I don't normally leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Goodwill location was upsetting…read moreenough that I feel compelled to speak up. I came in hoping to shop and support a good cause, but instead I was met with blatant rudeness from an employee who made me feel completely unwelcome. From the moment I asked a simple question about an item, I was met with an attitude--eye rolls, curt responses, and general dismissiveness. It was clear they had no interest in helping or even treating me with basic respect. What's worse is how they handled a situation with another customer, raising their voice and speaking in a condescending tone. There's no excuse for treating people this way, especially in a place that's meant to serve the community. Goodwill is supposed to promote kindness and second chances, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope management seriously addresses customer service standards here, because no one deserves to be mistreated while shopping--especially at an organization built on goodwill PLEASE DONT COME HERE!
