For a medium sized casino, there are a lot of security personnell. There also are a lot of healthy mature people walking about. Huge Bingo room with a separate smoking area. There is a buffet, deli, sportsbar, mini snack shop and hotel. The buffet looks notable in that its $9.50 plus tax this Monday night. Pal actually got lucky here playing video poker. Me, not lucky. Alcohol drinks are for purchase. There is a drink person pushing a trolley with coffee and soft drinks through the machine aisles. Easy parking. Not many people smoking, but it does smell a little smokey in here.

The food is kept fresh and hot

Love the new buffet! The buffet has two choices Asian and Mexican. I understand that they will be adding a pizza side eventually. I really liked that the attendants serve the food, helps keep things tidy and I didn't feel like I needed to sanitize my hands when I got back to the table. Also, the attendants were super nice. I was so excited about my food that I ended up with too many plates so one of the gentleman carried one for me to my table. Tonight I tried the Mexican side. All of the food was very good. The carne asada street tacos were spot on! I am craving them just thinking about them. The soup was perfect comfort food. The refried beans, rice, enchiladas, cod and all of the sides were just delicious. The chips were displayed in a fun way. The mild salsa was a little on the hot side but still good. I cannot say enough about the dessert bar the fried ice cream and churros were amazing. I really wanted to try the flan but I ran out of room in my stomach. The Asian side looked equally tantalizing and I am looking forward to next time trying that.

Many trips to We Ko Pa, always wanted to try Ember and definitely glad I did last weekend…read more The delightful Amber at Ember was a fantastic server, very attentive to preferences and allergies. Brought us a complimentary glass of bubbly to start the evening and didnt let up on service throughout. Prices are not what you expect from a restaurant of this class, plenty of food. Our table ordered pate de foie gras Lobster bisque Fillet (best she'd had) Pork belly Largest portion of Sea Bass Lamb chops Veggies, potato and spinach So much good food. If I, and I will... did it again. Here's what I would suggest to myself. pate de foie gras is so delicate, TX toast overwhelmed it. The table garlic bread was really good... ill ask for more of that toasted Brocolini, cooked more... was very hard to eat. But definitely 5 stars Ambience is great, space everywhere around, plenty of room between tables, live music in the bar filled the restaurant. Dishes cleaned away as soon as you were finished. Note, therea a beautiful patio and fireplace outside for the cooler weather. Call them to book, credit card needed and they used OpenTable. We were seated on time.

Came here on a random Friday night at 6 PM on the way to Pine. Ample seating available and there was no reservation needed at all. The restaurant seemed pretty empty. They started us out with complimentary bubbles as it was our first time visiting. That was a welcome touch for the night. Drinks came out shortly after that and they were good too! There was a complimentary amuse buse offered as well before the meal. Tasty but it was lettuce and cabbage based so it was interesting and didn't taste as expected. Entrees were cooked well and steak was seared to medium rare. Sides were excellent as well. Lots of food I will add so had to box half the filet and a full side. Dessert as well was on the house. It was a espresso cake. Tasted well and moist but I wasn't a fan of the filling/icing. It just didn't execute completely somewhere. Which is how I felt about dinner overall. Service was polite, ambiance was great, the singer was sweet but something about the night was amiss...might have been how the restaurant was 90% empty on a Friday night But overall for a $160 bill, at other steakhouses this would have easily been $200+. I'll be back. I hope to see this restaurant busy in the future!

The 1912 Lounge can provide a cold beer, some handcrafted cocktails, or a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to burgers and other large entrees, and desserts. They have bold wines and plenty of domestic and imported beer options. The atmosphere comes across as friendly and cozy. The chicken tenders were fire!!! What is lacking on this occasion was service. The server that we had was so unattentative. I have never been in a cocktail lounge in my life and had to beg for drinks. Our server would wait until every drinks was made for all of her tables before bringing out drinks. It was ridiculous. She was nice but seemed high. I ended up only having 2 drinks. We would have ordered more but they have 90min max seating and we didn't event get drinks for the first 30min. No exaggeration. Also one of my drinks I had to send back. My apple martini tasted like soap. It was like they did clean the glass after giving a soap bath. No bueno. So they need to get their service to match the vibe of a true cocktails lounge. Yes it is a 70s vibe but doesn't mean the lackadaisical style service. I would come back and try again. The music, the atmosphere and the food was good. They gotta get these cocktails together and service. We ended up walking to nearby competitors and that was money lost for DDG.
