The first time I ever went to Lima, I had never had a facial before, nor was I prepped for her to do what I had booked my appointment for. After doing an assessment of my skin, Lima explained that she wanted me to prep my skin before the peel and microdermabrasion. Before leaving, she did a hydrating face wash and explained how I should go about caring for my skin. She gave me free samples of the products she recommended and sent me on my way. She could have charged me for what I booked and completed the service, knowing that the results would not be good, but she did not. She did what was in the best interest of me, and I have never looked back. I went back to her a month later, and my skin was ready. The facial experience was so relaxing, and every step of the way, Lima walked me through what she was doing and what to expect from that specific treatment. The results I got were amazing!! My skin looked brand new. I have since gone back over five times, and each time I have had a wonderful experience. I normally book for the microdermabrasion and peel. However, if I go and she sees that another treatment would be better for my skin, I go with her recommendation. Again, She takes her time and makes sure you leave happy. She also sales the products she uses so you can maintain your skincare routine at home. She also tries to make sure you are using products without a lot of chemicals because many things on the market are full of stuff that isn't good for the skin.
