So I wait expecting to hear something.. NOTHING was heard SO I reached out and was then told that the property was given to another applicant I was immediately frustrated with the LACK of communication and customer service this company has. After expressing my frustration I then received another message saying "Bryan" wants to speak with me at 430pm Est I agreed I started to speak with Bryan and Immediately sensed that LOAD OF CRAP he was telling me and my mom on the phone I never heard a Land Lord moving one tenant from one property to another because they have been his renter for 5yrs and he's a great person. We moved into our new home excited about the quartz countertops and bathroom sink they installed. That excitement quickly turned to frustration when we discovered glue left on the quartz and etching on the bathroom sink. These defects were not visible during the builder's "quality inspection" -- only after we actually moved in, cleaned the surfaces ourselves, and saw them under normal daily use. When we raised these issues, Metro Stone and Granite's response was to shrug it off and blame us, insisting we should have caught it before moving in. To make matters worse, they sent out a technician who didn't even know the difference between granite and quartz, and proceeded to lecture us about how Windex can etch granite -- which is irrelevant, because we don't even have granite. This company does not take accountability, delivers subpar work, and treats customers like they're the problem. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Metro Stone and Granite is unprofessional, careless, and completely unworthy of your trust.

We had used Ryan Harlan to work on a home that my wife had found on Realtor.com. He did work the…read morepurchase and quick turnaround sale without any significant issues. When I was in the hospital recovering from triple bypass surgery, my wife had a very stressful, frightening incident and found a house that looked okay She called Ryan and had him make an offer sight unseen because of her fears living where we did after the aforementioned incident. Ryan did nothing to try and get the best price for the place and when he received the inspection report ONLY sent it to us via email. No review, no comments, NOTHING. We went thru with the purchase, but decided this was not the home for us and put it back on the market using Ryan. He did basically nothing to hep market the property, no open houses, nothing outside of posting on Realtor and Zillow. After a month we took it off the market and terminated our agreement with Ryan. All the tie we worked with him he made a big effort to come across as our best new friend with offers of dinner out and other social outings which, of course, never happened. We researched realtors in the area where the house is located and found one very highly rated by multiple independent sources. We relisted the house with him. He asked if we had had an inspection done when we purchased the place, which of course we had and provided it to him. He reviewed it and within a day called us back with his findings that included 2 significant items that should have definitely been addressed by our previous agent. He did not think they were necessarily show stoppers but should ethically have been discussed with us and the seller. Ryan, as stated, did not seem to have ever looked at the inspection report, certainly did not note any issues with it to us and merely sent it as an attachment to an email. BTW, he purports to be a Home Town Heroes participant. Realtors in this program return 50% of their commission to their clients. He took his full commission on our purchase and did not return a penny to us!!! I now have to seriously question his ethics and his buddy-buddy attitude. NOT FOR REAL!! AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
