Thai Iced tea with tapioca balls.
    Wayne G.

I gave this spot a try for lunch today. I was not disappointed! The staff is friendly and professional. A parking lot is conveniently located right across from the entrance to the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and there is good spacing between tables and booths. I ordered the Thai dumplings as my app with the Thai Foon Special fried rice (no heat), I don't do spicy food very well. And a Thai Iced tea with tapioca balls. Everything was delicious! This is going to be my go to dish, all of the protein add ins were cooked perfectly. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted here.

Delicious Thai restaurant. It is fairly priced and gives you large portions which I appreciate. Restaurant has a lot of seating. It is located next to the movie theater is Settlers Ridge. Warning: if there is a red chili pepper next to an item on menu, that means it is spicy/hot - VERY HOT. I ordered the Indonesian fried rice and thought I could handle the spiciness... it was the hottest thing I ever ate. I couldn't take more than one bit. Our waitress was kind enough to let me switch it out for something else.

I love Thai Foon! I ordered a take out dinner tonight, for 7 pm. I arrived at 6:58, it was just out and steaming hot, ready to go - great service! My 15 minute drive home, didn't even phase it - when I opened it up, still hot! It was just what I was craving! I ordered the Dinner Item - Thai Chili Pepper, with shrimp, fried rice and spicy level 3! I like spice and 3 was spicy to me! The portion was enough for 2 meals!

Amazing food, service, and ambiance. Also great prices!!!! Owner is terrific and she greeted us! Fast service!! We got Pad thai combo (chicken, steak, shrimp) and the red green curry (shrimp and tofu). 10/10

Delicious as always! We loved the chicken lettuce cups, Tom kha soup, and crab Rangoon. Service was great too. I stop here every time I am in town!

Pad Thai & Tom Kha Soup

I ordered Tom Kha Soup. Soup was flavorful and well balanced. It comes with noodle crisps. There is tofu and veg in the soup. Good coconut taste and well suited for my taste. I also got a Tofu Pad Thai. Again good flavor and balance. The egg is cooked in the traditional way - it coats the noodles and vegetables. There is a generous amount of peanut which is a plus for me. I recommended these two items and this place in general. Service and vibe was also excellent. I'll be back here for sure.

Service 7/10 - prompt, no frills or pleasantries for sure tho Atmosphere 6/10 ... clean and everything but the atmosphere is a little stuffy Food is meh for the prices... will probably satiate a craving but isn't anything special. I probably won't be returning but overall wasn't a terrible experience!

The water at Thai Foon tastes like actual swimming pool water. They seem to have a very serious filtering or contamination problem. The servers were dressed exceedingly unprofessionally. The atmosphere - it's smelly of toilet cleaner/mop water and the server's perfume; the hip-hop music is way too loud. The food at Thai Foon is a mystery - no spice or flavor; they hardly give you any noodles in a noodle dish; instead they add random super finely julienned, tasteless vegetables that weren't listed on the menu as in the dish.

Thai Foon is amazing. Great Thai food and great / fast service. Chicken pad Thai is incredible, perfect amount of flavor. Highly recommend stopping by!

Ask the Community - Thai Foon

Does the pho come traditional style, where I can put my own ingredients in or does it come out as is?

It comes out as is. My husband is not always a fan of jalapeños so sometimes he asks for none or less and they add accommodating.

Are they open for carry out or delivery during the virus?

I don't think so. I definitely saw a notice on their door that they are completely closed, a few weeks back. I have tried calling them , but no answer. They don't seem to be listed on Uber Eats, DoorDash etc.

They quoted me 15 mins and the food was ready at that time. I walked in and paid with a card and was in and out within a minute. They do have a few booths inside, if you wanted to eat there, but I would say it's mainly takeout. The parking lot is massive and shared with several other businesses in the plaza. The food was still hot by the time I got it home. The wonton soup only comes in a smaller pint version and I'm used to a quart size. So, I was a little disappointed by that. However, the soup was delicious. It had a dark and flavorful broth. The vegetable rolls were definitely more reminiscent of spring rolls, but still delicious. They didn't curb my craving for an egg roll, though. The general tsos came with white rice and the entree was musky spicy, crunchy, and served with broccoli and carrot slices. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and thought the portion size was fair for the price.

We ordered Sweet Corn Soup, which was rich, sweet, and savory. Bits of chicken really deepened the flavor. The Lentil Soup was more delicate, vegetarian (I think) and lighter bodied. I liked both, but LOVED the Sweet Corn Soup. The Paneer Kulcha was a delicious flat bread with a mild cheese center. I'd been to many Indian restaurants and don't recall ever seeing it before. So glad we tried it. Our entrees were the Lamb Rogan Josh and Lamb Chettinadu. Both were thick, saucy, and delicious served with Basmati Rice. My husband ordered the former and had it made extra spicy. We enjoyed both. Lastly, I had the Salt Lassi, one of my favorite yogurt drinks. My husband had South Indian Buttermilk on a dare (mine) and we loved both. The South Indian Buttermilk had an interesting spiced flavor and mint. The milk beverages always seem to make my tummy happy, especially when I indulge in spicy foods. I would encourage you to go if you like Indian foods. Many regional cuisines are represented. Server gave us bottled water (which we didn't ask for and were charged like $0.50 for 4 bottles so not a big deal). We ordered samosas, onion pakora, garlic naan, goat vindaloo, and chicken korma. We also got the irani chai at the suggestion of the server. He was helpful and gave us suggestions about spice level etc. Nice pace of service. Our chai was first, then appetizers, with plenty of time to enjoy them. Then entrees and naan. We did not feel rushed. The staff was super grateful for our business. The food was 5 stars! So fresh, flavorful. Tender meat for both the goat and chicken. We will definitely come back to try more things! They had Bollywood videos playing on the TVs which we loved! For our most recent visit, here are my ratings for what we ate: Sushi and Sashimi for 2 - 5 stars - This gorgeous sushi boat contained 10 pieces of chef's choice sushi, 18 pieces of chef's choice sashimi, and 2 rolls--Dragon Roll (eel, cucumber, and avocado) and Volcano Roll (batter-fried mixed fish and avocado with house-special sauce and tobiko/roe). The ginger dressing was very light and zesty and not so much peanut-flavored like you typically get. The miso soup was very rich and savory. As for the entrée, the Bento box had the red curry chicken with vegetables, spring roll with plum sauce, rice, and some sushi. Everything in the box was fresh, quality ingredients. I especially liked the crispy spring roll (not greasy and had great flavor). The sushi didn't miss either. For the red curry, was milder than I was expecting and would have liked a little more pepper spice to it. But it was still pretty good. The hot tea I ordered didn't taste like typical hot tea; something almost earthy and nutty about it, but it was delicious. The people working at the restaurant were gracious and speedy with the service (it's a family business which is always good to see). I'd love to come again next time I'm up here and try more sushi dishes. Great place!

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
