I tried Diane's Fish & Chips and they are hands down some of the best I have ever had. The haddock she uses is simply amazing. I always enjoy chatting with the owner and classically trained chef, Diane Hagedorn. She is a warm and friendly lady, and I'm really impressed by her cooking philosophy. We are very much alike because she refuses to use table salt or processed sugars and meats. She shops for fresh, locally sourced ingredients for all her meals and you can taste that effort on the plate. Verdict: Diane knows her stuff and pays careful attention to detail.
