Be aware. The $50 deposit money does not goes towards the treatment. I had a text to confirm it was going towards the treatment that's why i went through with the first appointment, but later when I view my bank account & calculated how much i paid the deposit money did not go towards the treatment. I had a few appointments and always notice that I would be charge $50 automatically each time on top of my treatment, products and tips. The 3rd time i was charged this mystery $50 I asked Anh and she refunded me that $50 back but cancelled my future appointment. She's a really nice person, but I'm so glad I don't have to deal with being charged that extra $50. Please also be aware if u wear eye contact. I've been needing a facial for the longest time and I looked up who could do extractions. Anh's business showed up and I went on her website to look at the different types of facials she does. She explains every step she does and my face was so smooth the NEXT DAY as she extracted my clogged pores from the darn masks! I was very pleased with my results and look forward to coming back soon. I got microdermabrasion done as well - so necessary as I am oiiiiiily. Her room is on the second floor of the Salon Suites. It's well decorated and has a calming ambience with the instrumental music and soft lighting. You do have to wear a towel as she will cleanse your neck and upper chest and do some neck massages. Anh, I regret that maybe I wasn't upfront with my previous review. Therefore, your response was not apologetic to the fact that you were not transparent with your service. 1. When contacting you via text, you gave me the impression that you would be available to do my facial. There were no indications that Ai was going to do my facial at all. It already thought it was a red flag when you asked for a $50 deposit. I figured by the raving reviews you had- you must be knowledgeable and experienced, so I decided to make the deposit and CONFIRM the Appt WITH YOU. 2. If Ai was a licensed esthetician, then her license was not visible in your office, as stated by consumer affairs, that it should be displayed visibly to customers. She used a tool that cut the corner of my mouth and hasn't healed. I reached out to you, and to resolve the matter, you told me to put neosporin and Vaseline. 3. The issue here had nothing to do about the budget constraints. It was the value of the type of facial for the price that I paid for. Again, there is a lack of transparency and accountability. I've been breaking out my whole life & I came to the conclusion that it was normal. This is the skin I was meant to have for the rest of my life.
