I'm grateful for how kind and understanding her teachers and staff were towards her even when she was having a difficult time. I always felt she was safe and well cared for.

Every time I did a random check, he was completely engaged in their outstanding lessons. He loves all the stations in the room & the music classes are awesome. Every minute he was learning and didn't know it:) The staff is always professional & very flexible. They are available anytime I have had a question & work hard to create a positive atmosphere. They are responsible about making sure I know when a problem occurred & what action was taken. They never break confidentiality when discussing children. For cleanliness I give a 4 out of 5, better than my home but room for improvement. In January my son graduated to regular preschool. He continues to learn every day & I am amazed at the thoughtful complete lessons Miss Tracey & Miss Erica provide. He still doesn't want to leave when I pick him up- and that's the best part for me:)

However, those worries were very short-lived because it was very clear that the staff and teachers at this daycare facility care deeply about each child who attends. There was of course a growing phase when she first started, but it only took a few days for our daughter to become comfortable with each of the teachers working in the infant classroom. Miss Roberta, Miss Ariel, and Miss Bella go above and beyond to make sure that each of our daughters' needs are met. Since the day we dropped her off, I have never again felt concerned or worried about whether our daughter is being taken care of while she is at daycare. I know that she is in excellent hands, and that the people who work there truly care about her. I also have to say that our daughter has started to hit some milestones on the earlier side and I honestly believe that one of the reasons for this is the diligence and dedication that these teachers have when it comes to working with each child to help them reach each age appropriate milestone. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for a safe place to send their child with dedicated and compassionate teachers.

My mother has picked up my daughter twice this week with a soiled diaper. On Wednesday just pee but…read morea full diaper. Thursday pee and poop. No teachers has asked to change her until she goes back to the front desk. She now has diaper rash. I called the school today and she tells me we are investigating this because the teachers should ask do you want me to change the child's diaper before you leave. I have spoken to the teachers and they have stated even though they have a changing diaper schedule if the child is soaked they change in between that schedule. My issue is the lack of empathy and understanding from the front desk manager. She feels it's perfectly fine if the last diaper change of the day was at 3:30pm to not change diapers from that time. I gave an example of if my daughter pooped at 3:45 why would she sit in a poop diaper for two hours or even one hour? She stated that the teachers wouldn't know unless they picked up my child. You can smell poop from across the room and more importantly the teachers should be interacting with the kids so how would you not smell a poop diaper. How can you not see a diaper sagging towards her knees in the back from a pee in diaper? This woman tells me that she has two kids and NO parent checks diapers every twenty minutes. I explain to her I'm not asking for that but her diapers are full from peeing MULTIPLE times and she has not been changed. I also expressed concern that if this is happening during pick ups then this is probably going on during the day as well. More importantly the office manager states that she has called my mother for more information. My mother is not the parent of the child. What clarification do you need that wouldn't go through the parent first? I have not received a call and this has happened two days in a row. This is not insuring me you are on top of anything. All I am seeing is you are not holding your employees accountable and you are not taking any type of accountability as well. My son who is three has had no issues but he is also potty trained and enjoys the school. I don't feel this is the best place for kids under two or who are dependent on diaper changes.

This daycare has some weird policies I just couldn't get behind. The tuition is about $1500 a…read moremonth, but that tuition is based on a normal day of 8am to 330 pm. If you drop off or pick up your kids outside of that timeframe, you need to pay over $1700 a month as it is considered "extended hours". Besides that, the tuition does not include lunch. That'll be an extra $100 a month. Can't understand these policies... I've been to a lot of daycares, but I've never heard of this type of management.

There is always some special event like, water day, moms day, picnic day, and even holiday program events. If you are looking to enroll your little one at a school, you should check this place out!

He's always talking about his teachers, his friends, water days, and all the fun stuff they do. The teachers we've gotten to know over the years are so kind and really seem to care about the kids. It's not just a place to drop your kid off...it feels like family. The front office staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. One of the things I've always appreciated the most is how seriously they take safety. They have a camera system to monitor the classrooms, and it's clear that they stay on top of everything. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. Watch Me Grow has been part of our lives for almost 10 years now, and we're so grateful for the love and care they've shown our kids. While Candil Hall offers a great curriculum, there are too many problems that contribute to a poor…read morelearning experience for children. First, the staff turnover is incredible. One year my daughter had 3 different teachers. Each year they seem to have all new teachers and staff is constantly coming and going- other than about half of the teachers who are all related to the owner. The school is family owned which can contribute to a family feel of the school overall. However, if you are not related to the family, personal friends with the family, or volunteer with the school, your child and your family will be outcasted and excluded. Only some kids are invited to play sports. Kids they do not want on their sports teams are not even invited to try out. The principal/owner Mr. Diller regularly yells and swears at the kids. He is demeaning and borderline abusive to the students. Candil Hall also allows bullying and in some cases promotes or praises students who bully. Children who are bullied are not protected by the school. They get no help even when they feel so unsafe they don't want to go to school. Student to student threats are not taken seriously. It's incredibly disappointing the lack of concern and support shown to children at this school. While my child did leave there more advanced academically, she also left there with psychological trauma, fear, distrust of schools and teachers, and overwhelming feelings of confusion because she felt so unsafe in the place that she should feel the safest. I regret ever sending my child to this school and wish I could undo all of the trauma Candil Hall has caused her. Additionally, if you ever have any issues with the teachers, the staff, the family, etc. you will be talked negatively about and they will spread rumors to other parents about you. This school is not worth it, please look elsewhere.

They have a Thanksgiving show, Christmas show, end of year party/celebration, and other fun stuff for kids and parents. My daughter is going into 4th grade now, and she still remembers this place and her teachers. Pretty incredible since she was here from ages 2-5. Very friendly, family oriented staff, that takes the time to get to know you and your kid(s). I think the bad reviews for this place are from "Karen's" that won't be happy anywhere. Great place overall! My daughter (Tonantzin) misses this place!
