She went above and beyond and told me they were out of chicken pot pies for the day but she could make them for me if I'd give her 45 minutes to prepare it. I ended up placing the order for two for the following day and I got to meet her in person today. She was a lovely lady and assured me that the pot pie was not undercooked.. I just finished half of it and it tasted amazing!! I truly appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond and cared about my request and was even willing to go out of her way to make sure it was done to perfection!! I'm just going to stick to this location when it comes to their chicken pot pies since they won't disappoint me!!

I took photos of the expired meats next to the fresh meat that this store wants us to buy so badly. I also do not know the name of the larger white suit, red tie woman but she was very rude and she stomped her way from the back when called to help the only cashier on, she rudly yelled at the older woman in front of me that she could take her next and then started throwing her things around when scanning the items. The only male cashier was actually very decent, polite and had great customer service. We should not hire people who clearly aren't capable of being around others. We should not keep trying to sell expired meats to customers and saying they are fresh when it's obvious they are not.

While I was grabbing something from the refrigerated section, a worker (wearing faded black jeans, a navy hoodie, and her hair in a tight bun) was restocking salads. I tried to be polite and told her it was okay for her to go ahead, since she was working. Instead of a friendly response, she told me "no, go" in a pretty rude tone. I reassured her I was just looking, but she responded with, "well it's gonna take me a while, I have to reload all these salads," and gave me a dirty look. It was honestly surprising and uncomfortable, especially because this location is usually known for its great customer service. I understand everyone can have an off day, but the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unfriendly. Hoping this was just a one-off experience, because I've always enjoyed shopping here.
