All about the food. Strip mall Chinese restaurant that is way better than take out. Great country fare Chinese with all the classics and some new choices. Food is excellent, atmosphere and decor/comfort doesn't keep up with the food. Great lunch specials and daily food suggestions. Highly recommend this place.

Order some food through DoorDash. I ordered the house lo me in, yong chow wonton soup for 2, Szechuan soft wonton, and a small general Tso chicken. When the food arrived it was nice a hot. Loved the yong chow wonton soup it had lots of vegetables and was tasty. The Szechuan soft wonton wasn't was I was expecting but I love wontons so i still ate it. The lo mein was ok, just missing some flavor. The general tso chicken was better that a lot of other places I've ordered from. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't amazing, just ok. I would definitely give this place another shot. I will try some different items next time.

I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young and Shrimp Yat Gaw Mei. Food was piping hot when I picked it up and I received service with a smile and was met with friendly conversation. Restaurant was pretty big and had two areas for indoor eating but the indoor eating is closed right now due to Covid. I called in the order and it was ready on time. I liked how the Egg Foo Young patties were separately placed in their own container and the gravy was on the side so the patty wouldn't be soggy. The Yat Gaw Mei was really good In a brown sauce with egg and onions. Just what I needed tonight. Located in a shopping center with ample parking.

Supposed to be chow mein noodles.

I ordered large vegetable chow mein! As soon as I received the bag I stated this is not mine. I received a bucket plastic container full of broth and vegetable. A bunch of little bags on fried wontons. I owner? Said yes it is there are noodles in there and a side of rice. I opened the container later a.d found only vegetables and broth with a side of white rice! As far as I know, it should be vegetables with fried noodles in a wok!

Just spit out what looks like a finger nail or toenail from my takeout order! Called to complain and the manager simply said we have no one with long nails here. He didn't even take my name.

This review pains me because Fortune China is my go to for Chinese. I live on the Eastern Shore and only get this when I'm in Owings Mills which is rarely but when I am I'm there. Today my daughter drove into Owings Mills to pick me up my favorite...shrimp and beef broccoli. Today was a disappointing the beef was not good and what I mean by that is fatty and had a weird texture. The combo only had 2 shrimp!!! WTH, there is an up-charge for the combo but I only got 2 shrimp really??? So, this meal was a bust and the worst I've ever had there.

The food is pretty good the soups are amazing! The service is consistently bad. I've seen them pick and choose who to wait on in a carry out line. I stopped going for awhile but the soup brings me back.

Despite it being the Lunar New Year, delivery was quick and the food came pipping hot. It was packaged perfectly, with no spills or leaks and ensured the best quality. The portions were huge, making it perfect to share. A personal favorite of mine when ordering this type of cuisine, is to share, so I appreciate the bigger portion sizes. The food warmed up perfectly the next day, as well. The dumplings were packed with flavors and cooked to perfection. The orange chicken and beef were delectable, with the perfect amount of sweet and salty and the broccoli was absolutely divine. Another favorite of mine! I'd definitely order from them again.

For a steamed shrimp and broccoli with the gravy used for egg foo young on the side with a pint of white rice. I gave the young man specific directions to make the broccoli tender. It took about 10mins to prepare the food. When I went to the counter to pick up my food my gut feeling said I was going to be disappointed. But I wanted to have faith that wouldn't be the case. When I arrived home I opened the container needless I was very disappointed. The broccoli wasn't as I requested. It was hard and the whole dish was luke warm. The gravy shook like jello. It was no pouring it out smoothly. The rice was okay. But this was $15 of my hard earned money. I wasn't going to leave a review. But it's hard to get restaurant establishments to acknowledge their lack luster food preparation habits and to satisfy their customers patronizing their business. I hope this review reaches them. We had a 7:00 PM reservation for seven -- planned largely around my son's birthday request and his love of Dim Sum. Unfortunately, Dim Sum isn't available on Tuesday nights, which was a minor disappointment since our previous Sunday visit gave us the full Dim Sum experience. We shifted to ordering family-style and were genuinely pleased with the meal. The Moo Shu Pork, Peking Duck, Chicken Fried Rice, Mápó Dòufu, and Bok Choy were all flavorful and well-prepared. Everything came with won ton soup and tea, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. The atmosphere feels authentic and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout the evening. The manager tried to steer us toward several suggested dishes -- it was a bit unclear whether this was purely helpful guidance or an effort to highlight readily available items -- but we appreciated the input and did enjoy the bok choy recommendation. Pricing was reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, despite the Dim Sum surprise, it was an enjoyable and satisfying dinner. We would absolutely return -- just on a weekend next time for Dim Sum.

Although the menu has quite a few unconventional items, I was a little disappointed not to have found basics I was craving -- shrimp toast and shrimp egg rolls. The egg rolls I got were quite thin, but, much more disappointingly, not at all crispy. I ate them in the car to catch them before they got soggy, but was not successful... soft and quite forgettable. MuShu pork was good, but the 'extra pancakes' did not come with extra sauce. (The original 6 pancakes are plenty btw). The sauce (concentrated, dark, not the typical hoisin) did not go a long way and I wished I had more of it as it ran out half way through the dish. The house lo mein was ok, not quite as flavorful as I've had from other places (maybe less msg? lol). Three Cup chicken I was excited to try after seeing it in all reviews was fine, but I think I'll just get general Tso or sesame chicken next. Over all, I think I'll give it another chance -- trying various items -- but so far, I'm not impressed. The dining room looked lovely by the way, but, like I said, I got carry out so can't comment on the service.
