Their expansive patio has great views of North Table Mountain to the west and a sports complex to the south. Their large interior was packed on a late Wednesday afternoon. The bartenders were very pleasant, and they came out to the patio to give our 15 week old husky mix puppy pets and treats. The house made beers were top notch. There was a food truck serving Turkish doner kebabs that were really delicious. We'll happily return to this excellent establishment the next time the winds blow us to Golden.

It tasted more like an IPA, which we both hate, than an Amber. Didn't care for this one at all. After finishing the flight, we each had a Czech lager followed by the pecan brown. I've been there a few times, and one of the employees in particular just comes across as being very erratic. The last time that I went in there, he took the bottle of wine I was trying to buy and started to slam it on the counter. Until that point, we didn't have any conversation at all so I was worried about his state of mind (thankfully the bottle didn't break). If you like your IPAs, try their Stratacaster. The weather will eventually get warmer around here, so stop in for a few tastes. Food trucks on hand .
