reached out to talk about a ding on my wind shield that was not there when I looked the car over the first time. It's right in front of the driver side so it's part of the reason that it bothers me so much and it's hard to miss. They didn't want to make it right and never tried contacting me after initially saying they would. I don't want that to ruin the great experience I had with Andrew he did great and I still am in love with my car two months later. read more

I ordered a Kia telluride in December 2022 and was told it would be delivered in approximately 6 month. after 4 months I called in to check and was told there was delays and it would be in around August I called in again in July and was told there were more delays and it would be in October i was then asked to come back to the dealership because due to delays it would now be a 2023 model and to resign paperwork and now to get all the features I wanted I would have to move up to a better model and it would be a little more money but it would be exactly what we wanted in December my son who ordered a telluride 2 1/2 months after me was told his car was in and ready to go I called to see why my car wasn't in and they said that my car was a different model and would take longer FINALLY awe got a call in February that are car was ready we were SO happy when we got to the dealership it was not what we ordered and had none of the features we ordered the interior was wrong it had no towing package no floor mats no wood grain interior no mud flaps it didn't have the trim package we ordered IT WAS A BAD JOKE!!!! I had 3 different salesmen thru this process talked to 3 different supposed general managers all lied to us on multiple occasions sevreal times they called us thru this process offering other tellurides that weren't wh we ordered but we said no we will wait to get exactly what we ordered and then they tried to SCREW US we told them to keep the car we did not order and went and bought a BEAUTIFUL Buick enclave and got it that night they also said we could get a towing package from discount trailer but we found out that was a lie you can't get a towing package for any 2023 tellurides that was another lie. After driving the worst vehicle for five years and being a Ford driver for 10 years, I was totally ready to make a switch to something new. I had really loved the way the Kia Optima's looked but I also wanted an SUV so the Sportage was on my mind. So, I figured it wouldn't hurt to go in and just browse since I live close by. I go inside and quickly comes Rod. I was very honest with him from the get go. I told him what I was looking to pay monthly for a new car payment. I was scared. I was nervous. I honestly was not ready for a new car but the current car I was driving was costing me so much extra every month for additional unnecessary maintenance and had become a burden and completely unreliable. He asked me all the basic things - he was quizzing me to find out really what I COULD afford to pay for within what I wanted to spend...so he quickly helped me narrow down my choice to the Optima. He asked me the colors I liked and pulled one that suited my preferences. I LOVED everything about the car. When it came down to my options and the rebates going on, Rod explained everything to me in detail. With the help of him and the finance department, they got my payments where I wanted! Miranda, the finance agent at the dealership, is also a doll and really worked the numbers for me. She understood my situation, what I was willing to pay, what additional things I needed and wanted to add and quickly got the payments in the right ballpark. Everyone at this dealership is so personable. I have never felt so comfortable being inside a dealership in my life. I was never once pressured to do anything I did not want. I need to get 5-6 years out of my 2016 KIA Soul and by checking in with the Fort Bend KIA Service Center every 4 months for an oil change, I don't see that as a problem. Since I change the cabin and engine air filters, wiper blades, along with adding a fuel injection cleaner myself, I'm pretty sure reaching that goal is going to be pretty easy! I like counting on Fort Bend KIA to give my car the multi-point inspection at each oil change and I greatly appreciate that they don't try to up-sell any other service or parts. read more

Bought a new car here a few months ago. Got it home and realized the dashboard had a major issue. Took it down to the service department and after an hour or swearing on a bible and my dead grandmother's grave that we didn't cause the damage, they finally agreed that they would take care of it. Fast forward 3 months later, we decide that we no longer want this POS car and turn the extended warranty in, only to find out that after 3 months, their finance dept. never cancelled the agreement or sent the check to the finance company and now we have to wait 3 more months before we can sell this car. DO NOT buy from this company without a microscope when you look at the car you are buying and for the love of God, DO NOT buy any of their extended warranties unless you plan on driving the car it goes with in to the ground, as getting the money back is like learning how to fly a submarine...... impossible! read more

When we walked in to FB Kia, we were immediately approached by Arseniy. He was very nice and welcoming and asked what we were looking for. He immediately went outside to grab us a car to look at despite the fact that it was raining heavily. While we were waiting, the owner, Virgil, came out and spent 20 minutes chatting with us about the business. We test drove the Sorento EX. Arseniy answered every question we had and also gave us a ton of extra information regarding the car. He was completely honest in his reviews and very educated about all the models. We decided that we wanted a model one above the EX.. (The SX) They didn't have a model at the dealership. Enrique, the general sales manager, took us in his office and searched for the car at nearby dealerships. He found it at a dealership in Tomball in the Color we wanted and traded one of their cars for it. Enrique was very helpful during the sale. He was upfront and honest and gave us a great deal. Next, we discussed financing with Maranda. Maranda was very friendly and helpful and found an additional rebate we qualified for. The car was going to take about 2 hours to arrive so we left to go do some errands. Arseniy told us before we left that he could personally deliver our new car to our house and pick up our old vehicle that we had traded in. This was such great customer service that I couldn't believe it. We didn't need the personal delivery so we showed up to the dealership to pick up the car and found Arseniy and Enrique buffing our car themselves since the detailing team was gone for the night. I couldn't believe the effort they were putting into it in their business attire!! Arseniy went over every part of the car with us and showed us lots of cool details and we went home with our new car..... We got home at 9:10 (dealer closes at 9) and realized that we had left our door opener in our old car that we had traded in. We were locked out of our house with no way in. We called Arseniy and him and Enrique drove all the way back to the dealership and waited for us to get there. We got there at 9:40 and they had already gotten the door opener out. I was so embarrassed but they did not make us feel dumb about leaving it behind. They were so courteous and caring. Since yesterday, I have received two phone calls checking on how we like our car. We also were offered a free oil change and Arseniy invited us to come back any time and he would help us set up our phone with the car. I recommend them 10/10. What a great experience. I came to fort bend Kia, recommended by a friend (I live inner loop, but was persuaded it would be worth the drive. IT WAS). I was already completely annoyed with having to car shop from the start - my vehicle (that I loved) was totaled in an accident, so this was forced car buying. I narrowed down my options before arriving so I knew I wanted a Kia Soul. Todd was the salesperson who helped me and let me say - he was SO GREAT. Totally patient, didn't make me feel silly for debating (for ages) on which color I wanted. Was happy to let me sit in, test drive, and poke around as many cars as I wanted. Then, he went above and beyond - after I chose my car, got the financing worked out (they gave me the same rate that my credit union had offered, and even though Ed wasn't thrilled that i declined the extra warranty, he wasn't overly pushy either) - Todd drove behind me AFTER HOURS to drop my rental car off (15 miles away at the sugarland airport) so that I could take me new shiny Soul home with me that night. The dealership is small and not as prestigious as some in the houston area, but I liked that. Everyone was so nice and friendly from the moment we walked in. I bought a car from this particular dealership a year and a half ago. It was the owners daughter's car. When I go in to value my trade they told me since my front bearing was bad they couldn't offer me much for the car. The car was used when I bought it, it already had miles on it and the Mgr. Robert told me when I purchased the vehicle to come back after a year and they will be glad trade it in for me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. To top it off while waiting to be helped one of the shop techs came into the sales room yelling and complaining about a customer he had while he had no mask on. The car buying experience at this dealership was definitely a positive one overall. Let me say- The stock on vehicles at the time was a little low, but they were coming off the Labor Day sales event. And, the financial and paperwork portion was a wait but they only had one finance manager available at the time of my visits. My only negatives, but not the norm for them. Ok- Javier was my sales guy, very welcoming and friendly. Showed me around the vehicles and listened to what I wanted. This was a new buy for me, and if I was going to splurge, I wasn't going to compromise on what I wanted. He worked alongside Enrique, the general manager, to make sure I was taken care of. They were not pushy and went with my timing. I made a few visits with them before I made the decision. And they didn't have the specific model and color I wanted, but Enrique worked to find it and get it there for me. Once I was able to see it, I knew it was mine. I met a few different people at the dealership on my visits, and they were all welcoming. They were friendly and knew me by name when I walked in. We talked about my job and store location. Scheduled an appointment online for a simple oil change. Got there right before my appointment time so they didn't take my car right away, but that's no big deal considering I wasn't the only customer there. What I don't understand is why I sat there for 2 hours for an oil change. Even with the little inspection they do, there was no reason for it to take that long. If it is going to take that long, let me know. Nobody gave me any updates or spoke to me about any delays in time during the two hours and they didn't tell me about any problems they found with my car, so what took so long?What was the point of me making the appointment if they likely didn't even start working on it until I had been sitting there for an hour? I have been taking my car here ever since I bought it from them, but I can't see myself doing that anymore. I don't mind waiting but they need to communicate better with their customers when things are taking longer than expected. If they aren't prepared to honor appointment times because of the circumstances occurring that day, they could have just told me upfront that it would take a while so that I could decide if I wanted to even get the oil change done that day. The service advisor could have at least acknowledged that I had been sitting there and offered some sort of apology or explanation but he just went about the process of ringing me up for my two hour long oil change without a care in the world. Probably will not be back for an oil change any time soon. read more

I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. We have owned our forte for two years now and are still in and out of getting service. The dealer has asked me to record the issue happening. Yes---record. Like hold my phone while I'm driving and video the issues. I do not understand this. Why would I want to keep calling and driving back and forth. I want it to work. I would not purchase here. I don't think their customer service is up to par. I have been waiting on a letter from the owner for months now. Every time I call he is magically out of the building. I even left messages with his assistant and haven't heard. I consider this a wash-- I was duped by the sales people and I have been duped by the service department and I have been duped by the owner. We took ourselves and our money two doors down and bought another car at Chevrolet. I already own a Kia. The car itself is ok...but as usual the people are awful. I've been bringing my car here since I was 16. They too often have hits and misses regarding the service department. You'll go in for an oil change and will drive off the lot with an electrical short. I will say it was once a very respectable shop. They would wash the car, treat you nicely and go above and beyond. This last time i had a list of concerns that seemed to be noted, but when I got the call with the bill the bare minimum was done and the receptionist just kept repeating I didn't tell them that because it wasn't noted. An oil change and a couple of bulbs resulted in a $300 dollar bill and no help with my engine light without another $600 for a maybe solution. To sum it up if you're bringing your car for something simple you'll be fine. If youre bringing it after the new car warranty, they'll only hear what they want to hear. read more

I would definitely recommend you to look for these two. They are not aggressive as most car salesmen are and very laid back. Javier Gonzalez was great in every way during and after our purchase of our Kia Soul from Fort Bend Kia. My family and I felt that he was connected to the company's vision and took great care of us. I don't live in Rosenberg. I traveled to Fort Bend, Why? I could have selected Parkway, Westside, Archer or Joe Myers.... But this dealership has the highest customer review ratings on credible review sites like Google and Yelp. Once we saw the facilities, the service shop, and meet Javier I knew the ratings were legitimate. Since I am a consumer who purchases a car every 3-4 years, works in the service industry and has kids who are approaching driving age I am looking for a long term relationship with a salesmen and a dealership who treats us like Family. This company has lied to us from the beginning. They told us at purchase there was 100k warranty, but then when warranty issues were needed we were told that it was not 100k only 36k. Now we find out that the engine was discontinued a year after do to slugging issues and they did nothing about it. Sadly this Kia only had 117k on it was taken care of with regular maintenance mostly from Kia's dealer and the engine is losing its bearings. Kia is not a company that stands for its customers and the Fort Bend dealership is an underhanded lier and cannot be trusted Beware of any dealings you have with them as they can not be trusted. read more

I purchased a used Lincoln MKC from Fort Bend Kia on Feb 22, 2019, it has a warranty so I was not too concerned with anything that might go wrong with it however..........Today I went to go to work and yup dead battery. I figured no biggie I will just call Dave Demiglio who sold me the car and get some assistance. I was told that he would check with the General Sales Manager Enrique Lance on what to do. Keep in mind I have only had the car 2 months and 10 days. To my surprise I was told so sorry, we can't help you. They said the battery was good when you bought the car so the problem is yours. Ironically for 2 months I have been getting phone call after phone call asking how the car was from my sales person Dave and today I just got a text from him to say sorry we won't help you. Wouldn't it have been better to offer to make it right in good faith or at least offer to replace the battery at their cost. They had every opportunity to make it right but chose to screw over a potential faithful customer but sadly that was not their option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Every customer regardless if buying a 23,000 Lincoln or a new $18,000 Kia should all be treated the same. STAY AWAY POOR POOR SERVICE STANDARDS. read more
