Worst customer service ever. No one gets your call till it rolls over to remote office. No one returns calls. Woke Receptionist should be replaced for bad performance and snarky attitude. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES! If they don't have an opening and you break a tooth-- too bad for you! They set an appointment a month away. They may be the lowest quality dentist office in Milwaukee County. The dentists are fine. No complaint there. The customer service SUCKS. I've left message after message and nobody calls back. I talk to Jennifer the office manager about an unfair situation due to Forward Dental and she said she would call me back. I waited 10 days. I have now switched to a different dentist after 20 years. This office is NOT what it used to be for sure. Bottom line, this office does NOT care if they lose us as a patient, Absolutely no empathy. Save yourself the headach, go elsewhere where someone will be able to talk to you and appreciate our business. I had a 3:30 appointment and the dentist finally walked in at 4:30 and then didn't have time to do the small filling. I returned to have crown put in and was going to get the tooth filled at that time, but they didn't schedule enough time to do so. I met my deductible in 2025, had to make 2026 appointment and didn't feel it was fair that I had to pay another deductible since I had TWO appointments for this filling and they DROPPED the ball. I've been to this location twice. Front desk receptionists are always nice and professional. I like also that both times I've been here they do not seem busy at all which indicates they are mostly likely always staffed accordingly. I think they have multiple dentist which is good! My most recent visit came in for a fill in and Dr. Chahil was very quick and to the point. her nurse was very nice and Knowledgeable as well! Overall I felt very comfortable here. I have been a patient with Forward Dental in Franklin then New Berlin for over 20 years. This is the first time I had a problem. Called to verify my upcoming appt and said they were trying to contact me. They no longer email you or personally call you. They were texting me on my landline. My appt was for 9/26/22 and I was rescheduled for 1/30/23 for my 6 month cleaning. Was told their hygienists are leaving and that new hygienists need to be trained. Something is wrong there. Don't feel comfortable going back to the New Berlin office. Will check with my dental insurance and get a new dentist. The girl who answered the phone was not serious and was laughing about the situation. WOW, what BS. read more

They are fine for simple cleaning, but not for extensive dental work, such as placing an implant. I had a very bad experience. The dentist placed a temporary post so high in my jaw that she was unable to get it out. I was there from 11:30 until 4:00 as they made multiple efforts to extract it. Finally did so 4 hours later. Returned 2 weeks later to have the permanent tooth placed. Same dentist placed it, but the fit was wrong. She had to remove it. Now have to wait to have it refitted. I'm very disappointed with this dental clinic. read more

My husband was a patient and recommended I try his dentist as he was pleased. I scheduled an appointment, but they couldn't fit me in for 6 months. The day before the appointment, I received a phone call indicating they would have to reschedule my appointment and were now booking them in March, another 7 months out. When I called the office, they indicated the hygienist I was scheduled with was no longer with them. I was surprised they couldn't attempt to reassign a different hygienist. I explained that was outrageous to wait 6 months only to be rescheduled another 7 months out. We will find a new dentist and pass along our experience with anyone we meet. read more

I went in on a Friday with a tooth ache as an emergency patient. My tooth was beyond repair and during the extraction, I was scolded by the dentist for grimacing. I went home with my shirt covered in blood. She had one heck of a time trying to get it out and scolded me..".Want another shot but you shouldn't need it!" I had an emergency with a cracked molar and I was able to come in IMMEDIATELY at noon to see my doctor--Dr. Gupta. She did a very thorough job of repairing and I was "numbed" well without having to ask for it (I usually need extra), so there was little discomfort during the procedure. The staff has always been friendly & the dental assistants very thorough & helpful. I left in less than an hour with a repaired molar & no more pain! read more

Went to Forward Dental as a new patient. Staff was nice and so was hygientist. The problem for me was I was told my insurance would cover flouride treatment. My insurance refused coverage and I was billed $49. Called Forward and got a canned answer of it's not their fault, although they were the one's who told me it was covered. They're OK. Had both better and worst experiences. Had a bad crown that did not match the natural teeth. They are good for a cleaning and examination guess. They hate to deal or work with any insurance company and make the patient do it. read more

There is only 1 review here, and it seems unlikely. I have seen multiple dentists here over the years, ever since they built the place, and have had a number of complicated procedures done. In every single case, the process and outcome was outstanding. My comfort was carefully monitored, I often needed extra numbing, which they always checked for and always gave when I needed it. All you have to do is ask. No dentist would ignore a pt in pain these days, and this is a fully modern facility with younger, well-trained dentists. All my repairs went perfectly and their ability to fine tune how far to, for example, grind a tooth repair down so it is comfortable is amazing to me. Everyone I have had there is an artist if you ask me. Both others in my household have also gone there for years, with similar positive experiences. Sometimes these reviewers are just angry cranks, looking to be enraged at the world, so be careful what you believe. read more
