The photos were okay -- they fit the right dimensions required by the U.S. Passport Service. There were two photos that I sort of liked, and ultimately chose one of the two. The man told me they would be e-mailed to me. After I got home, I only saw one photo in my e-mail. When I asked for the second one, he said $25.99 is for only 1 digital photo, so I felt kind of ripped off (1 star off)...why would 1 digital photo cost more than 2 physical photos? I should have just had a friend take a digital photo for me in front of a white background with my phone. The process was fast for sure, but maybe too fast. $25.99 for 5 minutes and you only get 1 photo.

And, while I paid via mailed check they have an easy online payment system. I hired VR Squad to do the DJ/sound, uplighting, and Event Photography for my company's Corporate Annual Holiday Party. I like how they're a "one stop shop", when previously I've had to hire multiple different vendors to do all of these services. I like how fast they are to respond. It is clear that they do many similar events, and I would have to give them bonus points for already having worked at our event venue, because they instantly knew what equipment to bring and the room layout. We were amazed at the impressive images on Jen's website and couldn't wait for her to photograph our children. We have done 3 sessions with Jen (a newborn session with our son and then again with our daughter, and most recently a toddler session with both kids). Each time I receive the pictures from the shoot, my breath is absolutely taken away by the beauty and simplicity of the images. She manages to capture not only my children's darling faces, but their little personalities as well. The natural smiles, the long eyelashes, the rascally looks....all of the things you could never capture in a forced, posed, photograph. Her editing and lighting are delicious as well. With my daughter, we were privileged to have Jen come to the hospital just hours after I had given birth. Even in that sterile setting, she was able to capture the quiet beauty of our new baby girl meeting the world, and us for the first time. I have booked with Eversnap twice already (and about to book again). I started hosting murder…read moremystery parties for my birthday two years ago and found Eversnap online. Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event.

Even though we booked on short notice, we were still able to find a photographer. I booked and paid online, which was very simple. Then the photographer emailed me about the details. The photographer, Tomas Demenis was very nice and we had a fun experience. After he put the photos on the Eversnap website and you can download which ever photos you want! They also have an app you can also use on the phone as well. The pictures turned out great! We will definitely book with this company again!

He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice!
