I am really satisfied with Premier West. I see that some people think the coaches are hard on the kids, but I don't really see that. I think they could push my daughter a little more. She is much happier in her new class level and is being challenged to meet new goals. They are also very nice to the girls. My daughter loves her coach and is excited to see her every week. The gym is busy with people. So that must show that they are doing something right. Premier offers many class options and they have reasonable sized classes. The classes are not too large where kids get over looked. We searched the local area for other options before picking Premier and for the price, this is the best place by far. They allow you to make up classes if you miss, many other places don't do that. So your child can take a break if needed and not fall behind, plus you never really feel like your money is wasted when you miss a class.

Going through a divorce is already extremely hard as it is. I only encountered this woman one time in person. I was invited to a Mom n Muffins event for Mothers Day back in 2022. I waited until someone was able to grab her to give me permission to enter the building. When she saw me she appeared to be in a very bad mood she was not happy to see me. Before I could say anything she said," wait here I'll see if I can get permission for you to be here." I smiled and said ok. She came back and didn't say a word to me just opened the door and lead me to my daughters classroom. Upon leaving I asked her if I could talk to her, and asked her if she had a copy of our current court order. I was shocked with her behavior she was nasty, rude and started telling me she was not going to listen to me talk about my ex husband. At this point I asked her if she could bring someone else in as I didn't like the way she was treating me she said no and continued to talk about Brian. Her behavior then escalated when I firmly said I was not here to talk about Brian and asked her why she was bringing him up? I had to quickly end the conversation because I was shocked with her anger and outburst towards me. I then sent an email to Donna the owner at that time, because I could not believe this woman's behavior. Donna called me and apologized for her behavior and expressed that no parent regardless of the situation should ever be treated this way. And assured me that this would not happen again. However, I later found out that Laura Carter made false statements about my character to our GAL as well and continued with her lies. But, it did not stop there she continued to make up additional lies to our custody evaluator when interviewed of things I "asked" from the staff which are false. I am not sure if she realizes the extend of her lies and how they can greatly affect lives and the damages this has caused to me and the lines of my children. This is absolutely not ok. It is beyond me that someone like this would still be in a leadership position in childcare facility where families place their trust and care on these individuals and who promotes the best interest of the children and families. I hope that no other parent experiences what I have experienced with Laura Carter. I have no idea why she has felt the need to defame my character. And it is my hopes that no other parent should ever experience what I have with this individual. This facility had a camera located inside her office. If the camera has an audio we could see and hear how this woman spoke to me and her awful treatment. I would never recommend any of my Naperville friends and family to this facility not because of the teachers they were all sweet and very kind to me, but because of LAURA CARTER. We were quoted one tuition rate, but shortly after enrollment, it increased without warning. When I questioned it, I was told, "It's only a $50 difference, and if you can't afford it, we can unenroll them." That response was hurtful and unprofessional. Tuition is over $1,600/month for toddlers and increased again starting July, yet the meals provided are minimal, often just half a Nutri-Grain bar and faucet water. Parents also have to pay out of pocket for anything extra, making it hard to see where the high tuition is going. Despite the high cost, my son struggled during his kindergarten readiness test, unable to count to 20 or say his ABCs, basic skills I expected him to learn. I've since withdrawn him from the center. I cannot recommend this location. The care and education do not match the price parents are paying.

What have we accomplished with this school? - My 5-year-old is reading. Very well. He is also a proficient writer, budding speller, and excelling in math. His social skills have had a chance to flourish and he enjoys helping kids younger than him learn things he has already mastered. - My 3-year-old is becoming a writer, mastering letter sounds, learning practical life skills, working on social skills, and making friends. - Personally, I feel that I have been given tools to help my kids at home through meaningful conferences, I have made friends (difficult after a big move), back up and support for any of my kids' challenging behaviors, and peace of mind that that are in a loving environment during the school day. This is a school, not a daycare, so if you are looking for flexible hours, flexible tuition, or zero responsibility on your end this is not the place for you. It is a collaborative effort between home and school. That being said, the teaching staff/ owner have gone above and beyond for my kids more than once. We are in our second year here (Kindergarten year and 2nd-year Montessori) and we will keep attending for the foreseeable future. Final thought: I am DELIGHTED at how my older son is progressing through his kindergarten year. I am so incredibly glad that we chose the third year of Montessori for him! This school helped his personality shine through and he is now Mr. Social and loves making new friends, a drastic change from when we started.
