The staff is friendly and really seems to care about the kids, which makes such a difference. The coaches are patient and make sure everyone feels included, whether it's in flag football or summer camp games. My kids come home tired, happy, and already asking when they can go back. The facilities are clean and well-run, and I always feel like they're in good hands. We're really glad we found Coppermine -- it's become a big part of our routine, and I'd definitely recommend it to other families.

I was coming to the final weeks of finishing a Master's Thesis, work was obviously stressful, and I was started to feel overwhelmed and blue. I am moderately athletic so I'm always looking to get new style workouts in, especially with HIIT cardio. Let me tell you, if you are looking for a serious workout to push your limits - this is it. I went Monday, Wednesday, Friday for two weeks [in conjunction with a diet] and I absolutely noticed changes in my physique by the end. I lost 4lbs of fat (NOT total body weight, all fat) in two weeks (again, in conjunction with proper nutrition). Orange Theory totally brought me out of my rut and into the sunshine! One of my favorite attributes to Orange Theory is that you can make it as hard or modify according to your personal fitness level. However, the pumping music and lower lights made me feel like I was in a night club and most of the time I found myself pushing even harder. They have two showers there that you can sign-up for use after class but I noticed most people went home to shower post-workout. Studio was clean and tidy! There are motivation quotes on the wall which are fantastic mantras to repeat in your mind instead of negative self-talk. This workout is extraordinary and the coaches are amazing. If you are serious about improving your fitness and health, this is a positive investment. After visiting many other locations, this one ranks on the lower end for me. The functional…read moretraining area is small, and the layout makes me feel like a horse in a stall between the yellow lines when I'm trying to work out. People in the second row can't even see themselves in the mirror. It's also majorly lacking in equipment compared to most other PF locations. The 30‑minute circuit is basically always free, and there are plenty of cardio machines and weights. But the weight benches are all taken if there are even three lines on the "crowd meter," and anyone trying to use dumbbells ends up crowding behind them. The assisted pull‑up and ab machines usually have one or two people on them, plus someone lingering nearby waiting. The Black Card area is fine and has the typical amenities, but the red light machine is older and the floor doesn't have the vibration programs I've seen at other locations. It's fine for the money, but I definitely prefer visiting other PF locations.

There's an express area for the 30 minute workout, a stretching/floor mat area, locker rooms/restrooms, and a space for black card members (I think tanning, massage, red light therapy, etc). The bathroom has a shower area. There are also changing rooms directly across from the showers so you can get dressed, etc. Very nice set up. There are retail spaces that have drinks, tanning supplies, etc. The lockers out on gym floor when you walk in are always used so don't bother finding a spot. Very annoying, especially in winter. Hooks for coats would be nice. I there are lockers in the locker room as well if want to bother with that. The biggest improvement that they need are more fans!!! They need to DOUBLE the amount that they have. Or, they need to invest in Big Ass Fan brand. The air flow is terrible. They do have blinds on windows to help with glare and sun. In summer they offer free membership for teens. Great concept, but terrible for those that are waiting for machines while 2-6 teens are chatting it up on their phones clogging up use. Overall a great value for what you get. It is now $229 for the year.

The excuse has been "back‑ordered surveillance equipment," and it's been well over two years. The walls haven't been painted in ages, and the layout makes no sense, leaving some areas crowded while other spaces sit wasted. I finally gave up on this gym. I stuck around too long.
