There are toys to play with while waiting for x-ray results and the kids get a token for the toy machine after their appointment. Significant to me is that you can go back in the exam room with your child. There are some pediatric dentists who make it a rule that parents must stay in the waiting room. After (2) different primary dentist visits, both had the same results of 14 cavities. We have been faithfully going every 6 months. Not once have we ever been told about any issues. For years 2013-2016, I was mistreated and am now here out the the anger of my PTSD. 1: They did work on me that both my mom and I think was unnecessary, as I recall never feeling pain or any signs of cavities or abscesses in the teeth that needed to be work on, extensively, with apparently enough numbing being laughing gas and an "anesthesia" covered scraper, poked hard into my gums. 2: Apparently, they thought that the issue was that I was not happy with the dentists, considering at the time of the abuse, I was between 5-8 years old. So instead of giving me actual numbing to do work that I believe was not needed, they changed me to a different dentist. 3: In May of 2021, I switched to a nicer, local dentist, he asked this office for the files with my history and they refused to give them to him. Hiding your abuse, eh? 4: My mom was not allowed to be in the room with me after I turned 5, because apparently that's the age where children and old and mature enough to go anywhere without their parents, shit, we should make the drinking age 5 if you think that 5 is the age where people are comfortable being on their own! 5: They told my mom for years and years that i should get braces, not when I have adult teeth, IMMEDIATELY, put braces on baby teeth and have them fall out and fuck up your adult teeth! Anyways I got Invisalign from a nicer, local orthodontist and not these child abusers. This place hurts children for no reason for money, take my word. You guys are lucky, when malpractice happens to a minor they have until they're 18 to sue, and we don't want to sue as of now due to how hard malpractice cases are to win. Maybe it was by design? To make money and not face consequences? I can tell you who I am, and we'll see what you have to say.

I went once for a cleaning at the old location and naturally they found some cavities. They invited me to their new office that opened the first week of February, and I head over to get my fillings. The location is kitty-corner to the Brookfield Corners, nestled quietly behind a Hupy and Abraham. There is plenty of free parking in their designated lot. The waiting room is a good size, they offer tea and water and have a television in there. In the back everything is new. Is smells and looks new from the paint to the carpet to the dental chairs that aren't creased and cracked. There are nice large tv screens they put over your face when work is being done and you can choose the shows. Dr. Miller walked me through every step of my procedure, and Gabi the assistant was very calming and friendly. After getting work done you are even treated with a Culver's ice cream shake in chocolate, vanilla or mint :) Everyone remembered my name and greeted/said goodbye. Really made it felt less horrible and scary and much more of a doable experience. So happy to have found a dental home!

I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! I'm sure her supervisor is very proud of her. I cannot recommend this practice. By the way, I'm truly an easy going guy, that's why I initially agreed to keep the appointment after she suggested I take my business somewhere else. This was a little hurtful.
