Best donuts in town I love this place the people are always so nice and kind thank you for the best service

I experienced horrible treatment and customer service tonight from the short older Asian woman. I wanted to purchase a cinnamon roll and I wanted point out the exact donut. I dealt with her on two previous occasions where I simply pointed out the cinnamon roll I wanted and I paid for the product and left. I've been to the store several times and I have the receipts to show. By visiting this establishment several times it's safe to say that I've demonstrated a liking to the product and they gained a new repeat customer. Tonight was the third time that I dealt with this woman and she was absolutely rude and very disrespectful to me. On the first visit it was neutral. On the second visit I could pick up on her vibes as if she did not really want to serve me and made it seem like it was a chore to speak to me. I made a mental note of it and gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming that she may have had a bad day. On tonight she was out of control and very disrespectful. I came in and pointed to the cinnamon roll that I wanted and she told me I cannot pick the one I want and I will get whatever she gives me. I immediately reminded her that she never mentioned this standard on the last two visits and there was no sign stating that the employee has complete discretion to give the customer any donut they choose. She immediately said "I don't need a sign because I'm the sign". I was completely stunned and in disbelief because I've never experienced that before in a donut shop. I asked her one last time can I please have the donut that I'm requesting and she said no and she took the donut out of the bag and put it back on the rack. She refused me service and I left. I find this disheartening, unprofessional, and downright rude. I am currently an essential employee working in public safety/health and my life has been turned upside down and I don't know when it will go back to normal (if there will be a normal). That lady has no idea what I'm going through everyday working in hazardous conditions and coming home everyday hoping and praying that I do not infect my family. All I wanted was a donut so that I could take it home, decompress from my stressful and hazardous job, and just enjoy the good treat. That lady treated me like I was a piece of garbage and I resented that. You don't know who walks in and out of your store and you don't know what people are dealing with so when you are rude and disrespectful you don't know how that can affect people. Shame on you! I will definitely spread the word about my mistreatment. read more

First time here. There's signs that indicate masks are required and plexiglass are installed. Donuts were not good - felt very dense and heavy. Slightly more expensive than some other shops in the area. read more

I'm writing this review purely on the fact that I feel I was robbed. Stay away from this place at all costs unless you plan on paying with cash because they will charge you 75 cents to use your card. I walked in asking for cup of coffee which was a 1.95 but wound up paying 2.70 because I wanted to use my card. The woman who rang me up had a very difficult time smiling and you can tell it was fake. Based on the reviews I see why. Do yourself a favor and drive one mile South towards yummy subs and donuts. Not only are the donuts and service better but you also don't get these ridiculous fees for using your card in 2018. Let me Add that no payment processor on the planet charges that much per transaction so these people are in it purely to make a profit. This is not a good place for our community. read more

Sunday morning around 8:30am. Went in because of the review rating and it's near my house. The donuts are good but nothing extraordinarily. Unfortunately the Asian woman who was there left a lot to be desired for as far as her attitude. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. I went there at 1:45 am on a Sunday morning. I hadn't been there in a while because I usually went late at night and there would be very little selection and not taste fresh. However this morning at 1:45 am, there was a different employee working and he was wonderful and the cases were full of very fresh donuts! The ones I got were so fresh & tasty! I dont come here as often as I used to for health reasons, but I cruised in here at 4am the other day on my way to La Quinta for a quick coffee and doughnut. The Carls Jr. across the street has a big enough parking lot to park my Tanker Truck n Trailer. The donuts have always been great here, and I was reminded of that coming in. I got a Peanut-Butter filled Chocolate doughnut, as that has always been my default doughnut. It is big and thick enough to fill you up by itself. (Dont be nasty) Maple and Chocolate bars receive honorable mention here, as do the old fashioned glazed. The Coffee is OK. A tad watered down, but it does the trick. I have never received great service here before. Most of the time they are indifferent, a few times they have been a bit rude. IDGAF, I came here for doughnuts and coffee, not to make friends with anybody. read more

I've been coming here for years. The donuts are hands down the best around! I've been buying the cream puffs (filled with custard) for client events and parties for years. Most recently, I've been hooked on the Blueberry Apple Fritters. OMG! BEST Apple Fritter EVER!! Tonight I came to buy a Blueberry Apple Fritter and encountered a Ginormous Chocolate Glazed Donut for the first time. What a fun treat to take to a party or share. read more

This is the first donut shop we stopped in because of its distance to our home. However, there are plenty other donut shops around and we have yet to try them all. So, this place was good because it satisfied our donut craving at the time. The gentleman that was there was very friendly and kind. He spoke about the business belonging to his wife and how he was her employee. Also spoke about his family in Texas and throughout the US. There was another older gentleman there who stared at me for a long period of time, which I found to be funny instead of rude. I made no mention of this to my husband, but I figured he couldn't help facing my direction as we were sitting across from him, lol. This establishment is rather small at the front with two-three tables available. There is a coffee stand where you can get napkins, mixing straws, add sugar, creamer and chocolate to your drink. It was a little dirty but nothing that would make me thing I was going to get infected. Just your regular donut shop. The tables and chairs are a bit outdated and well used so they look a bit dirty and had some random sugar spills and random stains here and there. The windows are covered in promotional ads, which I'm guessing is to prevent some of the harsh sunlight that comes from that direction. The selection of donuts was fair. As it was later in the day when we arrived so I'm assuming that a lot of the donuts that were made earlier were already purchased (thus the messy tables and such). There is a $0.75 surcharge for using your credit card here, so if you value that amount, I suggest you pay in cash. Overall this place was very enjoyable and welcoming. Being that it was our first time here I can't really say of there are recurring negatives here. We will more likely return again, because the customer service and conversation made our stay that much better. read more

Very rude service! I bought 6 donuts 3 larger ones an the clerk stuffed them all in a bag.. I ask for a box so they won't be smashed ,( she replies rudely,they won't be smashed)!! This place sucks. In recent years the customer service and quailty have steadily declined. Giant donuts are bot going to EVER bring me back. Was served/waited on by the owner and she was rude and the donuts were not good. Zero flavor and super greasy. Stay away!! Here's the story. I went in at about 3am for a late night dessert. When I arrived I ask the lady the differences be the donuts. She was really rude and said one is BUTTERMILK, REGULAR, AND CAKE! I was like okay. I ordered a couple of donuts and a ice coffee and sat down. Another customer came in and ordered and paid CASH. Being that I am a manger with a serve safe certification I watched her take the money give change and go right back to touching raw dough and make twist donuts!! I immediately stopped eating and through out my donuts and continue to watch her contaminate the food. I stayed a bit longer and watched her do the same thing over and over. Gave these guys a try after a good review on Google. I am not a fan of the place, but the donuts are just okay. I would've expected the donuts to taste more fresh at the earlier hours in the morning, but no. I received a dry chocolate donut and it was not what I expected. I will not stoop to Krispy Kreme, I like these hole-in-the-wall places because I enjoy the authentic donut. When I walked in, the mariachi music was pretty loud! But I was in and out of there fast enough the bass did not get stuck in my head -you know, pum pumm music... At least the milk was not expired. Stopped by Foster's Donuts for a quick donut pick-me-up. The interior was fine, your typical mom-and-pops shop. They didn't have as much donut variety as I had hoped. Your typical glazed, sugar, creme puffs, french crullers and bear claws. I got a glaze and french cruller, which came out to ~ $0.90 per donut. Not bad. The donuts were decent as well, nothing mind-blowing. I would say that Foster's is a fine donut spot if you're craving sweets. read more

This is literally my first review ever, and this bakery deserves all 5 stars! I wish I could give more, truly. Ms. Lisa is always there to help my family and I. The prices are very reasonable, and even if you don't agree, the donuts are worth your money! I travel constantly, I've had hundreds of donuts in my life, and Foster's Donuts are my #1!!!! We were on our way to drop our lil boy off at school when we stopped in for doughnuts . I paid for the doughnuts and drink and did not get change back witch is really not a big deal so i did not mention it .on my way out i requested a paper bag so my boy could take his sack to class. I see many sizes of the white paper bag on top of the counter . The asian lady pulled out a plastic food for less bag.. I tell the lady I'm sorry a paper bag. I would not recommend this place at all and I've been going there for years. The donuts themselves are ok, unless you get them in the afternoon, then they are a bit stale. It's the service that's awful. It's a couple that owns and works the counter. The older man is really nice! Always has a smile and really cool. But his wife is not nice at all, she is downright rude. I get sugar donuts and ask that they be put in a separate bags so that the sugar doesn't get all over the other donuts. Most places they are really cool about giving me a different bag, but when I asked her for the same courtesy I got a NO!! Not just a no, sorry we don't do that, its a NO I WILL NOT DO THAT. Last time I said forget it and just left. I went in this time to get cream puffs because those are really good. But when I asked to have them put in boxes I was charged for boxes as if it wasn't already included in the price. Granted it was .35 cents a box, I wouldn't have had such a problem paying that but the way she acted was juvenile. Up until now I have been able to look past her rudeness but not anymore. I'll go to jenny's donuts which is down the street! Sorry to the older man. I really do enjoy supporting the Redlands mom and pop shops, but as a customer I don't think people deserve the kind of service this lady provides. read more
