Being so sick of living in a circus constantly screaming and being upset with my dogs was a terrible way to live. So, naturally, I started yelping dog trainers. Clint had a number to text, AMAZING. and was super responsive unlike all of the others that I had contacted. He followed up when I forgot and came to the house to do a free at home consultation and we signed that day for all 3. It's been 2 sessions (an hour a piece with each dog) and they are NIGHT AND DAY. it's amazing how much progress he was able to get even after one session. If you're on the fence about training, just text or call Clint and make it happen- you won't regret it.

The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! As once loyal customers, we had an extremely disappointing experience…read morehere. Our puppy was injured (twice in back-to-back days) while under the "care and supervision" of Pampered Pets. After the second injury, we had to take our puppy to the veterinarian and pay for the care to his injuries and prescribed medication. Both times, not one employee notified us of his injuries. I totally understand that injuries and mistakes happen, especially with puppies. However, it was the lack of transparency that really upset us. After the first injury, we told the staff the following morning that, when we picked our puppy up from daycare the previous day, we noticed had a laceration wound that was still wet with blood. We were told they would keep a closer eye on him. That same afternoon when we picked him up, we noticed he now had a large and very swollen puncture wound from another injury. Again, not one employee notified us of the injury. I brought the incidents to the attention of management, hoping they would provide us with a discount or reimbursement of some kind, for the daycare services or veterinary bill. Unfortunately, we were told the contract they make you sign in order to enroll your dog in daycare has an indemnity clause, which frees them from all injury liability that your dog sustains while under their care. While they aren't legally liable, the way this was handled was just completely unacceptable business practice and their negligence was glaring. My wife and I are newly weds and we paid very good money hoping our puppy would be safe and properly cared for while we worked. Not only did we not receive the services we paid for, we also incurred extra expenses in the form of a veterinary bill and medications. The lack of transparency and handling of this matter was so disappointing, we will no longer be taking our puppy to Pampered Pets. The only recourse we were offered (which they made VERY CLEAR that they did not legally have to provide us with) was a couple of free days of daycare for future stays. The LAST thing we want is to take our puppy back there. Hope it was worth losing a loyal and paying customer. We have since found a replacement Pet daycare and we could not be happier!

E-Collar Technologies - Hard Plastic Receiver Arm Broken Off

I purchased the K9-800 K9 Handler 1 Mile Trainer with the 33" Bungee Collar from E-Collar…read moreTechnologies in May 2020 for my Sable German Shepherd imported from the Czech Republic. For 5-years the system worked incredibly well, especially well for a dog with a thick, weather-resistant double coat designed for working outdoors. GSDs fur features a dense, softer undercoat for insulation and a harsher, straight outer coat that lies flat against the body. Finding an e-collar that was compatible with her fur type took trying out at least half a dozen brands, before falling in love with E-Collar Technologies, Inc. The reliability, range, and overall performance were excellent, and it became an essential part of safely working and handling my dogs. In May 2025, I needed to replace the Educator Quick Snap Bungee Collar after the quick snap feature actually prevented what could have been a serious injury to my dog while using the collar with a metal lead outside in our front yard. That incident was 100% user error on my part, and the quick-release design likely saved my dog from harm. Unfortunately, since replacing the original collar, the quality and durability of the replacement Quick Snap Bungee Collars has been extremely disappointing. We have now gone through 3 replacement collars because the bungee portion stretches out to the point that the collar no longer fits properly or functions effectively. A loose e-collar is not only ineffective, but potentially dangerous because consistent contact is critical for proper operation. Additionally, repeatedly changing out the collars has caused wear and damage to the hard plastic receiver attachment points. Over time, one of the receiver arms ultimately broke off completely, further impacting the functionality and reliability of the system during use. We will now have to replace the receiver for $125 (to further utilize the training device that originally cost over $350. I still believe the original K9-800 system itself is one of the best training tools available, which makes this even more frustrating. The original collar lasted nearly 5 years without issue, but the newer replacement collars have not held up remotely the same way. I truly hope E-Collar Technologies reviews the durability and quality control of the replacement Quick Snap Bungee Collars because the decline in longevity and performance has been significant. From further research, it's been determined that the Educator Quick Snap Bungee Collars (colors: black and red) are no longer being manufactured entirely in-house, but a few years back transitioned to a different manufacturing company providing the bungee quick snap mechanism for E-Collar technologies in the colors black & red - I've been promised that ALL other colors are 100% made in-house, and should not wear, tear, and breakdown like the past 3-collars we've purchased. I highly recommend this company & their products EXCEPT the black & red Educator Quick Snap Bungee Collars.

At this point (6/8/26) I question whether they are even still in business. Repeated hang ups on phone system, repeated heat tickets with no response/confirmation lead me to believe they are either going out of business or just absolutely do not give a "hoot" about their customers. Even something as simple as an address change is - at best - difficult, more likely impossible. Do some research and go with their high quality competition...this company is the absolute worst at simple follow though. Don't get me wrong, I love the product, but - to me - customer service still means something - to them, not so much. Follow up (forgot to include in original post): I hate this company - my quality of life took a hit having to deal/try to deal with them.

The staff here is amazing, Customer service is the best I've seen in any kind of clinical environment. Compassionate, empathetic, technically skilled. I have complete confidence with this clinic and Dr, Gupta. In my own experiences with this clinic, Dr. Gupta has always been spot on with diagnosis and his treatment has always resulted in positive results. And that's just for the everyday care of my house pets of which there are a half a dozen. So I do make trips here on a pretty regular basis. And I have to say this, if for any reason you have one of those horrifying events when you feel like you might loose your pet from illness or injury, the ONLY person I would trust in an emergency is Dr. Sunil Gupta. Veterinarian clinics and hospitals by and large are all going to follow a similar protocol, however, that does not mean they have equally talented vets and techs. I'm in my middle 60's and I've always had pets, and I've tried a lot of clinics...this one is the best I've found.... You're going to love it. And so is your pet... We tried a bark collar and that helped some with barking but the rest it did not correct. So I was getting a lot of heat from family members seeing this lab pulling me around when taking her outside for potty breaks, etc. and my constantly yanking her back by her collar and yelling at her for commands that did not work, not a safe or good thing to be doing. So we reached out to Lee's Dog Training for suggestions and shortly gave our Labrador to Lee's Dog Training to get control of our dog. Well instantly upon arrival Lee came out to greet us and took over with the leash provided. Shortly Lee installed his training collar on our Labrador and it was like a light switch was switch, amazing results in listening instantly. We went ahead and left our Labrador for a week and within 3 days Lee's called implied our Labrador was ready to be picked up, she was amazing on her abilities to learn and follow commands given. So anxiously my wife and I went to pick up our Labrador from Lee and upon arrival, Lee's showed my wife some things our Lab has learned and worked with my wife on how to take the leash and continue training at home. Well once at home all we can say is that this isn't the same girl anymore, her personality came out better, she listens, she performs to commands and she no longer pulls me around and she only greets guests once we release her to welcome them with "NO JUMPING" on them anymore. Our guests are amazed by our Lab performance and manners, they state this is not the lab they got to know and that the money was well spent at Lee's Dog Training. We would without a doubt recommend Lee's Dog Training to anyone who is looking for that Professional Trainer. We give Lee's (5) stars for their abilities, care and patience shown . Terry & Fay E.

I have reached out to Lee's dog traing about my concerns of my dog and he said that my dog did not look bad and that he is not listening to commands at home because I am too soft on him and that my dog being physically scared of the commands is my dog challenging me . I told him I was not happy and I wanted my money back and now he will not answer my phone calls or text. My dog Leo went to the vet 2/7/2025 his wieght was 54.20lbs. He went to Lee's dog training 2/8/2025 for training and one week of board we picked Leo up on 2/21/2025. Took Leo to the vet and is no now 49.80lbs after being home for a few days and being fed so at pickup he was probably lower than that. Which he is going to jump on here saying he fed my dog that he gave me a almost empty bag of food back. But pictures and weight don't lie. The colar in the picture was tight on Leo at drop off now I can put my whole hand between his neck and collar. I have all the paper work to prove all of this. So please just stay away from Lee's dog traing and spread the word.
